Extremely pleasant process from beginning to end! I loved that the sales person Ron Kelley was able to transform such difficult task to choose from so many tempting choices and make important decisions, to a very pleasant spent ~90 minutes! Ron has been very supportive from the start of buying our windows to have gotten them finally installed. The installation itself was done by three very professional, kind and extremely clean and respectful installers who, one could feel, really knew what they were doing! Matt, Jason and Tyler were a pleasure to have at our house. Although they discovered a water damage in a supporting header above the window to be installed, they worked with me in an incredibly supportive way which I am very grateful for! The windows itself make our house so much happier: We can see the outside clearer now, they look very clean, more light seems to come in, the screens are almost invisible, the sunlight coming in is less blinding, much less heat enters through them. All Ron stated about them is exactly as he said they are...Quality.

I had researched other companies and Dreamstyle was my clear choice based on history, other reviews, length of time in business, reputation, having employees do work instead of subcontractors, quality of materials and warranty. JaredW, BennieR, DevionE and Magnus worked on both my bathrooms and were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, careful about keeping the rest of my home clean and picked up, and focused on the all the details. Highly recommend this company.

Great company with a fair and honest owner. Called for a quote to repair a leaky window and replace another cracked one. The bid was more than fair and the quality of work was outstanding. Communication was thorough and service was very prompt. Would use this company again and recommend to anyone.

I needed a replacement glass for my coffee table. Although the store didnt honor the initial quote that brought me into the store, the glass was ready earlier than promised and it was a perfect fit. I was very happy to have the service done and have already recommended Best Glass to my family members.

The customer service at this place is appalling. I had one broken Anderson window that I needed replaced. The guy who was supposed to come out to measure (Britt) never showed. When I called, he acted as if he didn't know who I was or that we had even had a conversation. He basically played dumb instead of owning up to the fact he made a mistake. We shared some words and he told me to get my window someplace else. The landscapers (they were paying for the window) called Lasting Impressions and Britt basically hung up on her. She (the person from the landscape company) filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say we got our window from R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert. The service was 1000% better.

Ordered sliding glass doors back in March of 2021, the company said they would notify me when the doors arrive which would take 6-8 weeks. I called the beginning of May 2021 to check the status and the company told me the doors were in. I never received a call from Universal Windows saying my door was in. I called to have the door installed the first week of May 2021 and spoke to Cody. Cody told me he would install the doors on May 10,2021 and would be at my residence around 2-3 pm. It was 3;30 pm when I called and Cody said he would not be able to install my door today. I took off of work to be there so they can install the door. Now Cody is saying 2 weeks out well see if that gets done.

I then spoke to John the manager and told him and he said there was nothing he can do but take off $100 off the back end of the bill. So I lose more money by taking the day off and he is only going to give me $100 dollars.

This company seems to be very shady I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM . They have very poor customer service. I would leave 0 starts if I could. My next review will be the installation if they ever decide to come. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Called to replace the driver's side window for my Hyundai Elantra. They aevised me they had openings and to come in whenever I had time. They charged me $60 for the glass and installation, which was completed in about half an hour. Great service and amazing price!

I have Geico and used Nuvision for my windshield replacement. They sent J&M Affordable Auto Glass for the job. Javier installed my windshield for our BMW x5 but it wasn't until my husband drove my car the next day that he realized our HUD (heads up display) was blurry on the glass.

We contacted Nuvision and after some research (by them), they were able to approve another visit to fix the issue. Javier came back again and installed the proper glass that worked with our HUD and now, it's perfect! We can see the HUD clearly on the glass without the literal headache. Thank you J&M Affordable Auto Glass for the service. Highly recommend!

My wife seems like every time she drives my car, something breaks. This time there were two chips on my windshield. So I called around looking for a good deal and these guys offered to fix both chips for a discounted price. I was a little worried that they would try to gouge me on price somewhere else, but I paid the exact amount of my initial estimate. So, I couldn’t be happier! ✅ best service in town!

They replacing my windshield all right. But the salesperson Steven is full of s*** but of course it's all about Commission. I asked him about the $140 incentive, he was like no we don't do that. I will not return.

They were super nice and helped me cut some mirrored glass eight then and there! They are amazing!
