I had a problem with my subzero freezer, called few places no one answered called urban appliance the send out a tech same day and they saved all my frozen food. Would definitely recommend them to everyone Ilya did a great work with a year warranty

Was very pleased with the unit replacement. I was hoping for an easy process and they made it a good one. Only feedback is I was really happy they had all the parts on the truck so they didnt have to make more than one trip. Was hoping we could get a military discount and we did. I wish they could have handled our plumbing issues while they were here and i understand they are AC only. I get it.

It was super easy to setup an appointment and our tech showed up on-time was very informative and friendly. We would for sure call them again with any issues!

I wanted to give a shout out to the service tech Andre Hovsepain that was at my home today to do a minor repair that a previous tech was suppose to fix couple months ago. Andre was prompt, very courteous and fixed issue quickly. Almost all of the techs that I’ve had out to my home last few months for a warranty issue have been great and one of the reasons I am giving Semper Fi four stars. The lack of communication with the office staff to clients and to the staff they’re sending out is something to be desired sometimes along with their high labor charges that they try to zing you with even when a part for a 2 1/2 year old ac unit is under warranty is what keeps me from giving it five stars. But today I was very happy with the service that Andre preformed and hopefully sempifi appreciates the good service techs that help make up for office staff and labor/service charges

They lied about my interest I looked into it and my payment is going to go up every year after there 9 year 0 interest which it was already included. At a 4.9 interest.

We had a 3 pm appointment with Brian today, Tuesday 3/23/2021 HE WAS A NO SHOW! No phone call, reschedule, FU nothing! We’re returning natives of AZ and unfortunately, this seems to be standard operating procedure for many companies here. With the competition so incredibly high here, AZ Valley Windows, LLC must think scheduled customers, changing their busy schedules so that yet another Sales Rep can try to sell yet more Vinyl windows is/are not worthy... please, refer to their ratings. This seems to be a common practice. Good luck AZ Valley Windows ? ?
