I had multiple issues with my unit. One of the parts that tested good failed the very next day. Tom and Trevor did troubleshooting and were able to get to the root of the problem. They went above and beyond and worked tremendously to resolve the issues! You won’t find another company that is honest, dependable, compassionate, and fair. My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C.
A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!

I worked with Trevor to get a quote on a replacement AC for my home after receiving repair estimates that were almost 25% of the cost of a new unit. Trevor answered all my questions and he and his crew were fast and efficient on the day they replaced my rooftop AC. This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. TREVOR IS THE BEST! My HOA sent out multiple people for the last few years for a leak that kept coming back. Last guys made it worse, put screws up to hold the pan up higher, and said it needed a whole new install because it wasn't done right ... and weren't going to pay for it. THANKFULLY Trevor came to my rescue and actually FIXED the problem, not bandaid job! I'm so excited to not step on a wet towel or floor! HOORAY!

ABC Air has always been responsive to our calls and the clients whom we refer to. I can always trust an honest assessment and reasonable solution for needed repairs. They do not try to up sale the job with unneeded repairs. Great company!

We bought a new ac unit from abc, and couldn't be happier. We shopped around and they by far had the best price. We keep or house at 60° all night even in the summer and our electric bill still dropped by about 75% (which was enough to cover the payment for most of the year). Best decision ever to go with abc.

They responded quickly, gave a fair price, were on time as promised, installed my new AC system inside and in the attic with minimal intrusion and followed up in person tat my home to see if I had questions about the operation of the system. Highly recommend them!!!!

We have been dealing with ABC for about 10 years since we replaced the HVAC in our home...They have been great with their twice yearly check-up and the very few problems we have had with our Trane units.

The guys arrived and spent a lot of time to replace a compressor in our ac. THEY WERE AWESOME!!! We've had them out before to change filters and do little stuff and have always been great. Now the house is SO COOL!!! :)
