Jeremy came out about 2 weeks ago from the Peoria, Az location to check my air conditioner. I have a gas pack unit, and the heat worked fine this winter, but when came time to switch to air the blower would not come on. Jeremy was prompt in arriving for the scheduled time (actually a little early). He was professional, friendly, and very through. I now have air...Yeah. I was so impressed with the service of Sunrise Mechanical Inc that I scheduled them to come clean my ducts. Carlos came today to do this. Again arriving promptly, professional, and friendly. He did a very through job including checking for any leaks in the duct work. I think their pricing is more than fair, as I did get other estimates. I will be needing insulation added to my home in the near future, and I will be calling Sunrise Mechanical. Also ask them about their discount plan. Well worth the money.

The technicians were friendly, thorough and hardworking. We were given a fair price and easy financing for our new AC. Sunrise could not have been a better choice! Three years ago, our two units went out at the same time. Sunrise managed to put parts from the worst one into the bedroom side, which provided heat and A/C for the past three years to the east side of the house. Unfortunately, the record-breaking temperatures proved too much for the Frankensteined system just before the 115+ weekend (of course). We called Jennie and she sent Bill out for the quote and helped us through the financing. They were truly apologetic that they couldn't get everything installed that weekend - something we completely understood! Scott and Juan were perfect gentlemen and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and that they left the area neat and tidy. We can't thank this family owned company with outstanding employees enough, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or replacement. From the quote, provided by owner/founder Bill, through the two-day installation by Scott and Juan in 110+ heat, this has been an amazingly easy process.

Answered my questions over the phone 1st day, gave me options in choosing a new HVAC system, worked with me on timing to fit my budget, and completed the work when they said and met all my requests. After the installation, even came out and installed a new wall plate so my old thermostat marks were not seen. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you. Since I am a local Realtor, expect many referrals.
