Moxie Pest Control

We have been with Moxie for over a year now. We use them for pest control (scorpions mainly) and weed control in our yard. We have no complaints. Have not seen a scorpion in the home or garage. We had Josh N. service our home today and he was great. Very thorough and asked us if there was anything of concern that we were seeing that we’d like him to address. I highly recommend Moxie. We have not been disappointed!

Joe.R did an amazing job explaining everything in detail and letting us know exactly what he’ll be doing to help ease our tension regarding our recent finding of a scorpion in our house. He was extremely friendly and had great communication skills. He worked efficiently and he payed attention to detail, making sure he got all the nooks and crannies we asked for. I’m a relatively a new customer about 4 months. Today my Field Expert was Steven and he was very thorough and professional. We live in Arizona and have always had a monthly pest control service. Unfortunately our service was bought by a large company and the service became disorganized, inefficient, and sloppy. I found Moxie Pest Control services from a sales rep that was door knocking in the area. I’m glad I spent time talking because I really needed to change. I was paying a monthly service and their ‘new and improved formula’ was inefficient at my home and at my neighbors home. With Moxie, there is no need for monthly service, however they will come out if you call them. In the long run, this service is more affordable. Please recognize Mr. Steven and Mr. Joe R (who serviced my first service and one of the first Moxie Pest Control employees in Phoenix AZ). I should have done a review back when I started for Mr. Joe R. Both, Field Experts have excellent customer service, are kind, professional, thorough in their work and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend Moxie Pest Control services.

We had our home serviced today by Moxie Pest Control. TONY was our Field Expert and he did a great job and was very professional. He even waited a few extra minutes for me to come home so he could spray the inside of my home. I really appreciated him going the extra mile for me. Over the last two years since using Moxie, we have noticed a significant decrease in bug activity in our house. Moxie has been so great to work with.

We have had Moxie doing our pest control for about 2 years now. Before Moxie my husband had always done our own pest control and I can tell you there is a vast difference. We used to still have spiders , the occasional Scorpion, and a few other bugs hanging around and this is NOT the case with Moxie. I cannot thank them enough for our pest free home. The added bonus is their professional team members. We had Daniel S. yesterday he was polite and very aware of our barking dogs. He quickly handed me his card so as not to have to ring the doorbell again, ask if I needed anything specific, thenthanked me and moved on to complete his job. I appreciated his awareness of the situation.

Brandon M, my Field Technician, was very prompt, responsive, patient, completely service oriented and totally cheerful today. I was home alone and asleep from working a night shift when he came at 10:30 this morning and knocked on the door. I had forgotten to open the side gate for him to do the backyard/porch areas. At first I thought it was an Amazon delivery and didn't jump out of bed right away. Soon, I heard some rustling at the side gate outside my window, and instantly I knew it was MOXIE, who I had forgotten! We met up quickly and ALL WENT WELL after that!! He knocked again when he was finished and gave me a report on service, then asked if there was any way he could help me further. I said I think we're good, and thanked him for his efforts! I'M VERY PLEASED that Brandon was patient, persistent and responsive in a completely positive manner!

Hector came and did a fantastic job. We have a lot of black widows and earwigs. He came out and sprayed everything, including the inside of my house. This company is definitely worth your time and your money. He was friendly, funny and thorough.

We have always been happy with our service from Moxie (both in AZ and UT). Today my field expert was Matthew C. He was kind, conscientious and on time with a phone call to let us know he would be arriving soon. He explained everything he did and was so nice and professional at the same time. I highly recommend Moxie Pest Control.

Josh was awesome. He made sure all entry ways and openings from interior to exterior were covered. Especially the doggie door. He was mindful to remind us to keep the pups away for at least 30min so as not to get sick from any chemicals. He took his time but was efficient. Thanks Josh! Will be using Moxie for a long time.

Today we had Wyatt as our tech. He was very nice and explained everything he sprayed on our property. Also asked if we needed our house sprayed inside today. Very happy with moxie service. Been using them for over 2 years and rarely see bugs, scorpions or even spiders in or near my home.

I have been using Moxie for 2 years and have always been pleased with their customer service and their field experts are always nice, but today I had Mathew C. for my technician, and I was so impressed. In my 2 years, I have never been offered to have the inside of my home or my garage serviced and he asked if I would like to have these done and I was so excited. I wasn't prepared for him to do the inside but he did service my garage and told me left some bait boxes. He did a great job!

I have YET to be disappointed by the service & professionalism of the Moxie Techs!!! And our recent visit with Daniel S. has met the standards the other Techs have set!!! He was friendly, polite, ON TIME, patient with our dogs (well, my management of them) and was very thorough. I always appreciate the call-ahead when the Moxie Techs are on their way and how quickly they work!!! Thank you Daniel for a GREAT job!!!

Great service, so efficient and professional. Hector M. introduced himself and his partner Ethan R. when they arrived at our rental in Maricopa and explained what they were going to do. They sprayed and replaced traps around the premises and reassured me they didn't find any signs of activity or infestation. Highly recommend them.

Tony came today to do my 3 month inspection. He was really nice and changed the sticky pods and fumigate the inside and outside of the house. I really like Moxie, all their employees are so kind and do an excellent job!

Always willing to listen prompt and trustworthy in that they will do the job right the first time. I have used Moxie for 2 years and am very happy. I know nothing about exterminating products; but assume that Moxie uses a good quality product - mostly, since I have so few multi-legged visitors (over 4 legs, that is). What really keeps me with Moxie is the Maxie customer service! Field experts like Jon Nazarro (who was at my house today) as well as the office staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly.

I have been using this service for a few years now and have had to call back experts on a couple occasions due to increased scorpion activity. The pro’s came by promptly and did an extra service. Would recommend this service to anyone. Also a quick shoutout to Brandon Mu who was the most recent professional to come by. He helped explain the process and what he was looking for as well as what he did. A+ job.

Zach stopped by our new home this morning offering pest services. Since we were in the market for service we signed up. Hector and Warran arrived shortly after Zach left to start treatment. Hector was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to to and why before doing anything. We have been using Moxie for several years now. At our old home and now at our new. Their service is always great. Transfering service from one house to another was easy. Accepted their mistakes. Reescheduled me promptly. And heard everything I had to say without fighting back. They also promised to listen to the calls I had and work with their staff.I added another star because the technician that came in was attentive and respectful. Listened to where we wanted spraying done and where we didn’t want it and followed directions very well.(Original review)We have had 4 or 5 phone conversations with this company. On the first one the person asked all the questions got all my personal information and said someone would come on Tuesday. The next day someone called and said sorry we never actually scheduled you. But we can move you to Monday. On Monday no one came on Tuesday no one came. Today we call and find out “Oh yeah your technician cancelled” we said well that is very concerning. The person on the phone condescendingly said “Yep I’d be very concerned too” we will have someone call you back today. End of day no one did.So TLDR; don’t do business with this company. They don’t respect customer trust or time.

Moxie’s field expert Wyatt F. did an amazing job treating our house for scorpions and spiders this morning. He was professional; on time, courteous and had good suggestions on what steps to follow, gave us useful educational information to keep in mind and answered all our questions with patience.

Our pest control tech JJ showed up expeditiously and got right to work since I had other matters I was in the middle of handling. Trevor had blatant disregard for my easily visible No Soliciting - Do NOT Disturb residents sign. After being solicited about a service I am not interested in, I asked Trevor if he noticed the sign. I knew that there was no way that he could have missed the large sign in firetruck red paint. He told me Yes, I did see it. He then read the sign aloud and proceeded to try to sell me services I am not interested in. I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never heard of this organization before, but will be telling EVERYONE (Including the BBB) to avoid a group that doesn't respect privacy. This organization did not respect me and I am not even a customer of their services. I am confident they disregard customer requests. Stay away from this company!

I'll begin by saying their techs are great. My issues is with the contract. When their sales team approached me for service i told them i may be moving. They said if they have an office in the new location i could continue my contract at the new location. No mention of a contract cancelation fee. Well, I moved to a state where they do not provide service. When I called to cancel my service they said i would have to pay back the discount I recieved on the initial treatment. Read the contract before signing and DO NOT believe the sale person's statements. He did his job by getting me into a contract. If I found myself back at a location the Moxie services, I would not purchase their service again because i feel they were deceitful in their efforts to get me to sign their contract.

Mason provided us with a thoroughly professional service even though we weren't home to meet him. He completed a total job in spite of us leaving our doggie door open, and he was undoubtedly harassed by our dog during his work. Thanks for the diligent work, Mason, and sorry for the added attention you probably received. Great work!

Contacted to Moxie pest control to get home inspection due to bug activity inside wardrobe. Right, after I said that bugs was located in wooden wardrobe, I was transferred to termite department. I asked and mentioned multiple times that it is not termite. But still agent insisted that I need to be contacted to termite department and that they will come and do home inspection and give option for treatment plan. My first app was rescheduled, that’s fine. Finally, yesterday inspector from termite department came to inspect the house due to bug activity on second floor. I had expectation that I will get a professional opinion about this bug activity and will have my treatment same day or next available day. Instead, I got a dude who didn’t care my issue, and right from the door started his story about how many termites in Arizona. During whole inspection he was trying to sell me termite treatment for outside of my home. Seriously?! Don’t waste people time. Bad experience with this company.

This company is fraud itself. Rather you are a potential employee or consumer do not trust this company. It has unethical work practices, the employees pay out of their own pocket for things the employer should provide, it does not give a full wage even if a employee works over 100 hours in pay period. It makes an employee use their own accrued time for days taken off weeks or months in advance. Paperwork is not done on time. They give you the run around for anything you ask regarding operations. Never consistent hours abd even if you work 20 plus hours in over time you will not see a cent of it. And they never have a set schedule. You can be working from 5 am till 7pm and not see overtime or any bonuses. Also bonuses are like shooting stars though they are talked up. They are not an all natural or green company. Though they advertise that. They do not use all organic liquids some do contain pesticides even if they say different the breakdown of their chemical compounds say different. People get harassed constantly by their marketing team or their door to door people even when told not to revisit. And not all techs do their job 100% despite the company having more than strict regulations resulting in some people not getting a full service and having to keep having one service constantly done. Save your money and time. Don't work here and do not get service from them.

Each time I have them at my house, they are very professional and thorough. Very impressed with Major and the other young man did their job and were very conscientious.

He was friendly for my dogs and kind .
We were happy.

I have had a great experience with Moxie. Donavin came to our house and did a really good job spraying for termites and making sure that he covered the areas where they could get into the house.

From the moment I called them they were professional, on time (within 24 hours..awesomeness), they worked quickly, effectively and I mean within a day all the ants inside and now outside are gone. They offered a year service, where they come back every few months to spray and make sure things are still gone. I like that.Finally, they gave me a really sweet discount, right off the bat! Our field technician was great as always. We’ve used this company for 7 years plus. They are great w/ their service and communication.

Steve W., did a fantastic job!!!! Very good at what he does. Steve was very thorough. He carefully sprayed inside our home; the product they use doesn't leave any odors. He inspected the walls and doorways. He was diligent in spraying under and behind the shrubbery close to the house walls. I had originally requested only the outside to be done because I wasn't going to be home but Steve asked if the garage needed spraying; he could have left when he was finished with the outside but he went the extra step and asked if I needed to garage done. We have three garage doors plus two exterior doors...lots of places for critters to enter; Steve made sure we wouldn't have any problems. Thank You Steve!And thank you Moxie...after the first spraying, on that very night, the crickets were gone and I'm sleeping peacefully. And since then we haven't been bothered by tiny ants in the kitchen and we periodically see a dead scorpion or two in our garage which lets us know your service continues to work months after your service.L&G in Queen Creek

We are Canadian Snowbirds and do not know much about termites so have appreciated that Ezra took the time to show me what and where to watch for termites. It appeared that after your treatment last year a trail was missed, that how we noticed there was a old trail on the ceiling ( explained by Ezra) also Ezra, repaired some markings left behind from last service.Thanks for addressing the matter for us.

Kole Was professional and timely with showing up to my house, as well as conducting his duties. He was very polite and was on top of his knowledge of the job, with rodent removal especially. Potential New Hire Review:I audit and rate new and upcoming places on hireability, pay, friendliness, and customer practices.Hiring Process:I got interviewed then moved onto a second interview if you pass the first one.After that I was offered a ride along during which I wore the uniform and sprayed houses myself and interacted with customers as a technician for a 10 hour shift, I used chemicals and sprayed private properties, despite me not having a license or training to do so. I also was not on the payroll. I worked for 10 hours and asked for pay and they said if I accepted their job offer then they will pay you. It seems like an ok job but pay is too low for quantity and knowledge based work.Legal Issues:I worked 10 hours performing labor while unlicensed and untrained although I worked with potentially hazardous and dangerous materials... and when they offered me the job requesting I join them I declined as I already have a job and just audit companies on the side. They then refused to pay me for the time I worked which If civil suits is your thing there is great potential to sue and there are some minor and major issues regarding the fair labor standards act. Either way if you are looking for a quick buck in fees they would have to pay go for a ride along then sue.Van Tracking and Safe Driving:If you become a technician they have a dash cam system in all vans that track your movements and how well you drive you are reprimanded heavily for arriving to work late and it seems driving poorly is less reprimanded but still important to them.Salesman Incentives:They promote their technicians to try and sell or at least meantion and pass on information to sales team for them to call and bother you to join a locked in year contract for services such as weed or mesquito control, This should be changed to a monthly or quarterly contract or have options to opt out, many customers on my ride along argued with us on not being able to cancel after you purchase a contract. I cant speak to the complaints authenticity though.Overall thoughts:Overall the company seems decent and like a good reputable company for the customers, as an employee it seems better than average but still not as good as other jobs available to arizona citizens.Technician starting pay: $16.00Professionalism: 8.5 / 10Cleanliness: 7.5 / 10Friendliness: 10 / 10Employee Appreciation: 5 / 10

Brandon took care of my property and watched for my animals and their safety. He listened to my asks and completed service in a timely fashion and with a great attitude.

Matthew introduced himself and asked if there was anything in particular to address and if we wanted interior treated as well.

Our field expert Johnathan P went above and beyond. He even put our trash bins back in the yard since they were sitting out on the street for trash day. On top of that he placed trash that we had sat out in the back in the bins. It was very sweet that he did that and I'm very sorry Johnathan P that that trash was sitting out in your way!

We've been using Moxie for about two years now. Their service is excellent, friendly, professional, and very responsive (via text) when extra service is requested. They take the time to ask the proper questions to understand what service we need before they come for their quarterly inspection and I love how they also follow up after every visit. I like their text communication but they also can do phone calls and emails. I've enjoyed having them as our Pest control company and I would highly recommend them to my friends and others.

I switched to Moxie about six months ago and am 5-star pleased with their service and rates. There are many things that get that rating, but what is most impressive for me, is their response. I had an ant problem - that had gotten out of control (with a different service) and had to call them 3 times to come out between services. They always responded same day with an appointment within 48 hours. Problem solved- no more ants! The technicians are friendly and kind with a bonus of cleaning my spider webs at every visit. I don’t leave reviews much, but I had to share how wonderful Moxie is, and it starts with their AMAZING customer service. From the phone lines, to the folks who service my home, all wonderful. As for the actually quality of work/product, that is really good as well. In Phoenix we have scorpions, and while it’s never perfect, Movie pest control keeps it in check.

Initial appointment was great. They came out quick and the service was awesome. Fast forward a year+ later, there has been no communication, no maintenance, or review like it says in the contract. Have called the office multiple times, with no callbacks or information on why my service is not being maintained.

Tech Brandon M. ( Marana AZ) Did excellent job explaining everything that was being done. He was efficient with all the areas I wanted sprayed and also cleaning of all the spider webs, around the outside areas also. A+ ?

DO NOT USE FOR SCORPIONS.While the exterminators do as best as they are trained to do and are very polite, the company itself is as a whole non-responsive to larger concerns. I've been waiting on a call back for about 1 and a half weeks from an account rep after I had requested cancellation of services. After a recent re-treat of the house, I'd had 6 scorpions in the house that were perfectly healthy and active in less than a week. Something isn't right, but it seems that they're still happy to bill me.*Edit - after two weeks, I received a call from my account rep, who was very polite and understanding and was kind enough to refund the most recent recurring charge.

We have been with Moxie for maybe over a year and they are great, all the guys are always super friendly, they go over everything. Kevin H was our field agent this month and he was great.

The recent rains seem to bring them out and they hurt when they bite. Moxie came out after we mentioned we were having issues with them and then it rained again bringing them back. Shane came out and resprayed the entire yard focusing on the areas where we were finding them. I am very impressed with the response and interest in keeping our yard pest free. We've been using Moxie for about 3 years. Always been very happy with them. We just had our house serviced by Joe R. I mentioned some of the issues we've been having, he did an inspection and told me additional steps I can take to help with the bees and wasps. He was very friendly and helpful.

Moxie does pretty good. All their techs are nice and professional. Haven't seen much evidence of activity since using them. This past service the tech left the gate wide open rather than close it behind him. I would think that would standard operating procedure for pest control. I would recommend them overall. 6/18/22 update. All is still well, my tech today, Andre, did a great job.

Best pest control service I’ve had in 15 years of living in the valley. Josh N did a great job treating our property. He did our regular maintenance service today. He swept the eaves and windows of webs and pest nests, power-sprayed around the foundation and treated entry points to prevent pest invaders. He inspected and treated around the yard and landscaping where pest activity was found and inspected and treated the perimeter of the home and throughout the yard for ANTS, COCKROACHES, CRICKETS. FLEAS and TICKS, SCORPIONS and SPIDERS. As always, Josh did a thorough job and we are very satisfied with the service Moxie gives us.

Moxie has been our go to for pest control for a little over a year. Their field experts are punctual, pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. They always address any concerns that we have and are happy to provide as much detail as you like about specific pests. We had a wonderful visit today from field expert Noah W. In addition to his regular rounds, he took care of a couple of ant hills for us that had recently shown up.

My husband and I canceled the service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. They never took care of the problem but had no issue charging us. And yes, my husband did call and let them know (more than once) that the spiders were still there. We shouldn't have to follow up multiple times to tell a company to do the job that we are paying them to do.

Great team, quality service. JR did a great job today; all around the outside and yard, as well as treating the kitchen for ants. He did a great job describing what he was going to do, asked about any new items (reminding me to mention the occasional ants), and then summarized what he had done. Most important, having relied on them for a couple years we are seeing virtually no scorpions in our house, which was not the case before we started using their services. Nicely done.

It took less than 10min to create an account, choose a plan, and set an appointment over the phone. Two days later the field expert Joe R. came and did a good job explaining how the service works. Moxie also scheduled a technician to come to my mom's house due to an ant invasion in her home in Gilbert.Update: 12/28 - Nick is my technician at one of the properties on the contract and as usual, I received excellent service. He was very polite and did a great job. I added my mom's house on my service contract as well since the technicians from Moxie are polite and professional.David M was my service technician and he was awesome. He was nice and very professional and didn't mind my sweet and friendly dog, Mamas. I will be messaging, Cassie, the route manager, that David M do my pest maintenance on a regular basis. I have had a great experience with Moxie so far and recommend them to anyone needing pest or weed services.

They remove all spider webs, my outside entry is 20ft tall and always clean. It’s monsoon season and due to recent rain I have seen more pest activity between my quarterly treatments. Once I let the office know they quickly set me up another treatment at no cost. Kevin H. Started using Moxie Pest Services to treat my property for termites. As Moxie promised, they would come out anytime I seen termites. After a few additional treatments the termites are gone. Recently I received an email about weed treatment.Gave them a call and they were able to get out the next day. I added pest control to my services as well. Joe R. was very professional and explained the process.Joe R. even wound up my hose after he used it to wet my landscape! Give Moxie a call as they will treat you from the 1st call to the technician showing up.

Stay away. They bill at the beginning of the month and then techs don’t show up. And then they try and tell you that you owe them money when they require a cc on file for billing. Reporting to BBB and Attorney General for questionable billing practices.

We tried Moxie for the first time and are very pleased with the service. The technician, Luke H, showed up on time and was very polite and respectful. He got right to work and completed the job very efficiently.

To start, my field tech Josh N. was right on time. I like that in a first impression. Josh got right to work after explaining exactly what his plan was and addressing my concerns. He was also very observant and mindful of all the different pets in and around my home. Excellent work Josh N.

Decent customer service but inadequate pest solutions, cancelled service after 3 failed visits and all 3 appts they never provided their version of diatomaceous powder.Very disappointing after 3 failed appointments. I now have to dispute payment since they failed to provide part of my treatment on every visit.

Every time the Moxie guys come, they are very professional, polite, and always answer to our questions. Brandon M. came today and it was nothing different, their service was as great as always.

Termites found on property they'd been treating for over a year. Poor business to business respect in that the technician told the homeowner that the drill down through the cement around the perimeter (previous treatment company) doesn't work and told her she needed to use their green push in the ground discs. This treatment required a monthly service fee for Moxie to come out and 'check'. HA! Now we've found didn't work - did not keep the termites gone!

I love my Moxie service. Today I got the email that they would be servicing my home, I unlocked my gate so that they could do the front and back yards. The tech was on time and what I like the most is he called me instead of knocking on my door. I work from home and have 2 dogs, so I have a sign on my door and he read it and called instead and it was so appreciated. Every tech that has come so far has been extremely professional, asked if I needed anything else and told me if they saw anything concerning.

I started using Moxie in June of 2021. I had just finished moving into my new home and someone came by with deal on services. He was pleasant and professional. My first service, without a doubt was the single best pest service I have ever had from any company, hands down.The technician was friendly and explained everything he would be doing. He was thorough and paid special attention to the areas I had seen activity and even found some I hadn't found. I was so happy I had found such a “great” pest company.Sadly, since then every technician had done a horrible job. I had to keep calling the office to have them send someone back.I was finding scorpions, tarantulas and black widows.There were active cobwebs on my backyard patio that every time I physically pointed out to the technicians and every time they not only didn’t remove the LARGE webs and take care of the biggest widows I’ve very seen, they didn’t even spray the general area.Sticky traps weren’t replaced and DE wasn’t put down. They barely sprayed.Today I just had another service. 1-20-22I called the office when I received the notice they were coming out. I told them what had been going on. The woman I spoke to sounded annoyed and made no verbal attempt to correct the situation or offer an apology. Terrible customer service on her end.The tech that came out today did a much better job. I had already resorted to buying my own bug spray and DE as well as knocking down all the webs previously.He was aware of the situation and apologized for all the “new” and “younger” techs. ( upon checking my invoices he was the tech that wasn’t doing his job previously, I didn’t realize this because he always wore dark sunglasses and a hat ) Before leaving he told me he looked at everything and the only thing he could see that they weren’t doing was “crack and crevice” and that I needed to be specific when those new techs come out…..I tried telling him, again, that I had done that 3 times and every time they didn’t do anything but he kept talking over me.I broke it down Barney style for these other techs when they came out, I did everything but hold their hands, I even ended up doing their job for them after I had given up on them correcting the problem.Today I found myself being told how to get the future techs to do there job, and he couldn’t find anything they didn’t do.I don’t think I’ll be keeping Moxie as my pest service.

I am tired of paying for a service that is not working.I am tired of having to call them out for a respray. I am tired of having problems with Scorpion's. I am tired of seeing the Cobb webs not being knocked down. Tired of new Cobb webs within a month of service. Walked out my front door last night 8/22/2022 and a new Cobb webb formed with a live and well Black Widow spider 2 feet from my front door on my porch down by my barefoot. Same night within minutes of the Black Widow I'm shining my flashlight around near my front porch low and behold a scorpion above my head on my house. I have had to continuously call for resprays for scorpions in both my garage and back yard. I do not like working in my garage and having a scorpion creep up on me. I've been stung once not fun. About 2 months ago I went to pick up a tool only to see a scorpion right next to my hand. I am so disenchanted with the service I did not even bother to call them. I resprayed the garage myself. My respray is still working. I have lost faith in their services. I can't even tell you the last time they were out. I intend to find out Monday. At this point I intent to cancel my contract. I suppose this is why they have a contract. They would not need contract's if they provided Complete Customer Satisfaction. Sure you could call them and have them come back out. This is not the point, I am super busy with work and I don't need another thing to do. I pay them for a service to protect my family and grandkids. I do not want my family, friend or grandkids to get bit by either a spider or scorpion. This is why I hired this company. It is quite simple Moxie Pest Control needs to be a once a month service to be possibly effective. Every 3 month service is not getting the job done!!!! I wish this review could of and should been great! Unfortunately the service is what it is.Robert.I am still waiting for a call back from Chelsea. Started calling on Monday 8/15/2022.Called twice, called 3 times Tuesday 8/16/22. Called twice Wednesday 8/17/22. Called again today 8/18/22. I want to speak with someone who can help me cancel my service contract. I missed the original call by 1 from Chelsea on 8/15/22 by one minute. Called her right back and left a message for her to call me right back and no return call.I emailed her to cancel my service, No Response. I suppose I will call my bank and stop payments, since I cannot get a call back! I think this will catch their attention!!! I suppose I could also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Arizona Corporate Commission.

We are so pleased with their work, and would (and do to all our friends) HIGHLY recommend you give them a try.

I genuinely suggest to stay away from this business. I was told at the time of signing the contract on how best they provide their service, but in reality they sent a kid who is inexperienced and doesn't know what to do and was rushing through the service. I called them to close my account even if it means i have to pay the contract termination penalty as I need peace of mind by closing my account with them and cut down my future expenses for the inferior services. If there is a zero star rating, i would have opted that.

Moxie does a great job, easy to work with. Anthony was easy to work with today, did a good job and changed out some old traps that were full. Have been with them for over a year and have always been happy.

No response to three requests for service. Really disappointed. In Marana they were great. Here, apparently they don't want to continue with a customer.

I was very skeptical at first when answering the door and here was a Door to Door Salesman, but after listening to his speech about Moxie, I was impressed. Then after Brigham and Jima came out to do the inspection and treatment, I was totally into this company!! Absolutely outstanding! I felt like I was back in the 50's when you pulled into a service station for gas and four attendants came out to service your car for free!! The two guys were absolutely awesome! They were professional and answered every question I had satisfactorily! They really did a lot more for what they only charge! OOPS, maybe I shouldn't say that! LOL All kidding aside, I would recommend Moxie and their Specialists to EVERYONE knowing they will be treated right!Thanks to all the people at Moxie!

First time we used this company. We were not home but saw on our camera that he was there on time. Actually saw Luke H cleaning the webs found around the entry way. Looked very professional and left a card by the front door when he was done. Looking forward to the next visit!

I signed up with Moxie yesterday with Kayden a friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable salesman. He promptly set our appointment and informed me that I would get a call in the morning from someone at the office before the technician arrived for service. As scheduled someone from the office called to confirm, I think Tyler, who was also courteous, informative, professional and knowledgeable. Our field expert Austin B was so awesome! He was prompt, friendly, attentive, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Austin explained what he would be doing and asked about my concerns and what area I'd like him to start first. I really appreciate being given the option of choosing the area. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently. Upon completion of the service Austin checked in with me and explained the process further. He was very thorough. I look forward to our next service with Austin B. We've had a different pest control service for a few years. They weren't bad, but they were just okay. When Tim (the sales guy) came to my house to tell me about Moxie and the services they provide, I was blown away by the amount of services they provide for the same price as I was paying my old service. The next day our technician, Ivan the Terrible (but not really terrible at all lol) came to do our initial service he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. I really felt that he was passionate about the good things Moxie was doing and in turn was going to do best jobs (which he did). I am looking forward to better pest control from Moxie through the rest of the year.

Hector M did a great job today, he showed up today on time and was very respectful and friendly. The whole process was pretty quick and Hector was nice enough to explain some of the things he was doing.

Today Cameron came by to take care of some pests and he naturally displays a smile, a genuine & comforting smile! A genuine smile goes a long way!Cameron is passionate about helping, and he went above and beyond to meet my families needs. Always receive great service that is not only quick and accurate but very knowledgeable by the Moxie Technician Matthias. He is the usual Moxie Professional that treats our house and yard. Kevin H was very thorough and polite. He asked a lot of questions to determine what our pest problems were and took care of it, scorpions, roaches, and all.

The technician, Luke, was arrived at the expected time, discussed our issues with us before applying product, and was very polite and knowledgeable. It was a very good first experience!

We're new to Moxie but are impressed with our initial experiences. We got signed up with a salesman who was canvassing our neighborhood in Sun City. He was very courteous and fully explained the benefits of their services. We were given a great discount to get set up. Randy, the Field Expert, came out and serviced our house and yard and fully explained everything he did and what we needed to do for follow up or if we had any questions or issues. I highly recommend Moxie. Ever since we switched to them, our insect problems have gone away.They always do a very thorough he's praying but also cleaning around the house. Particular today the technician that came out here today, Mike C., did best job that they have ever done.I am terrified of spiders and we have them everywhere. He did such a thorough job cleaning and spraying that I am very thankful for.

We have been using Moxie for years, they always have the nicest techs and do a great job removing spider webs and spraying thoroughly. Today Dante and Nathaniel H. Stopped by and were great with our big dogs and able to take care of the treatment quickly. Highly recommend Moxie to anyone in the valley.

Racheal H. performed our pest control service and she was extremely polite and professional. She was thorough with the service and asked if we were noticing any other pest problems before she began the treatment. She knocked down any spiderwebs around the exterior and inspected for any hornet nests or other insect problems that may arise. She notified us when she was complete with the service. We want to thank her for the outstanding job she did.

Cruz was very professional and helpful, as was the sales team (Levi and others). I’m yet to see how well the treatment works since they just came today, but they are respectful and professional.

I've been using Moxie for close to a year now and today's service was exceptional. I wasn't home at the time when Michael arrived. My side gate was locked where the backyard couldn't be serviced but Michael was nice enough to come back at a later time to finish the job. JJ and Brayden were the technicians that Moxie Pest Control sent to our home in Goodyear, AZ. They did a thorough job of replacing pest traps and catching and wiping down spider webs and spraying the property for pests. We highly recommend Moxie!!

John followed up with a summary of services and asked if I needed any other areas or if I have any other questions to call back at the office I would like to have John come back again And that he be kept on this route continuously.

Moxie treats our home every 3 months and is always on time. The field experts are always friendly and professional. In fact, we asked them to come back and re-treat the perimeter and inside our home after seeing a couple of scorpions about a month after treatment. We understand the rain can cause movement of these critters so they show up randomly. Moxie was happy to help and send someone out again free of charge. This gave us and our kids piece of mind.Shoutout to Joel, our field expert, for doing a great job and for offering great suggestions for mosquito/spider problems and for post-treatment.

Michael Smith was the team member that provided our first service and he was very thorough in explaining what he did and why he did it. He also reassured me if I see anything between treatments that he will come back out for additional service at no extra cost. Very nice fella.
