He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

You get more than you pay for. The report is complete and any deficiencies at the property are line-itemed, pointed out in the field, and explained. Great service. Highly recommended.

I am not in the habit of reviewing business much but I have to give Kudos to this one. I have been using Trojan for all my pest control and home inspections for several years. I have always found them to be honest and professional. I highly recommend them.

They are the best! We have been using them since we bought our home 4 years ago. They helped us get rid of the ants and keep the scorpions out as well. Any time we need anything they are prompt, on time, and have the best customer service. I highly recommend them.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.
