Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

I had this company come out to replace my furnace a few months ago and I can't be more happy with their service. My unit was up to code and fixed for the same price as the other company that came out for an estimate. They have been great with communication throughout the process and I have recommended them to all of my friends, who are now using their services.

To say I’m very happy with my new A/C system is an understatement. It was time to replace our 15 year old units. We received several estimates (apples to apples comparison) and the one we received from Troy, from Air Conditioning of Arizona, was by far the most affordable for a high quality A/C unit. Troy was extremely polite and professional. He answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything we didn’t need. Great experience using Frozen Air home services they were knowledgeable and had a great personality very informative and professional.

At first I had a positive experience with this company getting our new systems installed back in May, but then I found out several months later they wired our heating element wrong and couldn't get ahold of anyone on their team to come fix it. I ended up hiring another company to fix the problem. Then I was in communication with the owner of Velox Air about the issue asking for a refund for the poor work her guys did back in May and she said she would cut me a check a month ago but I haven't heard from her since with several followups sent. The owner gave me the run around blaming the equipment and and questioning the operator use even and several other things after I told her what my new technician found...120 volts wired into a 24 volt section of the computer board. Sarah and Velox Air team, I'll change this back to a positive post for you when you refund me the money you promised. No hard feelings. Please do what is right.

Great company. We have used them for a while now and they are always on time, and technicians know what they are talking about. They never try to up sell, or tell us things are broken when they aren't. Always responsive, and always recommend them when I can!

I needed a very specific piece for my range and appliance repair bros helped me order it and overnight it. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with my request! I would definitely contact them again for other needs.

We had Green ID out to our home in June to do an Energy Audit. I never even knew this existed. It was like stupid cheap too. There were so many cool little fixes that helped for better air flow. Our master bedroom is the warmest in the house which makes no sense since the kids don't pay the utility bills.
David recommended many changes that should save us more than 25% on our utility bills. I can't afford everything right now so he helped me come up with a plan to get it all done over the next 6 months. Meanwhile we were able to fix the airflow problem right away which is awesome.

Our ac went out at 1am this past weekend after calling around to alot of ac companies with no reponse Nathan responded 15min after I left a voice message and was at my house within 20min later and saved us from sleeping in a hot home. I will forever be greatful for his amazing fast response.

I called in to check on a reference for someone I interviewed today for a job and Brittany was extremely helpful. She also answered the only two questions I had professionally. I appreciate your honesty.

These guys may be great for plumbing, but I had a very negative experience with them for air conditioning. If it wasn't for the fact that I live in an apartment and the office picks who does work, I would have chosen a different company. It took about 5 trips to our apartment for leaking AC, promising different fixes, and sometimes fixing nothing at all. After the final fix, our air conditioning stopped working altogether. Our manager had someone else look at the problem. It turned out DW had connected the pump to the power source of the actual AC, causing it to not have the power to pump out cool air. After the other company looked at it and worked on, it worked again.
Aside from all of this, I had a couple issues with the way they acted while in our apartment. One of the first times they were working, my husband came home to them standing on one of our dining room chairs to reach the AC instead of using a stool. Another time, my husband and I were both home and the men working were talking and swearing quite loudly. I'm all for talking with co workers about whatever you want, but yelling and swearing every other word is not needed, especially when residents are home. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between technicians and the office. The office would tell our manager or me one thing (such as a technician is coming tomorrow at this time), yet a technician would show up without notice on different days and at different times. Technicians would also tell me work that needed to get done pending approval from our manager, yet when I would talk to our manager, she would have no idea that anything was needed. Very poor communication.
Overall, I was not at all impressed with this company. I have heard they do great with plumbing, but I'd honestly rather not give them the chance after our AC experience.

I am in Arizona from out of state to prepare my first investment property for AirBnB. We decided to install an AC unit in an out building so that it could function a quiet office space for guests away from the house but I did not have any contacts for HVAC work. Jayden came highly recommended from our landscaper and he more than exceeded our expectations!

Jayden came out to assess the project and promptly gave us a very fair written estimate. We hired Jayden for the AC install but expanded the scope of work to include electrical work for a bathroom addition. All work was performed to perfection - on time, budget, and executed very neatly!

Jayden also filed the permit his work and helped us with another permit that went late into the night.
