We called for an inspection of bed bugs in our house. We saw the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint!! Luckily there was a cancellation in their schedule so they were able to come out same day. Austin came out to do the inspection and he was quick, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thankfully no pests were found, but we know who to call going forward to help us out. I’m ready to invite Austin over for dinner we loved him so much!! (: please use this business for your pest control needs. I am so thankful to have found this company and will be referring them to everyone we know. We can’t say thank you enough!!

Austin was able to come out the next day after we called and explained the process in detail after taking a tour of the house for a bug check. We chose not to do the heat treatment. He made sure we were aware of the fact that we should not keep our cat in the house while they sprayed. Leroy came out that week and helped move some furniture before starting. He was very professional and efficient. When he left, he called us to make sure we knew that he locked the house, as we were staying away that night. Leroy returned 3 months later for a warranty re-spray as a preventative measure (we had not seen any bugs after the first spray), and we have not seen anything since! This company is 100% awesome! Sal at AZ heat and pest control has been servicing my residence for about 3 years now. It has been nothing short of excellent service. I originally contacted AZ heat for bed bug problems. And I continued on with their general pest. Since continuing service, not only do I have lifetime warranty on my bed bug services I have ZERO pest problems in my home. From top to bottom my experience with this company was excellent!! I own a soberliving and we found ourselves having an issue with bed bugs. Austin came out and did an inspection and recommended treatment, he let us know exactly how to prepare, and answered all questions I had ( I had a lot of questions) he was extremely professional. I am extremely pleased with this company and with Hector, the technician, who came out and resolved my wasp issue. I had family coming in to town in three days and my home was swarming with wasps! This company has been amazing! They came out to inspect the same day we found bugs, and then came out the very next morning to heat and spray. AZ HEAT IS AWESOME....I cant thank these guys enough. I contacted them on Friday for a quote and Austin was there Mon. to do my inspection and was very thorough and was worked with me to get me a quote I could afford which included a warranty and was very knowledgeable and even answered a question I had after hours right away. He was professional and on time and very pleasant and had me scheduled for treatment for Wed. Afternoon. Between 2-4 and Sean called me Wed at 1:35 with an ETA of 2:15 which is exactly when they arrived. Sean and his partner were nothing short of helpful as I had misunderstood a couple things on the prep sheet and they were willing to help me and my daughter knock the rest of my prep out quickly in order to avoid rescheduling and I couldnt have been more grateful for that. They were so understanding and compassionate of my situation. They really made me feel comfortable and confident that I has chosen the right company. They even called me when the treatment was completed to let me know that all had gone well and let me know when we could return home. It's been a couple weeks since my treatment and we have not seen a single bed bug anywhere and no more bites either. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I had a little infestation and I called these guys up and they came the next day to cook my house with there high heat treatment. It took about eight hours by the time I came home my house was so hot and I knew the job was done right. At that point I knew it and never had a problem after that. We have just completed our initial appointment with AZ Heat Pest Services. Their customer service has been incredible from the very first contact. We sent an email via the web site for an appointment. Within 15 minutes Seth called an we set up an appointment. Seth stayed that Robert would be our contact and he would be at our home between 9 & 10, but would call beforehand. At 0900 Robert called and said he was on his way and would be here in about 35 minutes. He arrived promptly 35 minutes later.

This company and the awesome gentleman we worked with, Chris Krchnavy, responded to us so quickly and most professionally. Chris explained everything in a thorough, concise way, and gave us our treatment options. We chose the one time heat treatment, and we are very glad we did so. The treatment was done quickly, efficiently, and effectively. We have not seen any trace of a bed bug in eight weeks, and we are resting easy once again. I have had bed bugs more than once. The first experience my land lord paid some other company for treatment and it was a nightmare. They came 3 times over the course of 45 days or so and completely disrupted our life.

The second time in a new place I paid az heat pest myself. When I found bedbugs I was horrified because of my previous experience. I got my home ready for treatment again and az heat pest came out and treated with both spray and heat. We left our home to them and got a hotel for the night. We came home the next day bug free. I already knew the routine from past experience so I didn't have many questions but they were still ready to take the time to answer questions and ease concerns anyways.

I now do monthly visits with Richard. It's a breeze, I get a reminder the day before and morning of everytime. He's always on time and takes the time to hear what's been going on during the month to know what actions to take so we remain pest free from ants, crickets, scorpions, etc. On top of that it makes we worry much less knowing my monthly service is a warranty that covers the cost of bed bug treatment in the future if they ever come back. With how quick and easy they got rid of bed bugs the first time I feel much better when i travel, go to the movies, etc as well. I never want to bring home bed bugs again but it's nice knowing az heat pest services will have my back if it happens.

AZ Heat Services came out the same day (a Saturday afternoon) we made the discovery we had these awful pests, I can't even bare to say the name. I get the heebegeebees just thinking about them. Our rep, Jordan, was great. He seemed very knowledgeable and put us at ease that our infestation wasn't as bad or far along as we thought. We got rid of our headboard that same night and that helped tremendously. He returned on Monday to do the chemical treatment since the heat wasn't an option due to the makeup of our home. It's been about 3 weeks now and barring the first few days, we have seen only one as recently as a week ago. I'm being vigilant on checking beds daily. But we also haven't slept in our bedroom yet. Either way, the service has been great. I highly recommend them if you should ever be in need of such a service. They know their stuff, are quick to call and take care of your problem asap.

I take care of my handicapped father from out of state, and this July, we got the devastating news that bed-bugs had over-run his condo. Our technician, Chris was awesome! He even came back out twice when we found half alive bugs and sprayed to be sure we got them all. I called freaking out after I had spotted a bed bug on me eating upon my awakening and had tony out about 4 hours later for my FREE inspection. I was told he would arrive between 2 and 3 and honestly wasn’t expecting him to show up for hours after that as most companies now a days are like that. But at 1:34 I received a call from him and he was at my house by 2:15! He was amazing and personable! Answered all my questions, inspected my whole home and alleviated a lot of my concerns. I was set up for an appointment the next day with Tod at 7am so I pulled an all nighter to prepare my house for heat treatment and pesticides. Much to my surprise (again, usually I don’t expect much because most companies don’t stay true to time estimates), Tod showed up as promised at 7am and was very accommodating. He talked to us about the process and what he was going to do. I then contacted him after leaving my house so he could start the process as I forgot to warn him that I have surgery in two weeks and needed to be certain the problem was solved so the bed bugs don’t take up residence in my rather bulky splint after this major ankle surgery. No joke, he texted back within 3 minutes and let me know he would make sure to bake my room as much as possible and also sprayed extra heavy and took extra time to thoroughly examine my room and contact spray any Bed bugs that he found alive after heat treatment (if any were even alive). I received a call after he was finished explained yet again what he had done, his warranties, his findings, and made sure I was 100% happy and had no questions or concerns before he left my house. I am so beyond thankful for this company. I was met with compassion and some of the most understanding and sweet people and it made a terrible situation so much easier.

About a year ago I contacted Arizona heat and pest services, We had found out we had bed bugs and I was a complete wreck! Chris got ahold of me within just a few minutes and listened and showed complete concern for the situation and understanding of how upset I was. He worked with us and quoted us very fairly. After receiving mysterious bites, and ruling out flying insects by installing a very effective indoor bug zapper, I captured two small bugs that were in our bed [my husband did not seem to have bites – just me]. I squished one of the bugs, and out came blood. OK, I had heard of bed bugs, but had never needed to deal with them. Once I started reading the horror stories on-line I began to feel a mild panic. I ordered bed bug traps for the bed, ordered a book, and bought some “natural” sprays on-line. The more I read, though, the more I was convinced we needed a professional. I had heard and read a little about using heat to kill bed bugs, so when I saw the ad for ArizonaHeat Pest Services, and noted they serviced my area, I gave them a call. I was referred to their technician Chris. The first service Chris provided was to calm me down. He let me know how many folks like me they had helped and what the procedure would entail.

He first wanted to make sure we were dealing with bed bugs so he had me take pictures of the tiny stains on the sheet and the area behind the bed which was a wooden paneled wall. I had not noticed but there were tiny black spots on the wall. Chris educated me on what to look for and what the evidence revealed. When he was certain we had a bed bug issue, we talked about the work he would do, the prep work, and the costs.

On Tuesday, the first day we spoke, he sent me an email with an attachment detailing the steps we would need to take to prepare for his visit. It took my husband and I all day Wednesday to complete the prep work. On Thursday morning, as promised, he and another technician Eric arrived to begin their work.

We did a check of the house and Chris gave us the final quote which was within the range he first estimated when we spoke. He explained the rationale behind his quote, and it made sense to us. He estimated the length of time it would take to complete the work which included the heat treatment and specific limited application of chemicals targeted to the area where the bed bugs had set up shop. Bed bugs can travel and are experts at hiding, so he took steps to make sure the entire house would be free of bed bugs when they were through. He told me there may be a few left, but they would succumb to the chemical treatment. If I saw any bed bugs after a week, he said to call him. It’s now been a week and we have not seen any bed bugs, and I have no new bites. We remain vigilant and are drying bedding and clothing on high heat. So far after one week, I am a very satisfied customer. After it has been three months and I am bed bug bite free, then I will be doing a happy dance like you can’t believe!

After experiencing the horror of finding some, ugh, bed bugs in our house, I proceeded to go about finding a solution quickly! It is a horrible topic to explore, and I was ‘creeped out’ with everything that I read. After going online and sifting through tons of material and company backgrounds, reviews, etc., I decided to go with AZHeatPest. The company policy, its track record, the sincerity I felt from the owner’s statements and reviews…all led to our going with AZHeatPest. The next day after I called, Chris and Tyler came out for an assessment. They could not have been more wonderful or professional. After they were through ‘looking’, we scheduled an appointment for treatment two days later with Chris. This was today, and Chris was right on time for the appointment and just left my home a couple of hours ago. Now, I can’t say yet whether or not the treatment will (hope against hope!) get rid of our ‘critters’ (double ugh!!)…I can say that I could not possibly have more confidence with anyone else. About 5 days ago we were shocked to find out that we had bed bugs in our immaculately maintained home. It just proves that any home can get them. I did some research and decided to use Arizona Heat Pest Services and their Technician Austin Peck. Austin came to our home and performed a thorough analysis and determined that yes we did have the 'critters' and multiple deposits of eggs prepared to hatch within days. He did an excellent job of explaining the problem and what it would take to get rid of them. We chose the heat treatment method, which was more expensive than we expected but made the most sense when the warranty was explained. All in all it was a horrific experience for us but Austin's professionalism and communication skills helped us get through the removal process more easily. Now we must wait and make sure the 'pests' are really gone for good and to never return.
We have no idea where the 'bugs' came from or how they came into our home however we are confident we received good service from Arizona Heat and if 'dem critters' should return the company will take care of them for us.

Paul Porco came down and sprayed in December. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately he has already sprayed twice in my home and we are still getting bites and seeing bugs. Good thing they offer a warranty that a lot of other places don't, my suggestion would probably be to wait until you have enough for the heat treatment.

We had just gotten back from a road trip with some motel stops and suddenly were seeing several blood sucking bugs in our bed. PANIC.
I called Arizona Heat Pest Services, that specializes in bedbugs and Tyler was fantastic. He set me up with an inspection that afternoon.
Chris come over that afternoon while we were washing and drying (high temp) all our bedding, clothing etc. and within minutes he said they were not bedbugs but some kind of desert kissing bug and not to worry.

I had a originally called another company for service whom were very nice on the phone. The service manager came out the next day to talk about what type of pests control I needed and he gave me some really great numbers that sounded like a good deal. But, when the time came he couldn't schedule service for 3 wks. . Could only do so many units a day (3) , didn't have the equipment and couldn't answer simple questions. Worst of all; hidden cost that he did not say anything about the first day we spoke.The next day I called Az Heat Pest Control and spoke with Robert he came out the same day, had all 48 units scheduled for inspection in a 3 day time period and no hidden cost anywhere. When I asked him any question he knew what he was talking about ,and was very detailed.We will definitely be using them again for our 6 months pest control inspections and any other pest issues we have in the future.

I wanted to wait a while to write a review to see if this company is as good as all the reviews say they are and if I could give them 10 Stars I would!!!! I guess you can say I was in denial thinking I had a mosquito problem but when I brought my newborn daughter home within a week of having her she was bit six times in a row on her cheek I being a new mom freaked out and called and that same day Paul came out and confirmed I did indeed have bed bugs! I went with a previous pest control company because they were cheap and mentioned they would be able to get ride the bed bugs. Cheap price gets cheap work and I still have the issues with bed bugs. After the company failed to get rid of my bed bugs, I had Arizona heat come out for a free inspection, there technician Uriel came out and after a thorough inspection he offered me a reasonable deal with a long term warranty. After the service was completed I can honestly say all the bed bugs are gone and I able to sleep again. There service works and Uriel completed job and you can’t out beat there warranty. Once again I am grateful since dealing with bed bugs was divesting. Would recommend this company!

Chris was excellent. Explained everything answered the million questions we had about this unexpected horrible bug. Not only did he go above and beyond as far as custiner service is concerned. The fact they warrenty their product longer than anyone speaks volumes to the work done. Needless to say we were horrified, having 3 kids it was easy to take advantage of that fact and they did not. Heat is the best way to go. After the heat treat and spray of the entire house, they came back to spray new mattresses without question. We appreciate how quickly amd effectively it was done. I wouls recommend to anyone who has this problem come up. Its a process but his is the quickest route to go.

The little buggers hitched a ride into our guest room in a small zippered bag of dominoes about a year ago. I freaked and read up on them and followed all the recommendations to get rid of them. We had been getting bites for a while, but never saw any evidence of bugs until we final tore the frame apart and actually saw them. With relatives coming in 2 days Chris came out and was able to a Home Heat treatment the same day, they offered a 1 year warranty even though they didn't do the whole house. Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous, and I would definitely recommend the heat treatment over spraying, do your research, its the only way to really kill the eggs.

Update: Almost a year later now... we started to see evidence of some more bed bugs... I sent an email showing a picture and Chris call me back WITHIN AN HOUR!! He came a couple days later and did a follow up spray at NO CHARGE! This company stands behind its work and response time was incredible! Thanks Chris!

Although it was not experience I wanted to go through, Austin was fantastic. He explained the process, answered all my questions, and really made me feel at ease about the whole thing. Most importantly, I haven't had any problems since the treatment.

Chris was amazing! Talk about taking a bad situation and making it a calm peaceful experience. Chris dealt with my 86yo mother like the pro that he is, keeping her informed and helping her out in any way he could. I feel like he and his helper went out of their way to complete the task as smoothly as possible.

AZ Heat is the way to go if you seriously want to get rid of bed bugs. I worked as an engineering project manager for 30 years and I am experienced in bidding out construction jobs, selecting contractors and overseeing the execution of the project. AZ Heat is the real thing. They took very good care of a rental property with bed bugs. They guarantee it and the heat they use is necessary to totally get rid of the bed bugs. I had previously done it myself in another property and it took over six months to eliminate bed bugs. AZ Heat was reliable, did what they said they were going to do. the treatment worked well for infestation that was pretty severe. After treatment some bugs came out but they died off and no problems months later.

I spoke with Sean and he is definitely an expert on killing bed bugs. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me realize that I don’t have them right now but I should see a dermatologist to see what type of bites or rash is on my skin. I thought it was bed bugs because I have ptsd from a past bed bug experience 10 years ago and was grateful for his advice.

Had an infestation of bed bugs that built up over a year. Called AZ Heat and Pest and sent Sean the same week (my convenience). We did all he suggested and he sprayed some quick acting pesticide. Although we continued to see bugs the next four weeks, it dropped from 20-30 daily to 5-10 weekly. By the second spray for longevity, I had not seen a bug in several days. It has been 3 months since our second spray and requested Sean do another inspection before our warranty expired. We are in the clear and do not expect another spray will be necessary any time soon. The service is great and they have numerous effective options from which to choose to accomodate your circumstances and budget.

I had a potential bed bug crisis Thanksgiving week. These guys made sure they got to my house early Friday morning. Upon arrival the Service Agent compassionately asked me to share what was going on, he then checked my house, and HONESTLY informed me that we did not have any signs of bed bugs. We hired Arizona Heat to get rid of a Bed Bug problem on site at our office and attached apartment. They came and did a heat treatment and chemicals. They followed through and were and are much appreciated

After having bed bugs two times in six months, I was a little wary and suffering some PTSD around the issue. I learned about Arizona Heat Pest Services through research writing a blog for a competitor, and I was intrigued by their free inspection and guarantee. So I called.

Paul came over and tore apart our two beds, couch, and armchair, and looked around the apartment, asking questions as he went. Thankfully, he found nothing, and I can now sleep a little better.

I will be referring Arizona Heat to all of the people who now consider me the bed bug expert.

Late Saturday night we discovered a dead bed bug. For months my husband had been bit but since I never was bit I figured it must be something else. (I later learned I was being bit but my skin doesn't react to the bed bugs.) The dead bed bug confirmed my husband's suspicion. Saturday night we read reviews of companies and hardly slept. I wanted to go with a pest control company that only dealt with bed bugs. Sunday morning I called another company and the phone rang and rang and it never went to voice mail. I called AHPS and Tyler answered by the third ring and set us up to meet with Chris at 10:00 the next morning. My husband and I SO APPRECIATED the quick turn around service.

Monday Chris arrived ahead of schedule and set us up for Tuesday. We debated between just spraying our home or heating and spraying. We decided to do the heating and spraying because we wanted to be DONE with the bed bugs immediately and it comes with a year warranty as compared to six months with the spraying. I had a ton of questions and Chris was very patient answering all of them.

Tuesday Chris and Darnell showed up early again! They heated our bedroom and sprayed the rest of the house. We both slept so well that night.

Saturday night we went to a BBQ. Sunday morning my husband had some new bites and suspected bed bugs. I told him I thought it was mosquitos. On Monday I felt a few more bites as did my husband. We were both freaking out. We texted Chris and asked him to come over that day to spray our room. He texted he was surprised but would be over that day. He called us as well and on the phone we learned that he had also sprayed our room and if there were any bugs they would be dying quickly. Once we heard that we decided not to have him spray.

I have rarely been so happy with a company. Their prompt service, willingness to come out a second time, professionalism, everything was amazing.

Set up a once a week visit with Richard who was very knowledgeable. Immediate results after the first visit haven't seen a bug in almost a month. The products and methods they use absolutely work. highly recommend!

Fair and expedient service. Just recently our grandmother phoned us worried about about bed bugs. The next door neighbors had told her that they had to call an exterminator about the issue not to long ago. Since there is a possibility of shared duct work since its a duplex apartment we decided to call these guys for an inspection. Neither of our family members have the luxury of taking off work so we asked for them to be there at 7:30 am sharp because we wanted to make sure everything was handled properly for our grandmothers sake before we had to leave to go to work. ARIZONA HEAT PEST SERVICES will come out, thoroughly inspect your place, explain everything about your particular Bed bug problem, and offer you treatment plans & options. No, I don't work for this company. Yes, we used them--months ago. Chris K--the company's Lead Technician--came back out to the house this week and did (another) free inspection, just like the first one, because we wanted to be sure... And there wasn't a blood-sucking beastie anywhere to be found. Chris answered all our questions to our satisfaction and, again, was polite and on time.
You can get Bed bugs from the apartment next door or you can get them living in your

Paid the 2400 for the heat treatment. They started at 9a.m. when I came home at midnight there was still afew running around. Seen afew of the tiny ones that are almost clear....and about 6 med size. I'm no expert but for 2400 was hoping to at less see the bugs dead and MAYBE eggs hatch latter. Let's see if they come right back out in the next 24 hours. Keep in mind we have to pay for a room to sleep in tonight and maybe more nights if they don't come right back .Hopefully they're professional enough to reimburse us for that or at least come right back and reheat the house, or provide another service to something else. As of RIGHT NOW they get one star. And yes house was set up and carpet was even pulled.

The team very friendly but as a company I paid 1750$ to treat my bed bugs issues using there heat highly expensive service lol 2 weeks later I have even more bed bugs in my house.

The words Bed Bugs strikes horror in the heart of man! No kidding. We were infested and didn't know what to do about it. Our regular pest control technician gave us the number for Az Heat. They came out later that day and the service was performed a day later. We haven't seen anything since that day, three weeks ago.

Chris was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He solved our problem and now we sleep in the full knowledge that we are not providing a midnight snack for any of those pesky critters!
