Adam is fantastic. He's extremely thorough and professional. He takes the time to explain all of the different treatments and educate you on ways to prevent different types of pests. He's responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Adam and Bug Science.

EcoForce is very professional and discreet, no bedbug pictures or names plastered on their trucks. I called and they came out and gave me reasonable options. Another company I called wanted me to wait for in inspection because I had just recently returned from a trip out to town, which is where I believe I brought the bedbugs home, because they said it would be too early to tell if I had an infestation. I am so glad that EcoForce understood that I wanted to hear options that would prevent an all out infestation. The best solution for my case was the heat treatment. Ryan was very professional, friendly and knowleagble and I am so glad that I called. My situation has been resolved and now I have Peace of Mind! Thanks Ryan!

Very professionalUpdate: John was on time, friendly and took the time to service my backyard and front yard.LAST VISIT: as always the technician, Jonathan was really professional and knowledgeable. I GIVE HIM 5 STARS, unfortunately the reason I downgraded them is because the CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did some changes and it's really bad. If you need to talk to them you have to wait on the phone between 12 minutes to 30 minutes. They don't give you a window time for the technician, so you will be waiting the whole day. I'm still waiting for somebody to call me to address these issues.

We found this GEM when we moved into the neighborhood in 1999. This was before the 101 was built and the 51 didn't even come all the way up this far. Times have sure changed, but there is one thing I can put 10 plus ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ STARS ? on here...WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST PLACE TO FIND KIND FOLKS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! They don't waste your time or money by telling to try this or I've heard this works for some people. Basically that jargon is from a TV commercial and meant to get you to return to a store to spend more time and more money for ZERO RESULTS. These folks WELCOME anyone with understanding and determination to resolve their situations with weeds, pests and more...this is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE, so ask any and every question you have, they will educate you.
These folks write the instructions on each bottle and container or measuring cup they supply for YOUR SPECIFIC needs as you've explained them. They ask questions to ensure not only will the product work for you, but will ensure that NO HARM IS DONE TO YOU OR YOUR PETS, CHILDREN, AND LANDSCAPING.

Ranger Pest Control may be the best pest control company in Arizona. Jeff and company do an outstanding job. One service call and my bugs are gone. Friendly, knowledgeable people know what they are doing and they do it right the first time. Other pest control companies were a waste of my time and MONEY.

We used Paul's for the termite inspection of our house before purchasing it. Paul marked that there was no visible evidence of termites. Immediately upon moving in, our pest control company noticed termite mud tunnels just simply walking up to the front door. Four other companies completed inspections and all found termite activity. It's very frustrating that we paid for this inspection and yet the free inspections we received afterwards were better.

We have been using this company for a total of 9 years. We have always had the same technician (John - He is absolutely AMAZING!!) I only get sprayed once a year (maybe twice) a year. Last year they tried to make me pay a restart fee of $85.00 and I complained stating that was crazy so they kept it at $50.00. I called today for a spray and again with the restart fee of $85.00 + $5.00 gas charge. I told her again I wasn't going to pay it. I pay $50.00 and that is it. She then wen into how they had to raise their prices this year......Yeah because you want everyone to pay these outlandish prices when they don't sign up for monthly services!!!! I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!!

We had beebes for 10+ yrs, till we had a bedbug problem n one bedroom. They did not fullfill the guarantee they quoted us after 3 treatments. They used every excuse to not do treatments till pests were eradicated. We're shopping for a company that stands by their word!!
