We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. Based on the pictures I’ve sent family, they said this was some of the cleanest best work they’ve ever seen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had as great of an experience as you can have when finding out we had mold in our ceiling. Tom Hodges and his crew came in the same day I called them and quickly removed the mold, sealed it off and died up all the moisture. I've actually had to use them twice now for unrelated plumbing water damage and they were great both times. I highly recommend them!

No one ever wants to have to deal with water damage. However when you have a responsive and professional team like 1800 water damage it makes things easier. We had water in the master bathroom. I reached out to my insurance company and 1-800 Water Damage came to the rescue. The service technician was great in terms of professional, efficient and cleanliness. I really appreciated that he cleaned up as he went. Tom Hodges was great throughout the process. Had a water heater failure and called them right away. They did minimal demo, basically baseboards and a little sheetrock, and had everything dry in a couple of days. Seamless and efficient. I really appreciate their response and ability to work with our insurance. I recommend them to anyone with water remediation issues.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.
I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.
It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.
It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.

1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process. I'm a property manager and we had a leaking water heater which when getting fixed we realized there was a lot of mold surrounding the heater. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came right out and evaluated the issue. We gave them the business and throughout the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and where they were at in the remediation process. After the job was complete pictures were sent to myself and the owner (I also went and checked it out myself). I would definitely use them again.

We had a roof leak that resulted in interior and exterior damage including mold. I asked our Nextdoor app for recommendations and several gave me the contact information for 1800WaterDamage. They answered the phone the phone right away and came the next day. They were able to give a good recommendation for a contractor to make the necessary repairs. They were generous to leave the negative pressure equipment for 2 weeks while the other work was being done. The original quote was honored. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them with no reservations and would use them again.

I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! We had water damage as a result of improper solar installation. The crew at 1-800 Water Damage was amazing. They explained the process in detail, removing any worry we had about the mold they discovered, set up containment for remediation, and were even willing to come out over a weekend. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who has had a water leak. Even though it may not look like it, if you have any water issue, you probably have a mold issue too. Definitely call an expert.

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. A late season monsoon storm delivered heavy rain and an unpleasant puddle in my living room. Tom came by to do the initial assessment and was helpful throughout the whole experience, even referring us to a roofer, pigeon remediator (because, weirdly enough, pigeons had been the cause of our leak) and a drywall repair expert. Eric was the tech who came by, hacked a hole in the ceiling, and set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to run for a long (very loud) weekend to make sure our attic dried out. Both gentlemen came right when they said they would and did excellent work. I was especially grateful for how thoroughly Eric cleaned after his visits--our ceiling is high, and drywall dust went absolutely everywhere!

This company truly took good care of us amid a stressful time. I'd definitely call on them again if needed.

Outstanding response and professionalism. Was on site in 20 min at 1:30 AM. Their immediate response helped reduce the amount of damage from the broken water line to the washing machine in the middle of the night. I recommend them for any water damage or mold issues.
