This isn’t a good company to do business with. They drag there feet doing work, my family and I would wait weeks for them to fix the smallest things. They were referred by our Homeowners insurance agent, I wish I never did any business with them.
Please save yourself a headache and hire another company. The worst part is our home still isn’t finished and the decided to file a judgment against us.

Excellent Quality work. Chris the supervisor was amazing with great updates and keep close to the schedule. Top quality work and the outcome was top notch. Super satisfied with the results of our new kitchen.

Quick response, excellent workmanship, professional behavior of all staff both office and field members, cleanliness etc. are some of the things that stand out in my mind.
The PM David was responsive and made sure that the delivery of work is perfect. I appreciate the temporary enablement that was made for the toilet so that we can continue to use it which was very helpful.
9 out of 10 because of the delay in work between drywall work completion to the remainder of the tile and carpet work, which took nearly 2 months to progress. I understand the underlying issues on both sides. Overall at the outset, I am happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Paul Davis to my friends and reach out to them for any work in future work.

When your kitchen floods and needs to be rebuild the last thing you want is to be lied to, told that it may take 6 months to rebuild your cabinets, and not have your questions and concerns addressed. That is exactly what I was being told by another contractor. I reached out to Paul Davis and am very happy that I did. The experience was positive from day one. I met with David, who was my project manager. David told me he could have my cabinets rebuild in 4 to 6 weeks. He answered all my questions and called me weekly with updates. The cabinets were installed within the promised time frame. When I was unhappy with the reinstallation of the Granite countertop a specialist was brought in to correct it, and make it look good as new. I feel I was not decieved or lied to and was treated in a professional, courteous, respectful manner. For anyone dealing with rebuilding after damage I highly recommend Paul Davis, for positive, stress free experience.

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

After an unexpected flooding of my apartment I was introduced to insult to injury by the Apartment Management as they refused to acknowledge any repairs that might be done on the unit resulting in an argument and my lease being terminated. It was hard to hold back feeling of the amount of loss as Chelsa with Paul Davis Restoration of Central Phoenix, AZ came and presented me with a human, compassionate and a very professional side of this ordeal. I feel more secure with PDR and would recommend them to anyone with this type of devastating occurrence in the future. Thank you!

I had a leak in my kitchen and Paul Davis was recommended by my insurance, yes they came in and took out my countertops and made sure everything was dry, but when it came to rebuilding, there is a 4 week wait, that was not informed to me during the whole destruction part of it all they would say is that after the demolition, there would be a contractor that would come and do the rebuild, now it turns out there’s a 4 week wait, I wish they would of told me this before starting the demolition, because I would have looked for someone else now I am left with no countertops , no sink and a mess of a kitchen..

I want to thank the Paul Davis crew, Corey, Darius, Michael, Steven and Enrique for their hard work and dedication. They are professional & kept us updated on the progress made. The power in our neighborhood went out for some time on one of the days they were working. This didn't stop the process, they used a generator to keep going. Thank you!

Paul Davis came immediately in response to our water leak. They were professional and very nice. They made a bad situation better!They always return calls and texts promptly The workmen are very good at what they do. They are neat and come when scheduled. I would give them more than a 10!

Paul Davis Restoration Co.is a first class operation. The Operation Manager, Dave Kiesgen, supervised the entire restoration process of my home from start to finish. He is a very pleasant and patient person to work with. Every technician that came to work on my home was very polite and courteous and did a great job. Chelsa and her packing crew were amazing. The crew carefully packed and hauled away my furniture. The crew is a pleasant group and hard working. I recommend Paul Davis Restoration Company very highly!

While my experience did not start out well with poor communication and, at times, no communication I was not thrilled with the service that I was getting. Then Troy was assigned to help me out because the other guy was too busy and everything changed. I cannot speak highly enough about Troy's professionalism, communication and dedication to making things right. He was aware of my recent loss and the situation that my family was in and went above and beyond what I expected to see from any company. Troy and his crew were all phenomenal and I appreciate everything he has done for us. We are now living in the house and extremely happy with the repairs.

Originally came out to do some drying from a flood. They didn't remove baseboards, pulled the fans after less than 24hrs when water was still coming out from the floors. When they came back over a week later for demo they refused to do the work in my kitchen because my water heater installer was going to do the work where my hotwater tank was. If you're not having us do all the work were not doing it at all Strange coming from a company that literally told me we're not cheap as we charge insurance claim prices If your insurance company tries to use them ask for a different company.

Cory was very thorough and did a great job getting my water damage under control. I highly recommend him!

Nothing but great things to say about Paul Davis. We had a roof leak that caused the ceiling in our guest room to cave in. Our insurance adjuster immediately recommended Paul Davis and they were here in less than 2 hours (amazing as it was a huge storm with damage all over). They cleaned up the water damaged materials, set up fans and dehumidifiers, tarped our roof and made sure we we did not get any mold from the water. Michael Rodriguez was especially great, worked hard, was courteous and extremely professional. He stayed until almost 11 the first night to make sure things were right and called me each day until the equipment was removed. I elected to use Paul Davis for reconstruction as well and anticipate continued good experiences.

It was a true pleasure working with Dave and the team at Paul Davis Restoration with my Hot Water Heater Issue. It was easy to schedule all of the required service providers and I was always kept informed on dates and times so I could still live my life. I would highly recommend the professionalism and quality of their work.

Initially, she just answered questions that I had and when I ended up needing some last minute work done on a bathroom, she made it work. They responded right away. Very professional and friendly . They let me know step by step what needed to be done. Very informative and answered any questions I had. They were always checking on us to make sure our family was okay and if there was anything they could assist us. Paul Davis Restoration has a great staff and I would highly recommend them. Would 100% not recommend these guys for work. On the dry out stage they might be ok, but the restoration end has been an absolute nightmare. Talk about incompetence at every turn.....

Compassionate, fast, quality, and trustworthy work in an emergency flood situation ( pipe burst in our home). I could 100% trust Jim B and partner in my house and it took a lot of stress off the situation. He offered suggestions and was easy to speak with. They obviously has been doing this for a while! OCDcontracting also was quick and prompt with the repairs made and did a very good job.
