Highly Recommend!!! We had a toilet leak that caused damage in the ceiling above our kitchen, gross! Getting a hold of Square One was easy and Ryan alleviated all concerns I had over the phone. The very next day Bob from Square One repaired and cleaned our damaged ceiling, all while walking me through the steps he'd take to ensure any and all mold/toilet matter was removed. Bob even remembered to call when he arrived, as our baby was sleeping and we were looking to avoid additional chaos. Since moving into our new home a month ago we've dealt with a handful of contractors, plumbers, repairmen, etc. and I can say that Ryan and Bob were by far the most professional crew we've had.

We had extreme water damage in our vacation home. Not being close by, we had to trust the restoration company which was on site. PuroClean Scottsdale did an amazing job getting our place ready for repair. They were great communicators and kept us informed throughout the process. Acuity Builders did a fantastic job. They were able to fit within the expenses covered by my insurance and finish the work sooner than anticipated. They removed the old floors and baseboards, painted the house inside and out, put new floors in and had someone come and clean the entire house. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done on their home!

Another company wanted to charge for a whole bath remodel job, and when I contacted Tom and his crew, it turned out to very a very minimal job. Great job done and what's more I saved all the big bucks. Just goes to show how some guys try to hard sell seniors with unnecessary work. Definitely call these guys later this year to clean and treat duct work. Service and crew terrific.

Their work ethic was very impressive. You don't see that often. They set up the equipment to dry out my floors and handled the mold issue!

Quick Restore definitely helped me feel comfortable in such a stressful time. I woke up to so much water in my house and they were there within a little over an hour of me calling getting everything set up. i had to have my floors removed which was so upsetting, but Quick Restore was able to put new flooring in super quick and it looks even better! I would absolutely recommend this company.

We have never had problems using COIT until now. We requested Andrew Bradley but where given the unfortunate news that he is no longer with the company. Instead, they sent out someone equally impressive, Sothia! They must train there employees with the same elixir. Sothia cleaned our game room and living room. He also Scotch guarded the carpet. Everything came out great! He also left an estimate for our wood floors. We have some work being done but will definitely call to get those cleaned as well!

They did great work on all the water damage cleanup. I'd use them again.

I can’t believe how friendly and professional Nick was when he came out to help with my busted pipe. He got here remarkably fast! Not only was he very thorough he was so attentive to all of my questions. His service makes me want to use you all again. I will be referring my friends and family in the even they need services. What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
