Rocky Mountain Restoration is amazing! Jennifer, Bailey, Jose and Alex were all so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, communicative, responsive and timely. Their expertise is incredible! They all made us feel like we were their only customer, from the time I placed the call to Jennifer, and throughout our entire experience. They put our minds at ease immediately. We knew right away we would be well taken care of.

Our plumber recommended Rocky Mountain Restoration after he repaired our broken drainage pipe. Mike and Logan (along with his assistant) arrived very quickly and began the water damage mitigation setup in a very thorough and professional manner. After a few days, Markell returned to the house twice to confirm that the mitigation was complete and he removed all of the equipment. He was always on time and very professional.

I had water damage on my wall and carpeting and everyone from Rocky Mountain restoration has been so good! Markell absolutely amazing! He was quick efficient very friendly and very informative. Everybody that I have dealt with from Rocky mountain restoration has been absolute the fantastic we'll be using this service again.

Rocky Mountain was great. The plumber I was using called them since I didn’t have a company in mind and they came within the hour to restore my kitchen. I am waiting on a general contractor to call to give me an estimate so hopefully that is quick and easy like everything else has been.

Came out very quickly, assessed the issue and immediately took action to prevent further water damage. Company was very easy to get a hold of and every technician that came in was informative and easy to talk to. Appreciate this company coming in right before Christmas and getting rid of the water. Logan Blood and his crew arrived quickly after flood damage was discovered and took charge of clean up, and kept the rest of my home safe during the restoration process. All their workers were very courteous and Logan kept me informed as their work continued until it was completed. Lee Burner finished the job, removing all equipment and cleaning up. Thanks to your whole team for a professional job.

Rocky Mountain was referred to me by Robin’s Plumbing. They arrived within an hour of the plumber leaving and took care to put booties over their feet when entering the property. I had text and phone communication, and they easily transitioned to using my partner as primary contact when I was out of town.

They had to set up machines after a roof leak came through our bathroom ceiling, as well as cut open a hole in the ceiling to air out the attic crawlspace. Charlie, Jordan, and Markell were all great to work with.

We had a small plumbing leak in a pipe in our kitchen ceiling. Our plumber referred us to Rocky Mountain Restoration to remove any water damage done by the leak. Kamren was very quick to respond and got to work right away to clean up the area and dry out the area. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing. Lee came back a few days later to do another inspection and remove the drying equipment. He was also very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration for any water damage repairs

This service was recommended to us after having to deal with a hot water pipe leak to mitigate water damage and work with us on restoration, and we could not be more pleased! They provided white glove customer service, highly communicative, helped us navigate with insurance, and were readily available if we had any questions (even on the weekend). Highly recommend this service when your house decides to give you a plot twist!

We had no idea we had a small leak inside our laundry room wall. We just built our house about 6 years ago and turns out the builder didn't tighten something and, it had a small leak. The wall was expanding and water was causing the sheetrock to stay moist and grow mold. Matt and Logan were very responsive and professional.

We had a leak in our basement ceiling and Rocky Mountain Restoration had someone out within about 1 hour to inspect everything. They got started drying everything out, and were able to do all the demo work a couple days later, and finished the same day. They also said they take care of all the hassle of dealing with the insurance adjuster, and recommended a general contractor for the remodeling work. We worked with Patrick, Logan, Cameron, and Jose, as well as their office, and everyone was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I’ll be glad once everything is settled with insurance, but at this point I am very happy with their work.

Lee and Alex were amazing. I would absolutely recommend Rocky Mountain again. They have fixed everything in a timely manner and are always professional and friendly. Dominic is also very good at what he does and responds in a timely manner.

The company performed the remediation very quickly. They had a crew on the demo and remediation within hours of the initial issue. It ended up being a much bigger issue than I originally thought. The leak was found on Saturday. Final removal of fans and dehumidifiers including demo were done by the following Friday.

Came out same day we contacted then to remediate our water damage from a leaking water heater. Luckily we caught it fairly quickly so no mold. They setup dehumidifiers and fans in the garage and den. Lee and Joey did a great job 3 days later after the moisture was back to normal levels! Now just waiting on reconstruction to get scheduled.

I have used another restoration company and can honestly say that I wish I’d known about Rocky Mountain Restoration. They are professional, responsive, thorough and efficient. They also had really good equipment.

We had a flooding issue caused by a faulty AC/heat pump unit installation and Rocky Mountain Restoration was on-site within the hour of the call from the plumber on a Friday evening. They checked in on the property daily and, frankly, I have not seen a level of service like this in a long time! The issue, unfortunately, repeated itself and they were again quick to the rescue on a following Saturday night. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and all-in-all absolutely awesome!

James was wonderful and answered all my questions. Marcos, the Crew Chief, and Brian who was the head of the triage crew were so helpful, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. The entire group from Rocky Mountain Restoration were amazing! They immediately responded to my water line emergency, started water mitigation services immediately, contacted my homeowners insurance, and walked me through everything they needed to do. A technician came daily to check the water moisture content, make sure all wet and damaged flooring and items were removed, coordinated household items and furniture packing and removal, and kept me updated as to the status of my water mitigation. I highly recommend the entire team at Rocky Mountain Restoration!

Every technician we interacted with was very professional and went above and beyond to explain the entire process in detail and make sure we had all of our questions answered before leaving, especially Markell. We used another restoration company recently for another issue & since Rocky Mountain was so responsive from first contact, communication was great, and they made the process so easy & stress free we will be calling them for any future issues and recommending them to others.

This company is reliable and quality driven! They kept me in the loop on every aspect of their work and were also friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone! Lee and crew were amazing!

Rocky Mountain responded quickly (within 1 hour at midnight on a Saturday) to assess water damage caused from hot water tank leaking. They quickly removed wet drywall and set-up fans, dehumidifiers, and a hot air blower to dry the affected area. 4 days later, the impacted area (wall, tile grout, etc.) was dry again, eliminating the ability for mold to grow. Overall satisfactory service. Highly recommend!

While having flooring done mold was discovered on the padding and concrete underneath the old laminate. We couldn’t proceed with the work until it was gone. Rocky Mountain Restoration came out and determined that yes there was mold on the padding (likely from mopping and not knowing that the laminate wasn’t waterproof) but it wasn’t living on the concrete. Rocky Mountain absolutely could’ve told us that it needed to be treated and we would’ve believed it. Instead he was completely honest and told us the truth. I highly recommend this place if you need restoration. It’s obvious that they’re built on integrity and honesty which is hard to come by these days. Thank you guys so much!

After having a pipe burst, we called RM out to assess the situation. Not only did they make it out to our house quickly but everyone has been very professional. We highly recommend using them.

Tries out the area where the polybutylene pipes began leaking. Took a lil longer than I wanted and real noisy so hard to work at times but they made sure everything was within optimal parameters. Definitely appreciate the thoroughness!

I called these guys out to inspect my floor after one of the kids flooded the bathroom. They were onsite within 2 hours and did a fast free inspection. They didn’t try to sell me anything and concluded that the floor will dry quick enough to not mold.

We had a leak in our master bathroom shower. We called a plumber to repair the leak. The plumber reported to us that there was water damage in the walls and recommended Rocky Mountain Restoration to handle the remediation. They showed up in less than two hours of being contacted and did an excellent job cleaning up the mess. Their staff was professional and always on time. They called in advance of showing up each visit they made to confirm their arrival time. They sealed off the areas to avoid the spread of demolition dust and debris. Were we ever to have a water or fire emergency again, we will call Rocky Mountain Restoration again!

Rafael and Nick, along with his team his team, Bailey & Rulon, did an exceptional job of mitigating water damage due to a broken water heater. Rafael arrived at our home promptly, filed a claim with our insurance company, set up dehumidifier and air purifiers immediately and explained the entire process to us clearly. My sink had broke the other day and the plumber recommended we called Rocky Mountain, they were very professional and moved very quickly and cared about me and my home. Rulon was my project manager and he was more then helpful

I initially contacted Trevor to get the water remediation process started, and was quickly turned over to Dakota to get the necessary work started. He was able to not only identify the problem, but take the necessary action to remove all damaged surfaces. This was done quickly, professionally, with a focus on customer service. Before and after photos were provided without asking. Rocky Mountain Restoration is a very good outfit that I would certainly do business with again.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Rocky Mountain Restoration but more specifically one of their head project managers, David.
We had some loud noises coming from behind our walls that we thought could possibly be a leak or turn in to a major leak because we had some water damage on our bathroom ceiling. David helped me through the entire process and was so professional and kind the entire time. He really went to bat for me to figure things out and if it wasn't for him I honestly don't know what I would have done.
There were other people involved who could have easily taken advantage of me not knowing much about plumbing if it wasn't for him since I had never dealt with anything like this before.
I wish every company you called had someone like him who came to help out. Thank you David for all your hard work to try and help us! I am forever grateful.

Project Manager was knowledgeable and professional. Called for a free estimate. They were nice enough to leave me with a complimentary, industrial sized dehumidifier overnight while I did some price checking. Decided it'd be cheaper than the deductible to just fix the problem myself. They respected my decision and said my use of the dehumidifier overnight would still be no charge.
If the damage would have been any more severe & worthy of paying the deductible, I definitely would have hired them to handle the demolition, drying, and disinfecting.
Friendly staff, same day service, available 24/7. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't know how to properly handle water damage.

Water heater pipe corroded and flooded office. RMR recommended by our plumber. Rapid response with water removed within 3 hours of our contact! Drying and air filtration began immediately. Gave us an estimate verbally, refused to give it in paper.$3500, they sent a bill for $7000, for 2x2ft sheet rock removal. sprayed fungacide on an inflated amount of square feet. the area of damage was 4ftx4ft they said they sprayed 120sq ft, Fraud FRAUD FRAUd this company. Website lies they dont give estimates in writing. They took out 1 trash bag of 9 liner feet baseboards. And they refused to give me an itemized breakdown of expenses with costs in $.
