I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Copperstate Glass provided exceptional service when replacing my windshield in my truck. They called my insurance company and completely took care of getting it covered under my glass coverage. Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

I have called them over and over no response

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
