I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Chris at Alien Glass was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, finished my windshield early and did a quality job. I’ll be referring him to all my friends and family. It feels great to have a reliable glass guy you can trust.

Wow...I’m so glad I was driving down 16th Street and spotted these guys. I had just purchased a home and the kitchen needed redoing along with some other major stuff. I had had a bunch of quotes that I really could not afford, but worse...they couldn’t get the cabinetry for about 5 weeks or more !!!!!!
I stopped in and Will and Connor were there. I knew what I wanted...White Shaker. They gave me the best price....These guys were great. They demo'd the kitchen in one day and cabinets went in the next. Josh the installer was amazing and Brian who came to put on the bulls was super nice and VERY knowledgeable. New kitchen in about a week !! (Now I’m just waiting for the granite and I’ll be a happy girl....(different company doing granite by the way)

Living in Arizona it's a simple known fact when summer rolls around you anticipate your windshield getting cracked or chipped. A rock had flown up and hit mine while driving on the freeway. I pulled into Target to grab a few items and when I came back out to my car, a crack had spread across the entire thing. This was not something I had wanted to deal with. Even though the situation itself was a headache, Southwest Auto Glass made the replacement simple. I provided my vehicle information and they took car of the rest. Monday morning, 8:00am, and my vehicle was good as new. I know who I'm calling if it happens again! Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
