AriZona HVAC is a first-rate company. I was pointed to them after reading several positive reviews. I called the owner and had terrific communication from and with him. His installation crew communicated well and were on time. All installation of our new AC system were completed quickly and cleanly. The technician even took the time to explain the thermostat to one of our tenants. I'm thoroughly pleased with my choice to work with AriZona. Their amazing reviews are well-earned.

Called Gerald, out in a few days with new TRANE unit. Scott and Seth came out 8AM and quality job done by 11AM. Solid work and fair price. Locally owned and operated. Waranteed work. Two thumbs up!

From our first phone conversation I had a good feeling about AirZona HVAC, The follow up with the site visit only enforced what I thought. Gerald was very punctual and explained everything in detail that was understandable, when his Crew showed up on time to start the removal and installation of my new ac, they were clean, and prepared.

Gerald did a good job of explaining options based on what we were wanting for a heating cooling system, and worked well with our price range. Scott and Andrew did an excellent job on our new HVAC system, cleaned up the work areas, and explained how to use the new wifi thermostat. This is a very professional family business, locally owned, and by the warranty given, will stand by their product and work.

These guys are fantastic workers will come quickly when you are having problems. Gerald came to my house at 9:30 pm in the middle of summer to fix a thermostat that had frozen over. Talk about customer service, God bless him! They're efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend AirZona for your HVAC issues.

New post: AirZona installed a split A/C unit for my man cave, a transformed garage. Living in Phoenix, I wanted to get this done before the oppressive heat of summer. I ordered the unit on Monday and Gerald’s guys put it in the very next day, Outstanding service, very affordable and really nice guys. I highly recommend AirZona.

We met Gerald Sandoz, the owner, to get a quote, and liked him right away. We got 3 bids and he was competitive, knowledgeable, and had top tier equipment with a fair price. The installation went great! The quality of the heat pump is very good, for our budget. We’ve had a couple of problems that were not his company’s fault, but he was right there to help us and support us through our issues! He went well above our expectations, and he and his company came through for us! I highly recommend you using this company for your HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed.

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

We contacted AirZona along with 3 other contractors to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Gerald (AirZona owner) arrived at the designated time, inspected our existing system, and went over their proposed system and pricing. He was very personable and explained the items in terms that we could understand. We went with AirZona on the spot, based on Gerald's explanations.

The installation process was just as smooth. Again, Gerald arrived with the installation crew, and they were all professional, courteous, and very friendly. The installation took the entire day, but the crew each worked on tasks that minimized any unnecessary delay, and didn’t seem to mind the questions I had during the process.

From the quoting process through installation and annual maintenance activities, Gerald and the AirZona team set themselves apart from other contractors we have used … they are ROCK STARS, and can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us.

An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.

I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them when my parents needed some AC work done too! They ditched Parker & Sons and called in the Airzona crew. They worked quickly and efficiently for my family as well. Overall this company has great work ethic. It’s nice to see a family company going above and beyond in the valley for its customers.

I'd already had a couple of quotes from other companies, so when Gerald showed me his quote I was shocked! It was significantly lower than competitors. (so I checked his reviews and they were great)

The day of the install, the gentlemen were at my house 15 min earlier than expected! They cleaned as they worked so I never had boxes or trash all over the place.

Our AC compressor stopped working on a Saturday on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to schedule an appointment with me within a couple hours of calling. Gerald was prompt and professional with his assessment and service, and was quickly able to resolve the issue. Glad to have cold air again.

We got a new A/C installed. They were friendly, on time, and worked hard. They were available to ask questions and seemed like they did their job quick. Overall very happy with the service. Had AirZona HVAC come give me a Quote on a New unit and was very Happy with the price i was given compared to others companies i got Quotes from. So made a appointment on May 28, 2019 to get my NEW unit installed and was Very Happy with the 3 gentleman that came and did a Great Job with everything! Wow am I impressed! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC. The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional. We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional. Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it. The work went very smoothly and everything was cleaner then when they arrived!
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge. AWESOME !! Since my experience with AirZona I have referred them to friends and family who have also used them and were equally impressed.

We needed a new heating and air conditioning system and went with Airzona HVAC. Gerald explained everything and even told us what to ask the next company that we were getting a bid from. Had my new air conditioner and furnace installed. Had three men on site. Job appeared to be performed very efficiently. Cleaned up completely after themselves. Made sure I understood my new thermostat. The entire process went very smoothly.

I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

The only thing that concerned me a little was the fact that 2 screws were left out of panel on outside unit. Air conditioning is working great, but panel should have been replaced properly!
