Exceptional customer service!!! Bob was on time every day and explained in detail how they would be proceeding with the work required in our home. Both Bob and Ryan provided professionalism through every step of their process for getting the job completed! It was a pleasure having them in our home and doing their part in the process of making us whole again.

They did a fantastic job on rebuilding our bathroom after a slab leak. The quality of work was great and we were very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend!

My homeowners insurance hired them to assess damage from a water supply line that broke off a toilet. They did find and notify me of other, unrelated issues that I was going to have to fix so I was stressing about how I was going to pay for those.
They spent a lot of time measuring areas of the house that were not affected, which I told them were not.
Watch out for these people!! They do work for the insurance company. In the end, the insurance company denied the claim and left me to fix the damage out of my own pocket in addition to the unrelated issues.
I never saw the report or heard from this company again.
Wouldn’t recommend them to clean the city dump.

Mr. Phil Reese and his crew were very helpful of all issues including contact with our insurance company, painting and clean up. I would recommend this company for restoration work of any kind. Ken deserves the 5 Star rating. There were a few minor issues like every build goes through, but Ken made sure these were taken care of promptly. This is what a good company does. Highly recommend using them.

Tom and his crew were very knowledgeable and thorough. They did not try to oversel me -- just recommended what was needed to take care of my problem and then came out and did it. They were on time, professional and very friendly. I can't recommend these guys enough for mold remediation or any other air quality issues you might have!

The team from Water Damage Scottsdale did an excellent job of removing junk from my garage and then cleaning and sanitizing. . I thank Bob, John, and Damon for their cautious and courteous attitudes. They kept me informed and took the extra steps to see that the job was done as I wanted it. I also had an excellent experience with the account manager for the project, Bob. Andrew Wilson installed a hot water heater for me on 3/2/17. Not only was the service great, but it was 1/2 the price of Parker and Sons, Prof Plumbing, and Penguin Plumbing. A++++ all the way and I going to use next time I need plumbing help.

We were told the insurance would cover everything 6 months later we find out there’s a lein keeping us from selling our property because of their “services”. they left all the damaged trash and dry wall they destroyed in my side yard ripped apart the vanity’s and also left them. They’re were supposed to clean up but was told insurance wasn’t covering it so they left it as is. I have a 2 year old a 3 year old and a 6 year old who ended up being exposed to nails that were left in the floor board. Worst clean up service and would never recommend to anyone. If they had left the supposed contract they were supposed to leave we’d be taking legal action but ofc all documents were taken with them for some reason.

The lady's did a Great Job!! We are very pleased with the results. When it's time again to have the carpets clean, I will request the same team.

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. this staff was one of the guys in charge of setting up numerous fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the floors after some recent water damage to my home, and he also made numerous excursions to check on things. they were prompt, polite, and really professional. their good nature and diligence helped to ease a challenging situation.
