I walked into their location on Thomas Rd, and right away the lady working at the front desk seemed as if I was interrupting her. I asked a question about gluing metal to glass, and if they do custom work like that. She then proceeded to ask someone else in the office right off of the show room about my project, she then come back and told me to use silicone without any explanation or any attempt to help me as if I what she was doing was more important. Little did they know that this small project cost them $500.00, I found another shop to do it, and know they have four of them that they are doing for me right know that will be on displays in Scottsdale, Beverley Hills, and Manhattan.

Showed up early for appointment. Was very kind & helpful. Made sure all my questions were answered. Did an awesome job with the replacement.

Great company! We've used them twice now - once for a windshield replacement and once for a few windshield patches. Both times were super smooth - they made using our insurance VERY easy and were quick on the day-of repairs. Would definitely use them again!

I just had my windshield replaced by Clayton. From the beginning this company was so accommodating in every way. They had it approved with insurance and added me to the schedule before we were even off the phone. Clayton was so efficient, calling me with updates on his estimated arrival and even finished in less time than I was quoted. He gave thorough details on aftercare, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. It's so great to finally find a company with genuinely nice people and friendly attitudes. Never responded to inquiry

Had my entry door replaced about a year ago. I was having trouble with the locking bolt and was told to push on the door and it would engage. Did this until a little over a week ago when I couldn't get it to lock at all. Called and was told they would get back to me as I was very uncomfortable sleeping with an unlocked door.I called back later that day and told them my situation.I was told they understood but would not be able to come out until the following week.I felt I could not sleep with an unlocked front door for over a week so I had to pay someone else to fix it.Just heard from your service dept that they could be out Friday.Very upset with your service dept but love my door.

I called and 45 minutes later if that a technician was at my door. Got my window fixed at more then half of what the dealer wanted. I will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

David was so pleasant and wonderful on the phone from the get-go. This company was the first in my line of other auto glass companies I was expecting to call for quotes. After speaking with David, I was so impressed with his positive can-do attitude, and his efficiency, I wound up booking my glass repair appointment on that call. The call went smoothe, and he ended the convorsation saying I was getting a kickback of $50 and they would have my check cut for me the next day! Very happy :) thank you!
