Amazing people, very kind, and professional. Sevan was the technician I had from this company, he showed up on time and was able to perform my heater repair service expertly. He's thorough in fixing up the problem. He then replaced the damaged one the same day. Everything was back to normal after the process. It was a perfect repair. I liked the quality. Five-star service!

Fair pricing and great service! Tommy was able to accommodate a late minute schedule change per my request. I had a 240 volt installed for EV charging and his pricing was by far the best. You won’t be disappointed using T&K electric.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

Hercules industries has been my go-to for Rough in HVAC materials for 10 years. Cindy is hands down one of the hardest working people in the HVAC business. I can’t say enough about her. About 6 years ago when I began managing this company I found some major issues coming out of the tempe location and I got with Cindy who did everything in her power to clean up that stores mess and keep my business. I only use the Phx and the new Surprise location (Denise is the person to see in surprise) most of the counter guys at thd phx branch are exceptional along with the counter guys at the Surprise location. Shout out to my dudes Chris and Kirk who have also always gone above and beyond to assist however they could. These guys at the phx location have become friends and I’ll continue to use them and send others to them in the future. Well done guys! You always make the brutal summers in hvac a little easier with you exceptional service and willingness to bring in new products or materials that suit our needs. Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..
