Technicians arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and performed expert service maintenance on my Goettel unit, removed a swamp cooler from the roof, and arranged for haul-off. No mess left behind. I highly recommend A/C and Refrigeration. And you will love working with Mindy who is also friendly and honest, with no up-selling pressure, and who really knows her stuff.

I’m gonna start this post by bragging about how amazing Mindy is! The customer service skills are through the roof and I wish that more people were as friendly and caring as she is when it comes to your AC maintenance. Mindy and her family have been taking care of her AC unit for over 15 years. Our system is 20 years old and is still running in great condition. I wouldn’t change A/C companies for the world and I give them my highest recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

With the frequent storms we've experienced during monsoon season we had a few power outages causing my AC thermostat to malfunction. I called my good friend Mindy to simply ask a few questions & steer me in the right direction BUT she figured out the problem over the phone! Her expertise and knowledge is top grade! They are the best period. They kept my 17 year old system running for three more years then replaced my entire system. Works great and looks great. I am now saving $250 a month on my power bill which is easily paying for itself. Sharp, clean, respectful techs. Don’t overthink it they are your guys.

The service was great. When I called I spoke to Mindy and she was very pleasant and explained everything concerning my warranty and the service they provide. I was very impressed with Mindy and how informative she was. She was able to get somebody out the same day and found that they needed to replace my blower motor and do maintenance. The technician was very friendly and kept me up to date with status and issues along with pictures. Overall I was very satisfied from start to finish.

5 Star rating for sure !!! After returning home from vacation, our A/C heat pump was not working. I contacted a HVAC repair company that was referred by the installer. The Unit was only 6 years old, still under warranty and the compresser had failed. Initially we were told the parts needed would be available in 5-7 days and then installed. After almost 4 weeks of waiting and being told the parts were now on back order I reach out to a number of companies for quotes on replacing the Heat pump. All were happy to replace at a cost to us of $5000-$9000. Mindy The A/C Lady was the only one to inquire as to why the repair was not completed. She said it seemed unusual that those parts were not available and as a authorized dealer, asked if I minded if she looked into the matter. After a couple hours she contacted me with news of the parts being packaged, labeled, and with expedited shipping to arrive in 4 days. Needless to say we were happy to hear this news. Both NATE Certified Master techs Anthony and David were very pleasant, professional and prompt on completing the repair. A/C Refrigeration has been very honest and reasonable and saved us thousands of dollars and we couldn't be more pleased. Customer service like this is hard to find, and we have become loyal customers.

A big thanks to the team at A/C&R for the installation of a new Trane Unit on our home. They sold us our last unit twenty years ago and were our first choice when it was time to replace it. They gave us a package price that included removal and disposal of the old unit and installation of the new one. Mindy, Tony, and David did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop during the process and met every commitment they made. We will continue to use them for regular maintenance for the new unit and hopefully will get 20 years out of this one as well. Thanks again!

A/C and Refrigeration is a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly company. They helped by recommending to us a good quality and efficient unit, which ended up saving us 60% on our monthly utility bill in the Summertime. Start to finish throughly impressed .
I’ve bought many ac systems before from multiple companies but this company did everything they said they would to a tee when they said they would do it .
I was not even expecting all the work they did I just thought I was getting new units .
But They even replaced the pan under the air handler in the attic … again I thought that would be reused . Far exceeded my expectations for the value .
There was also no pressure in the sales area they worked out a price offered it to me I asked if it was there best price .. the response Yesr !
I had received multiple estimates that were much higher and one that was less but had no detail . They literally took care of everything for me and had everything up and going by lunch time !! Five stars all day long !!!!

What can I say from start to finish A/C & Refrigeration was amazing! Our air conditioner passed away on Sunday.I received 4 other estimates all about the same in price. Thankfully with Mindy the owner & her experience in the air conditioner biz she guided and educated me on all the units I was considering. Never did she put down another company it was so refreshing and professional. Followed all Covid-19 procedures for our safety and their employees pre visit & during. Masked everything and cleaned up. I’d recommend! Air conditioning and refrigeration LLC  added a lifetime warranty. Satisfied!  I had problem with my heat system. Technician Brock Delaney  was was so professional and kind! He was very polite and early to the appointment.He is very helpful explained everything perfectly  he was going to do and made it comfortable  for us. He is very knowledgeable about what needed done. stayed until the job was done and explained everything he did and how it works! This guy I would recommend to all my family and friends! Brock deserves a raise for the job he did! Keep it up.

This was our first time using Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and I'm so glad that we called them! They answered our call right away and sent a knowledgeable tech out to our dance studio business in the West Valley. They did a thorough job servicing our HVAC. The tech explained to us what he did and that our equipment was back and working 100%! We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future for sure.

This company is awesome. Super professional and communicative. They replaced our heating and A/C unit within a day. The tech and the dispatcher were both friendly. Would recommend to others.

No long wait times and was even given the option to have them come sooner. Friendly personnel and tech. Its always so nice to have a tech that is willing to take the time to talk and explain what's going on with your units. Many of us are not well versed in the workings of AC units, so it is always nice to get a clear understanding of what is going on. Highly recommend their services!
