We had a water leak in the kitchen and our plumber referred us to Dan at Restore Masters. After looking at what needed to be done we opted to reconfigure the kitchen and get new cabinets, counters, etc. Dan was very responsive and helped with all our decisions. His sub contractors are very skilled and professional and we love the way our kitchen turned out. Dan was very helpful in working with our insurance company as well. Additionally, during the remediation phase they hooked up a temporary sink so we could use our kitchen while waiting on cabinets, insurance approval etc. I was a little scattered in the beginning about what I wanted to do but Dan rolled with my thoughts and ideas and the final project looks amazing.

Highly recommend!! Extremely professional and on time. I had a water leak in my home and Restore Master was out to my house before too much damage was done. They quickly extracted all of the water. The team was very polite, efficient, and hard-working

I have nothing but wonderful feedback for this company. The day we called they came out there and started drying out the walls from the flooding that took place. They have been working on the repairs on my parents house for the past few months. Even though it’s been a journey, they have been helpful, professional, transparent, and responsive along the way. My parents are so happy to be back home now and could not be happier with their “new” home! This company was recommended to me and I whole heartedly recommend them to whoever needs repairs done. Another plus, my insurance agents had nothing but positive things to say about working with them on the accounting and business side as well!

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

Restore Master was great! Our leak was detected on a Sunday morning. They were at our home within 2 hours, setup fans, moved and nicely packaged all our belongings in the affected area. Great Communication, very professional and very fair priced. Highly recommend. v

Recently we experienced an issue with our HVAC system resulting in water damage to hallway, walls and flooring. We turned to State Farm our insurance carrier, in particular Amber Willis (Claims Specialist), who guided us through the process step-by-step. State Farm recommended Restore Master. Immediately the staff at Restore Master headed up by Dan Marks, came to our residence to assess and evaluate the issue. We were contacted by Shelby Cain (RM) who communicated the entire process and was essential in ensuring repairs etc. were scheduled and staffed. A true pleasure to work with throughout! Joe offered his expertise and assistance by coming out and completing all necessary measurements and fair assumption estimates to get the ball rolling! The restoration, demolition and preparation team led by Bashkim, were fast and efficient. We had water detection equipment, dehumidifiers, blower fans, and work area secured.
Karina and packing/placement team were AWESOME! The girls really displayed true attention to detail, and organization while preparing and packing storage pod. Karina organized, itemized, and inventoried each item, all with safety, care and concern. Thanks to Nasir for stopping in and assisting with project, but also providing needed information as we made upgrade decisions for project!
Craig and Christian were OUTSTANDING assisting with product drop-off, preparation work, painting, and offering knowledgeable and invaluable information to further enhance our home, and this project in particular!
Benjamin and team far exceeded our expectations with the level of care, concern, and craftsmanship to make our flooring and household look new again! Would give these guys a negative star if I could!
Had a collapse of the drainage pipes under the house requiring their replacement. The house is unlivable since the kitchen and bathrooms were torn out to replace the pipes, so it is obvious urgent for work to start as soon as possible. This company was recommended by my insurance company, and had good reviews and said they could start within a week, so I asked for an estimate. They took their time even coming out to look, almost a week. A guy named Joe came out, and I said they’d get me an estimate in a couple of days, but since then I have received nothing but excuses. Around 2 weeks later the office called and said the estimate was ready and asked if they should they send it to me or the insurance company. I told them to send it to me, since I’m the one hiring, and I received nothing. I contacted Joe, and they said he sent it to the insurance company for further review, and refused to even send me a copy. Weeks have passed and my house remains unlivable, and I have still not even received an estimate. Since I have, unfortunately, gone thru this before, I know this isn’t normal. It appears to be a delaying tactic, because they weren’t really available to start work when they said, and rather than tell me, just keep making up pretexts.
I can’t say how their work is since I can’t get them to even give me an estimate! Given other positive reviews, the problem is possibly the representative, Joe, who was assigned to me. Regardless, rather than wait endlessly for these guys to get their act together, I have gone ahead and hired another company because we are tired of staying in a hotel and want our house back!

These guys arrived in our house like we called an ambulance and immediately tackled or flood problem making sure the water was contained and keeping the damage to a minimum. We were initially hesitant to them removing our flooring but they assured us there was water underneath. And there it was. They were very professional, respectful, and even educated us in their processes. They also arrived on-time every day as scheduled, making sure our house was bone-dry, all of the damaged flooring and debris was removed and hauled, and we were 100% satisfied. Our insurance adjuster was very pleased with their performance and also mentioned he is consistently satisfied with the quality of their work!

Restore Master is the epitome of exceptional. They were great at explaining each step of our water damage fix. They did not hesitate to follow up with any questions I had. When the job was completed, they had gone above and beyond. Their floor and paint crew; the finished product was beautifully done. So grateful for their reliability, expertise, and kindness.

This company did an OUTSTANDING job!!! They are such a blessing and they helped me when I didnt understand what the next step was that I needed to take. The owners walked me through what happened with the flooding in my house, what needed to happen and what the ending results would be. I also love that they did the same estimation as the insurance company and they made sure everything that I needed was covered. I appreciate the staff that they have working at the company who are trustworthy and honest. It was a great relief being able to go to work and know my house was in great hands. The finished results look AMAZONG and I love that the communication with the owners was perfect. I also got an answer when I called and if they missed a call, they called me right back.
