They are very reliable, easy to work with and their results are excellent. Had another company spray for termites, but over several years they just couldn't exterminate. But Burns did it in their first try and we have been termite free since. Their bi-monthly bug extermination service is also excellent. They stand behind their work and product. Highly recommend.

Our new Tech Arron was amazing today! He was very thorough, polite, professional and on time. We felt like he cared and we were very comfortable with him in our home. Thank you and PLEASE keep him on our route!

I tried to use Burns. I really did. My daughter recommended them. On Saturday I went on line and filled out the Request a Quote Form. I received an email on Sunday that they were closed and that I would receive a phone call on Monday. So far so good right? Monday came and went without a call or Email. I called the office. They were closed. I left a message letting them know they had been referred to me by a current customer and I was disappointed that I hadn't heard from them. No call back Tuesday. NO callback EVER. If they treat people like this when they are trying to get their business it tells you they don't think communication with clients is important !COMMUNICATION is KEY guys.You Lose. (Daughter is also now changing companies)

Burns is an amazing company! They communicate with their customers, their prices are very reasonable, and the work is fantastic. We live in Sunnyslope, which sits on a giant scorpion nest. Thanks to Burns, we don't see those critters in our house.

Waited 5 weeks once I signed up for the weed service only to be told the morning of the service that it needs to be rescheduled, so finally after 7 weeks the tech shows up, but late.The tech applied Barricade 4FL which is a pre-emergent (no post-emergent) and was here for 2 hours and sprayed all the areas that were agreed upon at the original meeting.Time will tell if this service is good for a year. In the past I had companies spray every 6 months and the previous service was quarterly but they kept cancelling and I couldn't get them out even though they raised their prices (see other reviews)I hope all goes well as I'd like to use them for termite/pest control in the future.

Austin comes to our property at San Palmilla and always does a great job. He pleasant, always friendly and willing to above to get the job done. Thank you Burns for the great service !

Greg has been great! Glad to finally get someone who truly wants to help! Always comes in and explains what he’s doing, makes sure to listen to our issues and address what’s wrong.

Never got the roach problem fixed. They even did injections and nothing helped the one thing that did help was vinegar and water and ortho from Home Depot. Burns tried for over a year and nothing was ever accomplished at all and on the patio the termite problem was never fixed and actually even spread makes me wonder why they’re in business at all.

I heard what sounded like an animal in my attic. I called Burns, they sent someone (Ascary)within 2 days- he did a thorough review of my attic and took several photos to show me. Ascary was so professional, so kind, he was not rushed, took his time to explain it was a bird on the outside corner of my house and offered to take it down or leave it, my choice. SO PLEASED with BURNS- you cannot go wrong with this company!

Great customer service, organized, courteous service people, great email appointment system and reminders. Pests are all gone especially scorpions!

I have no clue how they have 4 stars. In October I made an appointment for Nov 10th termite treatment 2 days before they call and cancel the appointment and reschedule me a whole month out Dec 15th, refuse to give times except between 8a and 5pm. So you have to sit at home all day unable to do anything. Well today it was 330 and no one had shown up so I called they at first said I had no appointment with them, then the lady so oh I found it, yes you are in the list for today but cannot give you a time. Now it’s after 5pm, no one has come and the office is closed so have to leave a voicemail. This is just an awful company, not sure how you stay in business with this type of service. Good luck you have been warned.

Montgomery did a great service call today. Specifically, he inspected all the termite plugs, replaced one that was missing, showed us one that revealed evidence of activity, and emailed an updated plug-feeder map. He was very thorough and provided exemplary customer service.

Don't waste your money on these guys. They did not seal openings correctly and did a horrible job on clean up. They never removed the rat problem and did not get rid of the smell. What they did well was take my money. I had to pay a reputable company to come in and the job done right. Go to Attic Construction if you have an issue.

Has been helping me get rid of the pests for a few weeks and we have significantly alot less. 10/10 recommended!

I’m phobic of roaches. Not afraid, phobic ( technical term is katsaridaphobia). Anyway, I started renovating a house of my father’s, aaaaand… roaches. Sewer roaches everywhere. Needless to say I couldn’t begin work until the problem was resolved. Enter my heroes at Burns. With their magic and some plumbing fixes, roaches gone. Outside is still an issue sometimes, because, well, Phoenix. This area in particular. I thought that was just a part of life here. Burns helped me realize that is not the case, and they’re coming back in a few days to do an outdoor “pellet treatment” of some kind that will eradicate even the outdoor ones!!! Woohoo! I’ve never had a pest control company offer anything like this! It was also very refreshing to speak to people who knew their roaches (sounds weird, but when you have a phobia you tend to learn a lot about your enemy). Sorry for the rant but this is something that is so important to me I had to babble.

You could start by being on time. I scheduled service for 6/16/22 and was VERY clear the time I needed you to be here since we both work at home and can't have your person causing our dogs to bark. So I had to reschedule for 6/23/22. When I called, the girl said she saw the notes and didn't know why they scheduled a later time on the 16th. She said she was going to talk to a supervisor about it. So then on 6/23 your person was 1 1/2 hours late. Again, past the time when we needed to be able to work again. About the bill. I was told when booking the appointment that I needed to provide a credit card. I told the rep that I wanted to pay with a check at the time of service. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. So when the service was done, the tech not only didn't let me know he was finished. He just left. So I am assuming that my credit card is going to be billed, the opposite of what I wanted.

The technician was friendly and professional. The dispatcher did a great job rescheduling and following up.

Ryan Jackson has been our current Tech for a while now and is doing a great job. He is polite, professional, and always on time. We get a heads up call when he's on the way as well. He has come out for our monthly service and has also shown up quickly off schedule when we have any issues that need to be addressed (like the D*ck head wasps that tend to set up in the bushes). We will continue to do business with Burns especially if they continue to hire professionals like Ryan Jackson.

David was professional, helpful, and able to answer my questions. He did a great job.

My apartment uses Burns, but they rarely actually show up. On the off chance that they do, it's always way later than expected. They were scheduled to spray my apartment today, but never showed. Not pleased at all.

Trashy company decent employees if that makes any sense W2 over $1,000 off actual pay for 250 employees if Joe Budden and Redskins anybody with his new tax agents armed with guns it should be them

Started off good at first. But once the program is in place and paid for it goes downhill, after your contract ends they leave the live traps and bait stations behind, and if anything gets caught its on you to remove them. Even if you ask them to come out, they will charge you for an 'inspection' and then they will refuse to remove the previous traps without paying for a new trap contract. Then they ignore all contact attempts to remedy.Information on weekly inspection reports is incomplete, Most of mine reported that they didn't even check the bait stations.Would not recommend.

Warning!!! Do not use this company. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I am not only a client but a GC and would recommend termite treatment companiea to clients. Not this one. They have been stringing us along for a few months trying to get service at a home we have on the market. I'm now waiting for a supervisor to call me back. Last time no one did.

Couldn’t be happier. Burns is the best. I used to be a technician for Burns Pest when I was younger, and because of what a good company I know they are, I use them now and have for many years. The technician I have assigned to my home, Joe Angelini has the best communication not only about the services, but with scheduling too. Seeing someone that takes such pride in his work, with great professional customer service, that is a pleasure to have in our home I felt the need to express my thanks to him and to the company he works for. Burns is a great company that I feel; has the best pest control application which causes the need for less resprays and extra appointments. You couldn’t go wrong with their services... and if Joe is your tech, then you will especially be taken care of.

Jeff takes care of our residents here at Club 715 and he is always on time very thorough and educates our residents, which is important because treating the apartments is just part of the job so he goes above and beyond and I am grateful that he is assigned to treat our property. Thank you Jeff!

Amazing customer service. I have reached out on many different occasions ( stipulations for a VA loan) and each time I received prompt and curious service. Its not common anymore we live in a world where everyone is overwhelmed and understaffed. Tonya and Mason have both been absolutely wonderful to deal with. I sincerely thank them both!

I took a trip to las vegas and came back with unwanted guests. I was freaking out Sydney an inspector came out and she was amazing explained everything to me. Carlos came out and did the heatingtreatment he was so professional and explained everything in detail. i highly recommend them for their services! They are a little pricy but worth thee piece of mind in my home

I had a great experience. We have been on their annual plan for termites for just over 2 years and it is DEFINITELY worth the annual fee. They came out for their second annual inspection and found termites. They scheduled us for a treatment a few days later. The crew was on time and very professional. About 3 weeks later we noticed more termite activity and called them back. The Burns crew came back again a few days later and did a more extensive treatment. Again, they were very professional, on time, and took care of business quickly. Overall, I am very happy with their service at my home as well as over the phone. I highly recommend them.EDIT: I dont remember the names of the first crew but the second time it was 1 guy. His name was Miguel

Sal is our technician for our business and he is amazing. He is very detailed and efficient everyday and is always on top of what needs to be done that day as well as next services. He makes sure he stops and speaks to us about anything that needs to be done and gives us his opinion of any treatment suggestions and basically he is not here to just collect a paycheck. We are very appreciative of the service that Burns provides us and our business and having Sal as our technician.

I have used Burns Pest Elimination for many years, for both termites and recently for bed bugs for a house I recently purchased to remodel. They are always prompt and communication is awesome. Thank you Burns!

I am very satisfied with my service.I have used Burns for years! I appreciate the speed they have when I call with weeds or bugs. My hoa i think stands in my yard waiting for a weed to grow do they can send me a letter! With all the rain my yard had 1 or 2 weeds I could pull easily while other yards have lots.Bugs... I think they are afraid of Tommy! He is the best. If I have an issue he addresses it right away! I always know he will take care of them.Dillon did a great job on my weeds and was so kind, communicating about all he was doing.Ben in billing was great to work with.I always know that my issues will be addressed and I am just as important as anyone else,.

Our Service guy Enrique is absolutely amazing! He is very informative about what is doing, why he is doing it and very knowledgeable about the things he is treating which what we would typically want in a tech who is treating pest right? I had given a 4 star due to us having used them for years now and I enjoy the service but wish there warranties were a bit longer and wish that they would assist people prep for some treatments. However there service is great and there prices are really reasonable.

I personally have always been a huge fan of Burns Pest. I have used other companies, and they just don't compare when it comes down to extended services Burns offer to treat any issue. Our Tech, Sal is very pleasant and we look forward to seeing him each week at our community. At the office, Kristin Ulatowski has always went above and beyond to make sure my property is pest free. Huge Kudos to these 2 employees taking it one step further and going above and beyond.

I shouldn’t even be giving them a 1 star but there no way of leaving a 0 , worst customer service I have ever experience with a business I was told I was gonna get a call back because of a service that was done at my house incorrectly and yet I’ve been waiting on that call for over a month now and no response from anybody I have called multiple times and yet nobody has reach me. I’m not using you guys EVER again after this experience. I don’t recommend using this place the tech guys just spray wherever haven’t even seen a change !!!

Our technician is very reliable and does a great job. We have used Burns for over 15 years and are quite happy with their service. Their customer service department is always attentive to any reschedules we might need to do.

Return customer from 2013. Found 2 huge Black Widows last night (Sunday). Neighbor reported he has scorpions.Nope!I called 630am Monday morning to attempt to get someone out that day. By 330pm they were here & gone.From the first phone call (Shannon & Darla) to the technician showing up (Joe), I'd happily pay double for that kind of responsiveness, customer care, attentiveness, professionalism, and dedication to the customer & the job.Young kids in the house. Several dogs we love. You can't overprice peace of mind. These folks are outstanding. And their work ethic well, you just don't find that these days.Thank you is not enough.

we were told that we would have the most intense treatment possible including traps and bait to subsidize our infestation. we never received traps or bait and our problem is still horrible. I would hope that this company would take some integrity with its work but i guess not?

A person came to spray 2 of our homes. I specifically told him I had a problem with crickets, he said he would make sure to take care of it. In the 3 weeks I still had them as bad. I called and the gal said I was out of the warranty period. I plead with her that I didn't know how long it should take for the spray to have worked so I gave it time and 3 weeks was pretty long. She said she would call a Manager and get back to me and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. #dissapointed!

Initially moved from the Midwest, Burns Pest Elimination answered all of my initial questions and explained all the services and options easily and professionally. I have had two technicians as I have had two homes in the Phoenix area. Both technicians have been professional and explained any questions I have. As I am not always at my rental home, I have entrusted the technicians to enter to provide scheduled service. I have had Burns handle our extermination for the last 18 months. In recent months we’ve been especially pleased with the service. We usually request Saturday treatments and the technician is always friendly. In the last few months they’ve been exceptional at reminding us of our monthly appointment. The treatment itself is effective, although we still do need to hunt scorpions during the summer months on top of monthly sprays.. that said,.it’s well within our expectations.

Absolutely outstanding service.I have been using Burns for two years now on my property. Michael has been my technician and has done an OUTSTANDING job.I had a bad scorpion problem when we moved in and it was completely eliminated in less than a month and we haven't had any issues since.I black light my entire yard almost every night so I KNOW they use quality chemicals.Michael is extremely personable, reliable, professionable and knowledable. He has been training Grady who will now take over my route. Grady is doing a fabulous job, as he is learning for the best. I sincerely believe Michael would only recommend the best, as he did for Grady. They service apt community where I live.I had what I would call a major problem and I wrote a terrible review which I am recanting now because the people responsible lived up through an ethical way of doing business oh, and I appreciate thatSo they are going from one star to four stars and when the job is complete I will raise it five I'm sure.The owner had contacted me which impressed me,, and I had what I would consider problem with technician but we resolved it and I think he knows his business and he's taking care of my friend who is in her living room on a hospital bed with an open wound.Sometimes it's better for people to take care of people that you care about them to take care of you personally In other words he treated her with respect and is doing his job well and said he was only human and a basically apologize to the problem we had so I'm totally fineThanks to owner for being a stand-up guy I'm getting back to me and thanks to Bobbie and Aaron and the other two people I've talked to on the phone who have been very polite to me today

We had a bee issue at our office, Burns was out the next day to treat and it was a tricky issue. There were still a few bees floating around 24hrs later so they came back out to re-treat and everything looks good. A big THANK YOU goes out to the technician, Nick, for his extra effort and great attitude.

We have been with Burns Pest for over two years now and have the monthly service. Our technician Randy does a wonderful job and I would like to thank him for his great work!! We have a problem with scorpions and he is always giving us advice on what we can do and offering to come back if we have any problems, especially since we have a little one at home that is crawling. Burns pest is great with their customers and I would highly recommend!

Had a roof rat problem that other companies couldn’t fix, only Burns was able to completely eliminate the problem. It’s been over 6 months and haven’t had any rats return. I am so relieved and grateful to be able to sleep well at night, thanks for burns!!!

Todd is an awesome tech who has been spraying our home for while now! Very nice and friendly and If there is an issue we are having with any kind of bugs he makes sure to take care of it! Customer service is not always the best but we continue to have our services with them because of Todd.

We have been using Burns Pest Elimination for several years. Some of the technicians seem they are just beginning with no experience or have not had the proper training for the service they are providing. The business does not seem to maintain a steady work force since we do not have the same technician after two or three treatments. Within the past month we had technicians Frank and George for different services, both seemed to be very knowledgeable about what they did and have great customer relations. Five stars if we could have a steady technician for at least a year and Burns would improve their training and/or quality control programs.

We have used Burns since 2009 on an annual contract at two different places since we moved once while in AZ. If we were in town or not, but spending most of our time year round here we have appreciated the service folks completeness and also their nice friendly attitude and engagement with us as clients. During the active summer months they came out whenever we asked for extra, mostly interior, protection from scorpions, they came within 2 days..I think their price is a bit higher than other services but their willingness to come quickly on-demand is well worth the cost as things can get on the dangerous side and my wife has incredible vision and can spot the little creatures very quickly which saves us both from ending up in the ER with a scorpion bite. It can happen anyway but at this point I feel I am well protected with Burns periodic service as well as any on-demand calls I make to them. It's a big deal for us, part of living in AZ so having a team of people that know what they are doing and do it when you want it makes us feel as secure as is possible in this lovely but at times hostile place we call home!

They sell customer service but I have waited 2 full full days for a technician to show up to check our termite traps and still no Burns pest control person has shown. I have been waiting for a call back from manager Mike for 2 hours. Be careful.

Chose this company to get ride of pigeons and they did exceptionally well. Huge shout out to Tevin for his professional service.He even pointed out couple of other issues on the roof while taking care of pigeons which are not at all related to peat control .Note - I am not being asked to put good reviews and get any kind of discount . This is purely my personal review.

I am selling my home in Az and relocated out of state. The office staff was amazing, they worked with my Realtor and me to schedule the time. I received a confirmation with date and time and confirmation when the service was completed. All of my phone calls were responded to quickly and everyone was professional and kind. The treatment is completed, warranty will be transferred to the buyer. Super happy with every aspect of the service.

This technician is top drawer. We have been with Burns for a very long time and we requested Sal to be our service technician at our new residence when we moved. He is punctual, polite and very professional. Just the type of gentleman you would want to represent Burns!

Very quick to set up appointment. Service was done quickly and politely. I was told job would take about 3 hours to complete, however the tech knew what he was doing and was done in half the time. Tech was friendly, explained everything he was going to do. All in all a very good experience, will definitely be using them again.

The technician Anthony Chinco has been helping out at our apartment. He is one of the most empathetic people you’ll ever meet. He listens to you, and provides honest answers. Nothing canned or rehearsed. He has been attentive and an advocate for our needs. Burns did a good job hiring him, and if Anthony happens to respond to your pest issue, you couldn’t be dealing with a better guy.

I've been a customer of Burns for several years. Every employee that comes to my house is knowledgeable and polite. I like that they are background checked and have always felt safe. Employees seem to stick around for a long time so they must treat them well. The pest control service seems to work well. Just so-so for weed services as to how well they work.

I found some termite tubes in the house and garage. Called Burns and they came out and took care of our problem. The technician was very professional and provided great service. He was also very informative. A couple months later I found some more termite activity, so I called Burns and without hesitating they got me back on the schedule for a retreat and took care of the problem. I recommend Burns to all my friends and family.

I have had the same technician, Jason, for many years. I can't say enough good things about him. His service and knowledge are great. He's so careful with my animals. He's got a wonderful personality. Don't ever change technicians on me!!!

The pest service has always been from Burns but the Technicians have been hit and miss until Ascary came on the scene.Not only is he incredibly dependable and knowledgeable but his customer service is stellar.He’s actually been the topic of some apartment neighbor conversations. Always positive!

While Ben was very polite during our initial conversation, the tech sent out was unprepared and was not going to provide the service we paid for initially. I emailed him asking me to call me and he didn't respond until I emailed them informing them I was no longer moving forward with my next appointment. I emailed him again with follow questions and again no response.

Burn's has been around for a long time for a reason, quality service and quality people. I've only had positive experiences with them. They really care about resolving the issue and they don't nickle and dime you! Keep up the great work guys!!

In 2017 we used Burns to treat our home for bed bugs. Somehow while they were treating the house they knocked our TV off the dresser and cracked the screen. We noticed about a week later when we moved back in (stayed elsewhere until we felt comfortable the bugs were gone). The manager basically acted like I was lying trying to get money out of them and refused to acknowledge his guys would do that and not tell him. Completely naive. After going back and forth and driving to their office they finally agreed to pay me a very small amount. (I think like 100 bucks). It was a 32 inch flat screen smart TV which at the time you couldn't find one for less than 2 or 3 hundred. When I pay $2500 for a treatment i told expect better care and also customer service. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the treatment worked and we haven't had any problems since.

Adam, the service representative is extremely efficient and pleasant. Services are timely. They come when they say they will come. Adam or other reps, always asks if there are special issues that need be addressed. I have been using Burns for several years and appreciate the on-going consistency in there services.

I had such a great experience when I contacted Burns Pest Elimination. I had called other places and they had the most fair price, but what made me choose them over the countless other companies was their service specialist Marco Regalado. I was really appreciative of his customer service because when I had called I had been extremely stressed and frustrated with a tick infestation I had because of a neighbor’s pet, he was empathetic, and even made me laugh helping me not feel so stressed after I set up the appointment. It was reassuring to hear that they’d help me win the war I’d declared against those unwanted guests! Marco followed up and called me back when he said he would, he was responsive and answered all of my questions. He even called me after they had performed the service to make sure everything went well. In addition, he sent a personally written thank you card after a couple of days. They were listed under My Guy. I discovered that my dogs had fleas. Their prices were reasonable so I hired them. They listened to me. They are very thorough with their services and they give you homework to do such as making sure your pets are properly treated. That is very necessary or it will be harder to get rid of the pests. They send reminders the day before they are scheduled to come and are on time. I feel confident that they can get rid of your pests too!

Service was awesome by the 2 technicians, I had both pest and weed service. However customer service gave me the wrong pricing information. The warranty they actually give was not what I was told over the phone which apparently has been an issue with their sales team.

Always professional & friendly, keeps bugs away from my home & yard. My kids look forward to Randy and my dogs like him too. Always available to answer questions and concerns. Always willing to investigate weird bugs and eradicate then from my yard. Keeping the scorpions away, he is my best defense! Really great company. Worth the yearly service contract. Safe spray inside and out. The big service spray often kills off some weeds too! Bonus.

I have used Burns for a number of years. They spray both inside and out. I have also used them for termites and for weeds. The person that comes to the house is always friendly and professional. My only problem is trying to find out when they are scheduled to come. I would like to know at least 2 weeks ahead of time so I can reschedule if need be or to be sure and be home when they are coming. This last time I received a card 2 days after the day it said they were coming. Luckily the person that was doing the work called earlier in the day to tell me I was scheduled and I could postpone for a week.

I have been in property management for almost 30 years. Burns Pest control has usually been my pest control service. There was an occasion when the owner wanted to try someone different, but then went back to Burns every time. I have not found another pest control service that has the quality and customer service that Burns provides. Pete Pasquini has been my tech here for almost a year and I couldn't be happier! He's very attentive and pays close attention to detail. I love his sense of humor and he's always chipper and smiling...even on his worse day! He has alot of knowledge and puts it to good use.

I LOVE Burns!!! The number of critters we had getting in DRAMATICALLY decreased after the first visit. They are professional and I didn't have to wait long for them to do their initial visit (maybe 3-5 days...maybe!). I would definitely recommend them.

The Cons- My son wanted to use Burns Weed Control to get rid of the weeds in his yard. We have used this service before so we recommended Burns. After calling being put on hold then transferred we spoke with someone who told us he would receive a call no later than 24 hours. 3 days later no call.The Pros- We have a call to Jason our Pest Control guy took down our son's info and within minutes he received a call from the Weed Control guys and an appointment was set. My husband and I recently had to have our apartment treated for bed bugs. We could not find anything with our eyes but decided to have our unit inspected because my husband getting bit at night like crazy. Under the impression that our apartment complex was covering the treatment (they decided to tell us that it wasn't going to be covered by the apartment after we got treated) we were never given any estimates by Burns and we were not given the option to use another service if we wanted to find somewhere cheaper. Several later we got billed for the initial inspection, the treatment and the follow-up inspection in which there was inconsistency in their paperwork about where in the apartment the issue was. There was very little communication to us about what they claimed was a small problem (they had to bring in a dog because even they couldn't find anything with their eyes). They proceeded with the treatment as a precaution and we had to leave our apartment basically for two whole weeks. My husband was present when they brought the dog for the follow up inspection and they told him that everything was dead (don't ask me how the heck they knew if they couldn't see any of the bugs in the first place). We vacuumed and followed ALL of their instructions...I just found two bed bugs WITH MY EYES in our headboard!! Small problem?, All of the bugs have died? I think not. So very disappointed in our service and we will be calling someone we know we can trust to treat our apartment again and fix their mistakes.

Burns does a fine job in treating weeds and pest control. Our technician, James, is friendly and accommodating. He always calls in advance to confirm the date and time as we have monthly service. Burns is very willing to return if extra weeds pop up which is nice for desert landscaping, since weeds are particularly unsightly and can get out of control.

I had an issue with some roof rats at a rental property I manage in Mesa. Called them out and haven't had any issues since. Good matinence program as well. A bit pricey but worth it for the services they give.

We have been using Burns Pest for over 10 years. Excellent Customer Service, if we ask for a second spray, they are quick to take care of us. Ben is the BEST!

Neil was courteous and efficient. When I set up the appointment (about a month before), I asked for the spraying to be scheduled as early in the day as possible in the event the wind should come up. By 10:00 AM, I had heard nothing, so I called to see what had happened. Neil called and relayed that he had not gotten the word to come early and that he could be at the house between 2 and 3. By the time he arrived, the wind was blowing to the point we both agreed that the spraying should be delayed. He arrived promptly at 8 the next morning, and did a great job. This wasn't the first time that a technician had not been informed of a message I had asked to be relayed to him. Also the $44 increase in the price of the service was a shock and a big disappointment as there had been another $40+ increase just a few years back.

Very unprofessional when I called them! I had bought a home here in AZ and the previous owners paid for the full year Burns pest elimination never contacted us or even came by to service the property in over 8 months but they did send me a renewal bill if I wanted to continue the service,hah what service? This is bad business practice I recommend shopping around for a legitimate pest control company!!

Burns has been our provider for over 20 years. They are a local family owned and operated company that has the same employees coming back to your home over the years. Thats important because if the empoyees are happy they will stay on and the work they do is good and reliable.Be sure to include them in your request for quotes on pest elimination. They may not be the most affordable but they will do the best job and will be around for the long haul over the years. Quality, value, responsiveness, and punctuality are all the reasons I continue to recommend them to my nieghbors, family, and friends.

Burns is part of our family. Russell is our rep, and he is the most dedicated professional young man - always so courteous and will go above and beyond to please. Burns participated in an effort to feed homeless pets at a shelter, but did not ask for money. They asked for pet food. We were so impressed and touched. Burns is a waste of time!! There are cheaper companies that do way more than burns are willing to!! We called them to set up service because we were finding scorpions at our house. With having 7 kids and one of them being a baby that just started crawling, this was nothing we wanted to mess around with. We paid for 4 months of service plus an extra $120 for the 1st service for them to search the whole property with a black light and remove any they found. Well on the 1st visit the guy came out and sprayed, set 2 traps outside and only found 1 scorpion with the black light. Couple days passed and we were still finding more & more scorpions ALIVE. I called back to see if there was any type of guarantee and also because the gentleman didnt spray under our crawl space. They apologized and said they definitely guarentee their work and will be back out to redo it. Well they sent the same technician out and he was extremely rude since he had to come back out. They said he would be out Saturday between 9am and 11am. He didn't call until after 11am and said he wouldnt be there until later. He ended up getting there at 120pm and was gone by 129pm. He said he would not be getting into our crawl space because it would hurt his back and instead of re spraying the whole property like they originally told me, he only sprayed the top of our crawl space and around it for 2 minutes and left. I called to complain again and ask to stop service and just refund what ever wasnt used (i called around to other companies that were cheaper and would actually go under the crawl space to spray) the manager or owner ended up speaking with me and apologized and asked that i give them one more shot to make it right and they will not send the same guy out, It will be his supervisor to do it the right way. Well we agreed and his supervisor came out and he was a lot more thorough. He looked in cabinets/ under sinks (told us what needed to be fixed to stop them from coming in) he set 13 traps around the whole property and sprayed (but still didnt do the crawl space) we left it alone and decided to wait to see if it was a better outcome. Well days later and still finding more scorpions ALIVE. Some of them were in the traps but some of them were even able to get out of the traps.. so i called burns back and talked with the supervisor and asked them if they ever redid the black light service from the 1st visit we paid for since the guy didnt do a good job the 1st time. They said no and they wouldnt be redoing it for free. Instead of paying 120, they would charge us 90. I told him no thank you. We have already paid close to 400 with everything through you guys and you guys wont even go under the crawl space. He said yeah sorry they don't go under there but he said he was sure that is where they are coming from. We ended up canceling and doing a refund. Found several other companies that are cheaper and will go under the crawl space. Btw even after his supervisor was out here to spray, we still continued to find more live scorpions and my son even had one crawling on him in the middle of the night. Do not rely on burns as your pest control company. Way better options and at a more affordable rates

I have a termite contract with this company...this would be the 3rd time in less than a year they would have to come out to treat the same area for termires...and it not only did I have to wait over a month twice they called and canceled both times because the tech had an emergency and they would have to reschedule...this time I had an appr for Sept 8th..they called to cancel and want to reschedule me for Oct 23rd. In the mean time the damage to my inside wall is growing.

Derek was fantastic! He comes out weekly to service our property. He is very communicative and explains anything you need. We had a resident who had an issue and he took care of it. He even helped explain to them what they needed to do to resolve the issues. Thanks Derek!

We've used Burns Pest for over 10 years, and only had 1 rate increase, and it was moderate. I like that we have the same service person each month, and that he'll call if he can be there earlier or later. Always helpful with special problems (packrats, squirrels, etc)

The technician is awesome! Always calls me when he is a few minutes away from my house, and even asked about my dog this time around. My dog is old and deaf, didn't realize the tech was here last time for quite awhile, LOL! I like that he thought about my dog to ask how he's doing.

Joe is the best! I can't speak for the others, but Joe is terrific! He is professional, personable, and thorough. It is clear he cares. Joe himself gets five (5) stars. The only reason I am giving the company 4 stars instead of 5 is because I believe there is a way to address the root cause of the scorpion hot spot in the Santa Fe subdivision of McCormick Ranch, but I have never seen that discussed or pursued. It makes sense as it is not in the financial best interest of the company to do that (and not their responsibility to lead the charge). I simply believe that the best pest elimination companies will work WITH you to address all root causes of infestation. Until the root cause is addressed, Burns (and specifically Joe) are terrific as a stop gap. :)

I paid $160 for two cockroach extermination. The best I got was a few cockroach corpses on the ground that were back shortly thereafter. I live in a one bedroom apartment. They wanted me to continue a NO contract service paying $80 a visit and wanting to completely clean out the kitchen every two weeks. but why would anyone want to continue with a business that clearly cannot deliver on what it claims to do. I get better results buying the cockroach bombs from the grocery store.

I'm not happy with the services . I'm going on my second month in an apartment complex that you guys service . You have sprayed my place twice and so called dusted once and I'm still seeing scorpions 6 in total. It's 3 a.m my whole house has been up since 12 am because my daughter found a scorpions in her bed with her and it got away before she was able to kill it. The Techs seem like they want to do as little as possible . Which to my understanding one was banned from the complex.

We had rusty and his handler come do an expection. They were very quick but thorough. Even showing me rusty skills so I could see he could do his job accurately. Rusty was absolutely adorable with a great personality! The handler was professional and kind! Would definately reccomend them both and use the company again!

We had solar panels installed, and never thought of how pigeons would love those panels! They propogated and abundantly! Jerry Clark came and estimated what it would take to gate off (I think the term was exclusion) the panels and other netting we had on our roof, and recommended a couple trapping sessions. They humanely trapped quite few, and when a huge storm came through, one of the traps fell off the roof (it was a huge storm! It wasn't the only thing that blew off!), And they promptly replaced and fortified the roof and added on another week of trapping. Again, I fault the storm, not the trap. We don't have the pigeons anymore! They stayed at it until the birds were gone. Great, honest, prompt and service

Incredibly disrespectful and poor service. I was away at work while they were at my residence. I have CCTV, so I was able to review the footage of their visit. There is a 30 x 18 mat at my door that reads please remove your shoes thanks!, as I do not allow shoes inside. The 2 individuals literally stepped on this as if it weren't there. I also observed one of them snooping around and banging on my terrarium trying to see what was inside. As far as the issue they were originally called for. I took matters into my own hands and the issue has been resolved. Thanks for nothing.

I was an actual paying customer of Burns and had a horrible experience with this organization. Customer service was very rude and dismissive, and the treatment results were not great as scorpions and other pests persisted for months.Further, a number of the reviews about Burns appearing on G+ appear fabricated. I wish Google would do something about this, it's so obvious. Check out these red flags for yourself:1. Many Burns G+ reviews started posting suddenly in the last few weeks or so, G+ and Burns have each been around for years......2. Excessive praises. The language in a number of these reviews is outlandishly, obviously, fabricated by someone motivated to make fake reviews. Seriously, read some of the 5 star review. So fake.3. People LOVE their pest control service so much that they go to the lengths of using more than one sentence in the review, or even leave a review at all? Not very likely, in fact research suggests that consumers are more likely to go out of their way to leave a bad review than a positive review. Go ahead, look it up.4. Many reviewers have only contributed one review, and that review happens to be about Burns. Really, their most favorite organization in the world prompting social media action is a pest control company? I don't think so. You decide.5. Many of reviews containing the fore-mentioned red flags ALL contain 5 star ratings. Not very likely.If an organization is unscrupulous enough to go thru the trouble of tricking you to use its service by posting fake reviews, you know they can't be trusted. STAY AWAY!I acknowledge that the fake reviews posted by Burns may be a survival response to its competitors using the same practice, but honesty is always apparent and the best policy. This review oozes honesty, doesn't it? How honest do a number of 5 star reviews for this company appear to you?I acknowledge also that my G+ profile used to leave this review has only this one contribution, but that's because it's not my main G+ account and the reason I used this account is so that Burns' senior management can't definitively peg this review to my customer account and contact me again with empty promises. Those guys/gals!My little review here will probably prompt the perpetrator to modify the review tactics a little. Existing reviews will begin changing so they don't meet the red flags described above, future reviews will begin to vary in star rating and review length, etc.I hope you found this useful, my motivation is that the reader may possibly be spared the poor treatment and experience the same frustrations as I did.

Rude and unhelpful customer service when you call in for just general questions. They are quick to set a appointment but when it comes to answering any questions, forget about it. If you question the reps when you call in they will just hang up on you or tell you to ask the techs. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend to anyone. They definitely need customer service skills in the office.

Had a tree problem and thought it might be chemicals sprayed for weed control. They brought out an expert to explain and educate us on tree and plant maintenance. Very impressed with actions taken. Would highly recommend Burns.

I have been a customer for years with Burns Pest. Positive two star review, since we have started there service we haven't had any bug problems. Negative three stars are for the many changes in office standards over the years, it fell like my business has not been valued but diminished in service seems the norm.The last straw is in March as apart of my bi-monthly bug control agent came in and treated every exterior window and entrance as apart of the documented treatment on my property. Later that day I happen to come across an area, plain as day, filled with rat droppings next to a window. I cleaned up the area and have been since working to eradicate these varmints. This month I expressed my displeasure that I wasn't informed of this issue. He treated the property as usual and informed me that the droppings were old. Funny the droppings were not there the day before. Old in like 24 hours? Offered, at a cost, a trap. Too late, bub! Looking for different pest control company. Another down point is that we have termite control through this company. Every year we re-up, every year they cash the check and no renewal service on the property. Crud, we have invested all that money to get ignored again too. This customer is looking elsewhere for better treatment and service.

Burns came performed heat treatment and 2 desperate fuumigatons no luck as of yet this was caught in a early stage they are returning with a plan on Tuesday stay tuned for the next results hopefully I hopefully I will not get charged again because people go to bed bug litigation the promise to me was kept to the understanding that all bed bugs would be killed and I would not see any bed bugs for 30 days after that this has been going on since October and I have been seeing bed bugs every 5 to 11 days since October this has been extremely overwhelming the out of money from my savings has been deleted it's to spend one big nightmare

We use Burns for a series of termite stations around the house, that they come and check on a set schedule. The company always notifies by email when they are coming so there are no surprises, so it's easy to make changes if the scheduled date is inconvenient for whatever reason. No muss, no fuss, so 5 stars for not screwing it up ;)

They are contracted with our community, Christopher Todd Communities. It's an awful time just trying to get them to spray the inside of our unit. For the 3rd time requesting to get sprayed inside he finally went inside our place for more than 30 seconds and guess what? He left our back door wide open, didn't even bother trying to close it or lock it. Terrible! We have a dog and could have got things stolen with the HOLIDAYS coming up. Please tell your employees to lock the doors.

I'm not sure if it's this location exactly, but I am highly dissatisfied with the level of service from this company. The inspection went well. I was told that the tech would come on the 5th of February between 9-5, and now here it is the 7th, and no one has shown up, or called to reschedule the extermination. I have a relative who is in hospice care, and had to go to post acute care in preparation for the service, which is not an easy process. (Transportation, pain management, costs.) For us to do all of that, and have no one show up to work is very stressful. Now here it is two days later. A room full of black bags, no extermination, and the process must start all over again. Bad time for my family, and this company's lack of professionalism did not help, and was a waste of time. Update: Thanks for correcting my use of the word fumigation. Please let your tech's know that it's not called that. SMH.

Great staff helped me with the little, unwanted pests around my home. The person that came by was friendly and made sure he could target my needs. I started a service plan for regular visits.

My advice would be to NOT pay the $250.00 inspection fee unless they can guarantee in writing that their schedule will allow them to treat the property within the following 48 hours. After confirming the bed bug situation at my rental property, giving me a verbal agreement that they would treat within 48 hours, and pulling the full amount of $1475.00 from my credit card, they informed me that they would not be able to get it treated for a WEEK!! I was forced to go with another company because I couldn't make my tenant wait that long. They refunded my card for the treatment that never happened but kept the $250.00 inspection fee. On the phone they made it sound like the $250.00 included pre and post canine inspection but come to find out it only covers the pre-treatment inspection. Very misleading!! How can they expect someone to live with bed bugs for a week especially after confirming that the infestation is really bad.

Excellent service all the time. The workers they send are very professional and courtesy. I am never annoyed or afraid in any way to let them into my house. They are on time and communicative too. Great company with great service.

I have had this service for three years now. The first two years were great, each time my house was serviced, they would leave a small card at my door. During these first two years, I had no bugs (e.g., crickets) in my front yard or backyard: the service was working. Since the third year started, I have serious doubts as to whether they are actually coming to spray my house. I tried to get in touch with the central office without answers (three emails and multiple phone calls that go to voicemail). Crickets are back. To my point, for this month, in October they claimed that came twice but not evidence. As soon as my contract expires, I will look for a different company.

As a tenant of the apartment complex I am at, I called the company to try getting an idea of when they would be here for the scheduled treatment. Of course, I would like to know when they are going to be here, because we are supposed to leave the apartment for when they do treatment. However, when I called they said as part of their contract with the apartment building they could not give me that information. Excuse me? I then told the lady on the phone that it didn't make any sense, and she was VERY rude. This makes no sense considering I have to pay for the treatment, and my apartment does not. I am calling management, and doing something about this.

We’ve used Burns for many years paying the yearly service. Takes 3 weeks to get them to come out then they only treat the small area vs the entire perimeter. For the amount of money we pay, you’d think they’d treat the entire area as a preventative measure.

My neighbors moved out and their roaches came in full FORCE. I had 4 sessions with Burn's. They dusted and baited within the first week I noticed a huge change. Second week NO men with brown coats. YAY. I am pest free and it only took one month. Kyle was awesome answered any questions or concerns I had. If you have roaches and seriously need help getting the problem solved CALL THESE GUYS.

Before Burns came to my unit, I couldn't get rid of roaches. Then Michael, of Burns, explained the process to me and together we have gotten the problem under control and I am just doing maintenance. I am very pleased, and this was accomplished in a little over 2 months. I have seen NO bugs.

I specifically asked for an afternoon visit to clear up my bug problems, so that the tech could come into my home and apply the chemicals indoors. An appointment was set up for him to be there between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Monday. He did show up but at 8:30 AM when I was not at home so he couldn't get into my home. I left for the season on Tuesday morning, so hopefully when I get back in December, I won't find a house full of bugs. Very, very disappointed with Burns.

BE AWARE!! They will charge you twice, then say they will refund and never actually will. The person giving the service was great and very accompdating, however the company is a FREUD!! I called a week and a half ago to tell that I was charged for the service twice, they apologized and said they will process the refund.Called today a week and a half later and the lady said and tried to assure me that it had been processed still and it takes up to five days to my bank acount. So I asked when axactly was it processed as it has been more than 5 days, she transfered me to a manager. Manager said it actually was never processed and he will do that now.So the lady I just spoke to 5 mins ago openly lied. And had lied the last time I called. What is this?? Never use the service of this company! Overcharging happens but liying??

Went through them for our apt because we found bedbugs. Man came in with 1 dog during inspection said they found nithing but a beetle shell. That night i found 4 on the matress and left them in a tube. After arguing for several days to get them to come spray they jeot us waiting saying we werent inspection ready although we followed the list to the t. Dont recommend using this company. Look for a smaller known company that wont dick you around and charge 250 for an inspection that was improper. Terrible company

The service was fine but during the process he broke one of our candy cane decorations. I know accidents happen but it tried to fix it but never mentioned it to me, and he could have been up front about it.

I need two treatment for bed bugs. Both time they set a dated when they were supposed to come, and after the hassle of prep work, the appointments were canceled on the intended treatment dates. The worst part is they would schedule an appointment the following week leaving all the roommates and I prone to being bit.

Had outpatient surgery on the 18th of this month the lady that came with her partner was as surprise as I was, and i realized that the person that called did this on purpose. They didn't find anything, still it was very embarrassing, i asked for the dog to come in to make sure that there was nothing ,but they said it wasn't necessary. I informed them that I just had surgery and the doctors wouldn't have performed the surgery if I had anything and specially bed bugs. It was very cruel of the manager at Vesta On 12. Since I had no furniture or much of anything when I came here, thanks to him I have lost most everything and my disability limitation or pay doesn't allow me to have spare money to spend or to run all over town specially and find another place, and w the heath problem the virus i mean everything would be lost. when i had made arrangements for the ? truck and people to help me. The day before I was to move in I was informed the 14th of this month was no longer available but I could move in the 15th. I had payed for both days for a reason, I thought I was going to faint. My ❤ hurt and there was nothing or no one to help. His attitude was so cold and had no care or explanation for it. Like if I was nothing,and he wasn't replacing anything. The apartment wasn't ready or clean I was worried about my dogs and couldn't get in the apartment until 1:30 p.m.on the 15th the day i needed to move out of the old apartment. I WAS INFORMED BY MY NEIGHBOR THAT THIS IS NOT NEW. AM SLEEPING IN A AIR MATTRESS AND WAS TOLD BY AARON SUMNER THE APARTMENT MANAGER THAT IF I CONTINUE TO INSIST ON HAVING THE APARTMENT UP TO STANDARD HE WOULD TELL THE WORKERS TO SAY IT WAS DONE. Mission springs apartment uses them and if you look on there yelp you will see how roach infested the are. Had them out 4x with a foging then still had roaches was to come back the next week and do it again when he came stated by law could not fog again for a week have been living in one room and out of plastic bags. Then put roach bait on the top of my kitchen counter.

I’ve never had any negative experience with them and I have no insect problems either. They come to my home every three months.

Seriously, absolutely terrible. My apartment complex chooses to use these guys and I have had to have them come spray 3 times in the last month. I had them spray recently and 5 days later I found both a cockroach AND a spider in my place. If it wasn't for the apartment, I would NEVER use them.

Mike route #56 is AWESOME! They are very quick and thorough when it comes to inspections and dealing with pest situations.
