Semper Fi is the absolute best! The technicians are incredibly professional, polite, skilled, knowledgeable, thorough and punctual; the office staff are extremely helpful and friendly; and every aspect of their service has been outstanding, from start to finish.My family's 23-year-old air conditioning unit had suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night, during one of the hottest periods of the year, and we were quite panicked about the situation. Semper Fi was quick to answer our call, though -- even at that early hour -- and a technician arrived at our home first thing in the morning, and did an excellent job in replacing the failed dual run capacitor and getting the unit running, again.We're so grateful for all of Semper Fi's time, patience and service, and we're looking forward to having a new unit installed by the company in the near future, too!Thank you so much for everything. Very, very highly recommended!

Eugene got ahold of me about a week or so ago and has been working with me ever since and has gotten the ball rolling with our solar. I'm really happy and satisfied with Eugene's work and effort to make sure we get a good experience. Today he contacted me to let me know APS has approved us and we are almost there. I give this review a 4 star as I still had some issues in the start and to receive 5 start rating on any review, experience has to be second to none.

Great product and reasonable price. On a negative note though, if you have issues after the installation it can be difficult getting a hold of someone. We have had several leaks and in all cases it was one to two weeks before someone came out (make sure they seal the top of your windows when they install).

I had two sets of French doors that needed to be replaced. Interviewed 6 different companies before choosing Energy Shield. The doors they carry are of excellent quality, but where I was most impressed is with the guys who did the work. On time, courteous, very skilled, and detailed oriented. They had a couple of challenges during our job that didn't phase them at all, and the finished job exceeded my expectations. Everyone I've dealt with at the company have been truly excellent! Highly recommend this company!!!

We are thrilled with the quality of service we received with our window installation. The team was polite, efficient, professional, and tidy! We highly recommend working with this company. Our entire experience from the initial contact to the end of install was pleasant. The work was completed with care and to a fantastic product. If we had to do it all over again, no doubt we would choose AZ valley in a heartbeat.

Deb ( store manager ) and James ( Oper. Man.) say they will collab and call you back, but never get the job done. So Sad ?

The JennAir dishwasher is so quiet, I forget it's even running.!!!
