I wanted to be proactive instead of reactive when buying a new AC unit.
I called many companies and then I called Mountainside Air. Tom and Steve are down to earth gentlemen. They came over and were very honest, I showed them my other quotes and everything was transparent. My gut said I can trust them. My gut was RIGHT!
I am very handy, so they let me run a dedicated duct to my master bedroom to help save some money. We scheduled the install they were on time and very aware of my schedule as well. I bought them some donuts and they went to work. My wife and I left the house and about mid day they sent some text on the progress and said they were just about done. I said great see you on the follow up. They did everything in the contract and when we got home from work everything was clean and the house was cool.
I will always call Mountainside Air for any of my needs for air conditioning and will definitely tell everyone I know about them!!

Our very old ac stopped working and a friend recommended GORILLA AIR. They quoted me a price, which was a lot cheaper than what I had been quoted from other companies, they came and and recommended some adjustments and they installed a new heat pump. Answered my questions over the phone 1st day, gave me options in choosing a new HVAC system, worked with me on timing to fit my budget, and completed the work when they said and met all my requests. After the installation, even came out and installed a new wall plate so my old thermostat marks were not seen. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you. Had to get my AC unit replaced and they walked me through the entire process. It was effortless and now my family and I have cool air to combat this intense heat. I’d recommend them to anybody.

I have used Adams Refrigeration for over 20 years. Simply put, they are the best. I once had a problem in August and called at around 6:30 on a Sunday morning planning to leave a message. The owner answered the phone and had someone at my house around 10 a.m. to fix the problem! Not sure that would ever happen anywhere else.

I can't speak highly enough about Derek and the team at Circulate HVAC. I have been getting quotes from various mini split installers for a few months in preparation for the upcoming summer. The quotes I was given ranged from more than I want to pay to that's laughably ridiculous.

Circulate HVAC's prices were reasonable, and all-inclusive to what I needed. Throughout the decision-making process Derek was quick to reply to my numerous questions with thorough and informative answers.

The install team showed up on time, and set to work immediately. Any time I had a question, they were quick to address it and never seemed flustered, taking their time to address any questions I had.

After the install, they took the time to go with me to each room demonstrating the indoor units worked properly, and also gave me a walk-through of the features for each one of the indoor units.

My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C.
A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!

I am so grateful I found B3 Refrigeration. My air went out 2 nights ago, and they were able to come out to my home quickly, diagnosed the issue with in a matter of minutes, and were prepared with a replacement part on there truck! With in a few hours of the air going out my house was cooling off again. We were able to schedule an appointment within one hour, which was essential because our residential air conditioning units had gone out. Matt was very professional and on time. Matt had all the parts in his truck, which was terrific because a lot of companies don’t have the parts in hand/inventory to fix your AC unit these days. Matt repaired one unit— replaced a motor and capacitor, and cleaned unit 1, and added Freon in the other A/C unit; both units are working like new; Matt was very kind and pleasant to deal with, clearly explained the issues and showed us the problems; very patient too. I highly recommend mechanical brothers, heating and cooling.
