ServiceMaster Restoration by ORC

My insurance company called this company to evaluate my kitchen for water damage. They had my schedule, but chose THEIR time to come out. They demo'ed my kitchen on a Tuesday, it's now Saturday, left everything in my back yard, they lied saying the ins. company would send an adjuster. The ins. company said they should NOT have said that. NOW, it's up to ME to find a contractor for estimates, install the drywall they cut out, install the cabinets they tore out and clean my yard of the debris. I called, left a message for a return call, around 530, even tho its after hours, they SHOULD return calls in a timely manner. They would not give me any estimates to repair the work they started.
I would NOT recommend this company for ANY insurance work since they are unreliable, and you can never get in touch with someone. A RELIABLE company would keep in touch, give TIMELY return calls, give the estimates which would be beneficial to determining WHO to contact with, and most of all...
DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS.

I called to see if i can get somebody come and do an estimate for my damage floor but the answering lady “sue” lacks phone etiquette. She was rude on the phone. She should not be answering calls with that kind of attitude.

Clearly the owner doesn’t know they’re left from right and all he cares about is his bottom dollar!

This company will LIE TO YOU

The crew that came out to help remodel my closet was amazing and very professional. They took the time to do the job right and I am very pleased with the work that was completed. I can’t thank them enough for everything and I know going forward I will not have to worry about my closets falling apart again. Thank you so much for the quality and efficiency of a job well done!

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

Never work with this company. They lied and cheated me out of thousands

Service technicians ; (Alfredo & Zack) were excellent, very helpful, attentive and efficient. Explaining every result of their inspections.
