Derek is exceptional! We had no hot water in our home. We called Derek and he came the same day and provided an estimate and explained the entire process to me. He even came a second time to explain the work that needed to be done to my husband (he was not home the first time). He rearranged his schedule so he could fix our boiler system so we could get hot water back in the home right away.

Derek is thorough, knowledgeable , friendly, and provides excellent service. Pricing is very reasonable! Him and his team are very professional and provide quality service. We are so grateful we found Circulate HVAC! We purchased a historical fixer upper that had no heating system and relied on space heaters. We spoke with three companies who quoted very high costs for installing a radiant heat system - the costs were tough to swallow given it included no solution for air conditioning. Derek listened to our concerns (about functionality and aesthetics), and came up with a solution to run ductwork (a challenge I think few others would undertake in our house), and install a dual heat pump and gas furnace system that will provide central heating and cooling. On top of this, we had a tight timeline for the work, and Derek fit us in and completed the work on schedule. The pricing was competitive, and Derek and his team were always professional, respectful, pleasant to have around, and always kept everything clean and tidy. The work itself was done beautifully. We've been using our new system for about 3 weeks and everything is working great, and Derek has personally reached out to check in. We without hesitation would recommend Derek to anyone who has any HVAC needs and would not go to anyone else for any future needs that might arise. I really enjoyed my experience with Circulate HCAV. They were the only ones to follow up with me to ensure if I was interested and also provided me a special that I could take advantage of. Derek, the service professional, was very patient, personable, professional and honest. I appreciate the time he spent to ensure my questions were answered. I felt at ease with him and didn't feel like he was rushing. He built a really good rapport with me as well. He called before arriving at the house and he went over everything on the invoice with me. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but did provide information on different items that may interest me or that I should be aware of. I will be calling on them again for my AC and heating needs. I’m impressed and will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Derek and Circulate HVAC. After initial contact and a description of the problem, he was able to come to my house within 1 hour on a Friday afternoon. He troubleshooted the issue and described to me exactly what was needed to be done. Derek was prompt, courteous and thorough. The issue was corrected 100% to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Circulate HVAC to family and friends and will most certainly use them in the future should the need arise.

Derek was very friendly and professional. He replaced our hot water and heating element in house quick and fast, he came twice to explain the problem and the fix to it. He managed to fit us in right way so we could get hot water back to the house. The new unit looks great and runs wonderful.

I called Derek at 7pm on the first cold night of the fall when we realized that the heat was not working. Within 20 minutes he arrived and got us up and running in an hr. He was courteous and clearly explained what was going on and how to fix it. I recommend him highly. Very fair prices too!

I can't speak highly enough about Derek and the team at Circulate HVAC. I have been getting quotes from various mini split installers for a few months in preparation for the upcoming summer. The quotes I was given ranged from more than I want to pay to that's laughably ridiculous.

Circulate HVAC's prices were reasonable, and all-inclusive to what I needed. Throughout the decision-making process Derek was quick to reply to my numerous questions with thorough and informative answers.

The install team showed up on time, and set to work immediately. Any time I had a question, they were quick to address it and never seemed flustered, taking their time to address any questions I had.

After the install, they took the time to go with me to each room demonstrating the indoor units worked properly, and also gave me a walk-through of the features for each one of the indoor units.

We needed an A/C damper installed. Derek came right away, he was reasonably priced and did a great job. Very professional, highly recommended.

Owning a business is much more then just doing work. I’m sure other’s would agree and would want to know how a owner of a company acts and controls himself while driving a company van.
