With temperatures hitting 116 this week, it was untimely to have our ac cut out. Having used Airworks in the past, we knew who to call. Seth came over and quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor. He took the time to show and explain the issue before fixing. No upselling involved, he just fixed what needed to be fixed and at an incredibly fair price.

When I met their technician, I had this feeling of being confident with the service. Yeah, I was right for he knew exactly the procedure to do my air conditioning and heating repair needs successfully. The quality of his work was above and beyond my expectations. I was so delighted that he was able to get my unit fixed the same day. I will call this company again for hvac repair service needs.

Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.

Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.

I needed a plumber. My toilet wasn't flushing and was coming up in my shower. Marlin came out, charged me $89.95 told me I needed a new toilet and that would be about $500. They, of course, would apply that initial charge to my service. Fortunately for me, I knew a toilet and installation shouldn't cost that much and told them no thanks. Walked away $90 poorer. I get a real plumber out and turns out my toilet is just fine. I have roots in my line. I tried to call Marlin and have them refund my $90, but they stated that Steven tells everyone that calls that it is $89.95 to come out and look for the service charge. Except I have a problem with that. Steven didn't tell me that. For that price, I would have gone with another company. In fact, I did after the Marlin plumber couldn't even take the time to properly diagnose my issue. It was $69 to come out and the plumber took the time necessary to thoroughly assess the repair.
Bottom line - In my opinion, Marlin does not care about you or your plumbing issues...only getting their $89.95 and whatever other cash they can get you to cough up. I mean really? $500 for a toilet?!?

Nobody can beat their prices and integrity to their customers

I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!

Hands down, the best contractor I have ever worked for. They show quality and integrity in their work and effort, job done right every time, bottom line. They value their best employees and don't hesitate to remove those who do not meet their highest of standards, this is especially great for their clients. They are union on their pipe trades side so, rest assured, you're getting exactly what you pay for. They are thorough and highly trained, unlike a lot of non union contractors out there. I hope to one day work with them again as they are a well oiled machine and have some of the best management and employees I've had the privilege to work with so far.

This is THE place to go if you need to replace your AC's capacitors. Most will be around 50 bucks or so vs nearly $200 for the same part from the repair man. Great service and staff!

Really good service and professionalism instalation

It’s been two years since we got an air conditioner, throughout it all the one consistent thing is that Larson air conditioning provides excellent customer service.We had several problems during installation. Our unit for some reason had some defects, the electricity had to have some rewiring. Our air conditioning had to be repaired after about a week. I don’t blame them for most of these problems since it was mostly the company that produced the units fault. Each time they came out though and fixed the problem.They have come in twice for tuneups all provides for free with the warranty. We just sold our house and the buyer asked for some small changes to the air conditioner. They came out and fixed it for free since it was still under warranty.I write this two years out from getting an air conditioner, so I know they are reliable. If you want the comfort of knowing you’ll have a working unit while under warranty, there’s is good unlike other conditional warranties out there. It wasn’t the smoothest ride at the beginning for us, but I value consistency and give people the benefit of the doubt that they will fix their errors. Larson will do that.
