I have a vacation rental in Phoenix and needed some repairs done fast. Superior Replacement repaired a sliding glass door and the replaced the glass the very next day from making the call.

When I decided to remodel my home, windows were not a priority nor were they in my budget. Always open minded and looking down the rode to possibly replacing windows, I scheduled an appointment with Jerry. I also scheduled appointments with two other well known window replacement companies so I could makes comparisons. After meeting with all three and doing some research, I felt Krasiva met all of my criteria. Jerry explained everything I needed to make an educated decision, Derrick was great to work with on the scheduling and customer service aspect, Kirk and the install team was prompt, courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Lastly, Stephanie was wonderful on the follow up. After 40 years in the field of customer service, I can truly say, Krasiva provided me with world class service and an exceptional product. They replaced 18 windows and it was well worth it to me and a great investment.

I called in needing ASAP service on a Saturday morning for a driver's side window fallen off the track. With temps in triple digits and plans that had me driving all over the city I had to get this thing fixed! I spoke to Cindy who was a delight and very helpful. Got me an appointment within the hour. I arrived and was met by the mechanic who had my car repaired and I was out the door in under 45 minutes! Conveniently located, the service was guaranteed for a year and the part for lifetime. I'll remember to use them if/when the need for Auto window glass repair occurs.

Our new front door and security screen door were beautifully manufactured. Though we had a few bumps during the process (scratched surfaces, ill fitting jam, an unavoidable delay of installation), in the end, every situation was handled responsibly, in a timely manner, and to our satisfaction.

The entire process with Red Rock window and door was top notch. He stuck to his estimate and got the door and frame installed in the time agreed. Thomas's recommendations were spoken like a true professional who knows the business, and we went with everything he suggested. We originally wanted to replace the wood door with another wood door, but he explained why a composite door and frame would be a better choice because of the durability of the composite material. The door and Fram are no installed and painted, and we couldn't be happier. Red Rock should be your first call for any window or door work

I don't think we've ever had a better experience working with contractors and we've done just about everything to our house that you can imagine. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to stay in touch with throughout. The project manager was there the first day and just about every other day inspecting work, cleaning, and communicating progress. The crew was professional and so friendly and they cleaned up every single day, even vacuuming the rocks under my front window!!!
We had one set of windows that my husband asked the stucco be redone and the crew got right up and finished it off. We are both so happy with the quality of the windows, the project management, customer service, and professionalism.
I feel compelled to add one more thing. As a woman, I'm often disappointed with the treatment I get working with trades from initial contact to on-site work. What a revelation it was to work with Bridgette and Leo on this project. Not once was I talked down to, overlooked, ignored, or worse. I have already recommended them to a friend looking into replacing her windows and have stressed this point.

We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.
