It's crazy that other water damage contractors in Phoenix don't answer their phones, but I know we can always reach Certified when we call, so we continue to use them for our three homes in Phoenix that have water damage.

After searching all day for an emergency company who could help me fix my leaking toilet I decided to go with this company. They came out here in less than 30 minutes and took care of the damage right away. My insurance company paid them directly. They put my house back together the same week and my problems were solved. Once again, thank you for your great service.

We hired AZ Fire and Water Restoration after a house fire on 3/31/19. Today is 11/23/20, a full 20 months after the fire and the home is still not complete. My sister, Yhara Quiroz, has written a detailed review shedding light on her experience that I would suggest you take a look at.

We have dealt with 3 different contractors and the general manager of the business and have still been unable to finish this project. Conversations with these people end in empty promises that serve only to stretch the timeline of this project out. We feel trapped as there is no one left for us to turn to in the company to hold them accountable.

They refuse to be held culpable for lost items and shoddy workmanship. The only thing they have been consistent about is requesting payment for their services. My sister has spent countless hours staying on top of these people making sure work is being completed. If it weren't for her, AFW would have taken us for thousands of dollars.

Everyday that they do not finish the work is another day that we have to think about the fire. We are unable to move on emotionally and their actions suggest that they simply don't care.

We had some water damage after the last big storm. Servpro came out and took care of everything, cleaning up the water and checking for mold (there wasn't any). They responded quickly and were very professional. They were great!!!

I really don't know if there are enough words in the English language to even come close to describing the service we received from Chris and his team! When our belongings arrived in Arizona everything we owned was covered in mold and mildew. We were beyond devastated and especially worried because my husband was only one year post-transplant. Obviously mold to a transplant patient is not a good thing. Our belongings arrived late on a Saturday and on Sunday morning I began calling every restoration place I could find. Of course I left messages everywhere but Chris was the ONLY one who called me back on the Sunday. Once I explained the situation, as well as the concern for my husband's health, Chris came out the very next day to assess the situation. He and his team immediately jumped into action, removed everything from our home, and took it to their warehouse. Chris and his team treated all of our belongings as if they were their own, even comforting me as I cried over things of sentimental value that had been damaged. With that said, Chris and his team were able to salvage everything they possibly could and many items of my late mother's that were so very precious to me. Not only are they skilled and knowledgeable at their own business, but they made several recommendations for air quality testing for our home and furniture refinishing and repair. This team's customer service was beyond anything we could have asked or imagined! We will never be able to express our appreciation to Chris and his team for all they did to give us back some sense of normalcy in our lives. They deserve 10 stars!!!

1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process.
