ServiceMaster All Care Restoration - Peoria

AMAZING service by Service Master, first time users and I hope we never have to use a restoration company again but if we do, we'll be calling Service Masters..

One phone call from Katherine Ely, the operations manager set things in motion after she listened to our water heater (leak) issue. We were then paired up with Erika Brake as our in-office contact person and within no-time a team was out to access the situation in person & they went immediately to work, setting up fans, pulling back carpet, drilling holes in walls to allow the fans to dry out the inside sheetrock/drywall etc., they measured & cut out sheetrock from our garage wall to allow the wood to dry, they were like busy beavers, non-stop working to assure the rooms and garage would dry out.

Having Erika as our point of contact was one of the best things Service Master could have done, she's a star !! In any type of incident with your home, stress is there and then the unknown but Erika was amazing in her communication with us, made sure to constantly check how things were going (by phone calls) and advising us on the next step of action.. Anything we needed, she put them in contact with us and what great referrals she had, from plumber, towel service to contractor for rebuild. All referrals worked perfectly for us, great to know there are companies still out there that provide fast urgent work for emergencies and provide top notch service.

We were very lucky to have been referred to Service Master by our Insurance Company and were able to work with Erika Brake as our contact person, she's amazing and in the right position to help people in their need. Thanks Erika !!!!!!!!!!!

New dishwasher pump failure caused water damage under the cabinets. Tough job and they got it done

Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

We are seasonal and we’re not even on the scene when they begin remediation. Once I arrived, they had a coordinator in place and guided me through their operations. They performed everything they said they would.

Great rapid service took all the stress out of the water damage to my home.

They seriously damaged the paint on my wall during cleaning and didn't provide the main service I requested. The scheduler didn't pay any attention to what I asked for (my main concern was getting a cabinet touched up). My project was to clean up after a small stove-top fire. So when viewing my quote I thought cabinet pain touchup was included and was extremely disappointed to find out from the technicians that this work would be from a completely different division. The quote was much too high considering the size of the job without touching up the cabinet. The scheduler paid no attention at all to what I needed, same for the inspector. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they misdirect you and don't care about doing a good job.

All employees were very friendly and well mannered. They were very respectful of my family and home. They worked extremely efficiently and were knowledgeable of their job. I am VERY satisfied and want to THANK all who worked on my home. I will certainly recommend your service. Thank you again!

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.

Do not use Jeff Jackson HR and owner of all care restoration located at peoria location. They mess with my home loan application lender denied my home loan because they wanted to retaliate against there former employee and didn’t want to send a voe. Katherine ely is an awful person how she treats ppl and doesn’t care about what pettiness and holding grudges can cause. I can’t wait to mention the united states department of labor has to say. Service master corporate and nice fat law suit for affecting my life and my children lives. Shame on them for being a grown adults and owning there own service master franchise. They really give Service Master a bad name and reputation

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

I have used this company a few times now and they are by far the best oneo out there. They are very friendly, honest, and fair. ServiceMaster's restoration team was fast and very efficient in handling the water damage in our kitchen cabinets which included removing the cabinets. They checked back in with us frequently and took care of the problem in a very short time. I would highly recommend them for your restoration service needs.

This is most assuredly the most trustworthy and professional company I could have used for my recent flooding issues. They were there any time I needed to call and always responded in a calming, reassurring manner that left me feeling I was in very good hands. I'm in disbelief! This company is insane! Poor quality, poor service, lack of communication, and the list goes on. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are not good at all. Please save your time and energy and transfer and find business else where! They are not worth it!

The company was professional. They protected the area they were working in with plastic so it doesn’t spread dust all over. But... They tear out Sheetrock out with no regard to how it’s going to have to be fixed. Ended up costing us more to fix their “ripping” down the drywall instead of cutting out sections.

The technicians that came to my house were very nice. And they also were able to work with my schedule. I would totally recommend Service Master to anyone needing their services.

These guys were very quick about responding to my call. I was away for a couple of days and my bathroom sink sprung a leak. They were very nice and professional.

The Servicemaster team was very professional and polite they called me every morning to let me know how far they were out and when they would be there they answered all questions and asked me if I had any questions why it fell out but you make me happy I would use in the future thank you
