I had a pipe burst in my home, and the resulting water damage was extensive. I was referred to this restoration company by a friend, and I'm so glad I called them! Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water dry out the affected areas, and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. If you need water damage restoration, this is the company to call!

Mr. Eric Allen and his son Cameron were at our home immediately upon hearing of the damage. They worked expeditiously and spent the entire day remedying the situation. Not only did they stay until they found the source, they returned the following day (Saturday) at 6:00 AM to empty the effected areas. They moved all items to a storage facility. They worked in 110 degree heat until 5 PM that day, completely removing all wet drywall and insulation. They cleaned and vacuumed. They then installed many commercial dryers, answered any questions I had, in a very knowledgeable manner. They are by far a company that many could learn how to properly run a well oiled machine. I am going to advise people on Social Media, in the event they have an issue, in The Valley. They are a wonderful efficient team.They work tirelessly and are highly focused on superb quality service. I would give them a higher grade, if possible. They returned every day on a 24 hour interval to check their status & make appropriate adjustments, regardless of it being a weekend. They check every job, no matter how many there are. I have not experienced such exceptional customer service in my 57 years.

Mike and Ryan at SERVPRO were incredible. Called on Sunday about a water leak at my in-laws home. Within 2 hours they were at his home and dealing with the leak. The home is 1 hour drive from their location so I was very impressed with how fast they arrived. Once the leak was corrected they went right into remediation which was handled extremely fast and in a professional manner. Luckily, the damage was less than was expected. They gave my FIL great advice in regards to not filing an insurance claim before they had a chance to inspect the damages. This not only saved money, but saved them havibg to file an insurance claim. Highly recommend their services!

They have asked me to leave a review with the work they done, since my friend does not have an Google account. A friend of mine with the service this company did for him. Fantastic work from Ciryus he was on time and very professional during this loss. His boss Rowell was very on top of things and kept updating my friend loss at the house. Had an odd smell in my home after being on vacation for some time. Received a call from Josh and he was so helpful. He advised me on some steps I can take first before doing a mold test and sent me helpful articles to help me complete the process of elimination. I really appreciate how straightforward and honest he was.

We had to have furniture removed and stored during water damage cleanup. The people from Integrity were professional, efficient, and very courteous and helpful. Jesus and Lucas, who brought back a partial load today were most helpful. The original packers were also very good.
During the chaos of this kind of home damage, it helps so much to have people who care.

These guys are scammers... if they suggest asbestos/mold testing only allow testing through FiberQuant Arizona, who charges $85 for 5-layer testing and doesn't round up. I've seen their testing costs at $2300 - compared to the same test at $85 elsewhere. Another thing, they started work on one of our properties without permission to enter the property - they'd already started setting up their equipment and their quote was $4400 for the work... we called someone else in and got the work done for $250. They prey on people not knowing what really needs to be done, and it's downright criminal. They also are rude... they were parked in a fire lane where traffic from our entire condo building must pass through in order to get to work or get out of the building, and refused to move to accommodate people who need to get to work. Would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this company.... ever.
