SERVPRO of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem

The crew who dealt with the original clean up failed to take measurements or pictures that could help in the restoration making the job for the sub contractors almost impossible. We've been waiting over 4 months for the like it never even happened to kick in. We are constantly being promised deadlines that are never met. We have had to step in to find contractors ourselves since they are incapable of finding anyone. The supervisor Paul, is completely in adequate and constantly makes promises he can't keep. I would stay far away from this company, they make a good sales pitch but do not deliver anywhere close to what they promise.

Just finished the mitigation process with my water damage issue. The technicians Chris, Aldo and Edward were amazingly fantastic. I woke up to my problem early in the morning and called my insurance. They got the claim to Servpro with in minutes and Carrie from Servpro called me to get some details on what would be need we to start the clean up process. With in an hr Chris and Aldo showed up. I was in a state of confusion and lost as to what was going on. I felt like my livelihood was falling out from underneath me and didn’t know what I was gonna do with myself or my animals while all this was going on. Chris and Aldo reassured me everything would be fine and explained what they were doing. If I had questions they answered them. They understood the stress I was going through as a home owner going through something like this. In the days that followed Chris or Edward would come by daily and monitor the dry out and kept me very informed what was going on. Carrie works in the office and was amazing communicating with me daily with scheduling and making sure I was doing okay. They all really made me feel great on this process. I. Any day enough about them all. They really know how to help a person on a bad day. Now for the restoration process tbd.

We came home from a long weekend out of town to find that the water heater had leaked into the bedrooms, laundry room and hallway that backed the garage. We quickly called our insurance company to report the issue and they gave us a few companies to call for the water damage. SERVPRO was not on their list, but we had used them in the past and had great results. So we called SERVPRO and quickly got a call back from them. They came out right away to access the damage and start the recovery. Paul and Dustin were great and always kept us in the loop with the progression of the removal of baseboards/wallboard, drying of the walls, etc. Everyone was polite and worked cleanly. The staff at the office was very helpful, polite and really seemed to care. They truly made a not so good situation less stressful for us. We appreciate everything they did.

I had water damage from a pipe leak in my wall. Servpro showed up quickly, and got the drying started. The techs and project manager on site explained why they were doing all the things needed. The office was great about scheduling and explained the differences in the processes for the drying and repairs well, and kept in contact through both phases. I recommend this franchise to anybody!

Recently SERVPRO helped us mitigate a water problem we had in our home. Their representative did an excellent job of explaining why and how they would remedy our situation and provided the expected cost ahead of time. He did an excellent job in his explanation and the company did what he said they would do. He further showed us results as they were accomplished. We would recommend SERVPRO in the future.

George Deroche and his team at ServPro came to the rescue when we suffered 5 burst pipes in a recent cold snap. George evaluated the damage to our residence and put a plan together to address the issues quickly. He coordinated with my insurance adjuster, and assigned a crew who performed in a highly efficient, organized manner. They took great care in removing the damage and left everything neat and tidy each day when they left. Everyone was professional, polite, and caring. All of my questions were answered throughout the process, which helped ease my concerns during this unfamiliar and stressful experience. Servpro of northwest Phoenix came out to help after our toilet supply line leaked. They were helpful and professional. I called in the middle of the night thinking I’d leave a message and someone would get back to me the next day and they dispatched a crew right then and there to come clean up all the standing water and start drying. At the end of March 2016, we had a plumbing leaking our house, which flooded a majority of our downstairs living area. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took time to explain the process in detail and was empathetic to our situation. He and his crew pulled up flooring, baseboards and cut out wet drywall within 2 days, with the drying process taking 4-5 days. Juan and his crew helped in easing a stressful moment in our lives. Our home flooded Recently from a busted pipe and we had a ton of water damage. I decided to call Servpro of NW Phoenix and I am so glad I did! They were so quick to solve our problem! They were so helpful and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them!

We received immediate response and prompt courteous service. Although the process was difficult at times, since we were still living in the house, the work done was thorough, and completely satisfied our expectations. We decided to replace our flooring and insulate the wall that was affected by the water damage for additional privacy between our guest room and the family room, and are now enjoying our new house.

After an extensive leak in my home, Servpro of Phoenix was called in. Since this is my second home, I was unable to inspect the damage personally. Thanks to the supervisor on the job, I was emailed many photos throughout the clean up process. It was comforting to see the progress being made.

I had a flood in my master bathroom. SERVPRO was out within a couple of hour. Fast, friendly and thorough! I was very impressed!

nice young men worked well together as a team to tear out water damaged wood floor but as i called them- home wreckers- as a joke and that they did as it was their job it took 9 days to remove 1200 sq feet they could have needed more help to speed up process the basic core team was great but new guys showed up and didn't have the team work down - I was satisfied but had to call on management to get them to work Saturday as they said they were taking basically Friday thru Tuesday for Labor day off while our wood floors had yet to be removed-Good job a l scrapes and nails left on floor and walls but that is what it is-they needed more help I would reccomend ServPro and this season of haboobs gave them too many jobs
