Our insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration after our roof leaked causing water damage in our house. David Bittner is the project manager and has been wonderful! The first time our roof leaked it seemed dry before anyone came out but then it leaked again and David came out right away and checked it himself. He also helped me find a great roofer as I was getting nowhere fast trying to find someone myself. He's been just wonderful to work with and all of his recommendations have been amazing people!!

We had an issue with our washing machine hose being misplaced and had flooding throughout a good portion of our house. David came over within 24 hours, assessed the situation, provided knowledge, courtesy and help rectifying the situation with installing industrial fans. He also walked us through the process of how to detect moisture in the walls. Instructed us on the machines that he was using and how they worked. We appreciated the quick response and the professionalism. If we ever have an issue again we will definitely use Jenkins Restorations.

We had a leak in our bathroom that caused damage to our walls and floors. Dave, Dustin and Tyler were fantastic! They took out the damaged materials and set up fans and air purifiers to dry everything out. They were kind, considerate and professional. I felt comfortable having them here when we weren't home. Jacob Hough and Chandler Noel where very nice and did an awesome job. They secured by Arcadia door and I feel much safer. Two months have gone by and still no Arcadia door. I'm looking at plywood still and tired of looking at it. Why isn't it fixed yet?

Top notch service from this restoration company. Jose & crew arrived quickly, performed the mitigation and cleanup perfectly. He came back every day, on time, to check on the dry out process, until properly completed. They cleaned everything up real good, as expected. My experience with Jenkins has been absolutely horrible. The communication has been spotty at best. I had water damage to my bathroom ceiling that required the replacement of one piece of drywall. This happened in July and is still not fixed. Today, their contractor sent out to repair my drywall showed up without any of the materials on the repair quote (beyond the drywall). When I noticed the company installing the drywall without insulation and challenged them, instead of installing new insulation (as quoted) they ripped up old insulation from another part of my house and tried to use that until I stopped them. They also used scrap wood from my fence to construct supports for the drywall.

Now I need to have another company come in and rip out what they did and do it the right way. What an absolute waste of everyone's time.

A big thanks to Everett for coming out to our home. We had a water leak from pipes upstairs that leaked into the downstairs. He cut open the walls, treated the newly formed mold, and dried everything. He was very knowledgeable and there for us every step along the way. Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. We suggest caution when considering Jenkins for smaller projects. The handling of the water damage initially from a small upstairs bathroom leak was above reproach. The restoration that followed to bring back the home back to what was status quo was a disaster. Frequent scheduling issues, need for multiple visits from particular subcontractors due to quality issues (identified by Jenkins final approval contractor), and the necessity of tile labor warranty 4 months after service was beyond frustrating. Even now, the subcontractor tile warrant work was only a patch for the problem and we are now paying out of pocket to fix the issue rather that deal with the team again. Perhaps for bigger projects there is more attention given...

One side of our patio door was shattered by a rock while landscaping was being done. There was a large hole and glass everywhere. Our insurance company gave us the phone number for Jenkins Restoration. Our call was answered immediately and a young man, Adam, arrived at our home within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the glass and securely boarded up the door. We were pleased with the job he did for us.

Everette did a great job at drying everything out. Got roof and patio covered well too. Only problem was when he cut ceiling open and all the insulation fell out he could of sealed the area off before hand due to insulation getting everywhere. I had to wash down all counters and surfaces in the kitchen and living room when he was done. Plus rewash all my dishes that was in the strainer drying. Just don't realize how it travels through the air. He was very polite and when i needed him to come back he made arrangements quickly.

My insurance company actually hired them in response to some storm damage we had on our roof. I was really worried about mold in my daughter's bedroom but they showed up super fast, set my mind at ease, and got everything done right away. Then, they cleaned up after themselves! They also communicated every step of the way so I never had to guess what was going on. The technician was super professional and we actually enjoyed visiting with him while he set up his equipment and packed up when he was done. We actually live pretty far out of town, but he never made us feel like an inconvenience even though he had to drive over an hour one way just to get to my house. I would definitely call on them again whether it was an emergency or not!

We had a burst pipe in our kitchen island that required removal of the cabinetry due to water saturation and microbial growth. Jenkins Restorations (Everett, Jose and Caleb) removed the cabinetry, determined what could be salvaged (cabinet doors and shelving), built supports for the granite countertop and sink, and brought in equipment to dry out the moisture from the leak. Totally professional and efficent. They helped make a bad situation easier to deal with. Highly recommend!
