Zeke is very knowledgeable and presents the facts based on his professional training through TRANE; not an opinion or partial untruth. He became our 2nd consultation and maintenance service techician because the first tech from Merlin's AC & Plumbing presented such obscure and ridiculous results of his findings.
So, any individual who reads this review, my advice is do not always believe a certified AC company or technician no matter how nice and friendly they present themselves and that their advice or professional opinions are really truth and facts.
B3 is honest and not trying to sale a load of lies.

B3 was sent out as the first contractor on an AC home warranty claim. They thoroughly assessed the issue and notified us that we most likely had a Freon leak, but would need to come back the next day to do some tests. Tim came out the second day and gave it to me straight. We had a leak in the coil and the costs of repair would be substantial considering the age and type of unit we had. The home warranty tried to delay everything and made our experience a nightmare, but Tim was in constant contact with me the entire time. After deciding to take a payout from the home warranty to buy a new unit, B3 was the easy choice. We were able to get a great deal on a new 16 seer 3.5 ton Train unit and the install took just over 4 hours. So far everything has worked perfectly and the home cools exponentially faster compared to the old unit. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Tim is the guy you want to speak to and will make you confident in your buying choice.

Nobody can beat B3! I needed to replace my 20+ yo HVAC system.
After really long extensive research of local contractors I've decided to
work with B3. It was great decision. I've received best quote on 4 ton Trane from Zeke and the next day crew of 2(Ramon and Jaime) showed up at 7am to install the unit. 3 hours later!!! project was complete. Zeke checked the whole system and everything worked like a Swiss watch. I'm so glad I went with B3 and therefore highly recommend them! Also I'd like to give a shout-out to Katie for great communication and expediting the whole project.

I was told by an AC company, sent out by my home warranty, that my evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. (Although he never laid his eyes on them). I contacted B3 refrigeration to conduct the cleaning. Zeke came out, looked at the coils, and provided honest feedback (not that dirty at all). He cleaned them quickly and thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and was friendly. Great customer service at an great price. Thank you B3 Refrigeration.

Thank you very much for fixing my A/C that other companies told me they had fixed but not really. My unit ran constantly, and would only turn on and off manually for 2 years. The problem was never fixed until today! The guys did a great job. The initial set up from the company that installed my unit was wired completely wrong. They made sure it worked before they left. Finally my A/C is turning on and off on its own! Appreciate the great service and will recommend them to everyone I know.

We are all quick to complain about bad service especially when it is 110 degrees and your air conditioning unit is out. My husband and I are in our 70's and my husband is a 100% disabled Vet who has poor health. So having our air conditioning go out was a serious health issue. B3 went above and beyond to help us get our unit up and running. The issue was the Compressor and they found one and installed it in the dark to make sure we had air. We had another issues which turned out to be a bad Circuit breaker - again the owner was installing a new breaker and actually went to Lowes to purchase one at his own cost. What could have been a life threatening situation turned into a very positive situation thanks to B3. Thanks Katy and Keith for going above an beyond to help us resolve our issues last week. You are truly heroes in our book!!

B3 arrived in a timely manner, within the stated window. The technician was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly, went and purchased a new garbage disposal. Upon his return, he removed the faulty waste disposal, installed the new disposal in no time, and was on his way. Very satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending B3 for a service job.

Got a new train A/C unit installed. I had 2 companies come out and B3 got the job done at a better price and with a higher quality unit. They also had it done the next day and the other company was a few days out. Nice experience working with Keith over there.

B3 replaced one of our very old heat pumps last year quickly and professionally. This year, when our other old unit started to die, we called them and they once again did a fabulous job. On top of the great service, their prices can't be beat! They saved us $$$!

Courtesy offered, NOT received. The technician told my husband and myself they would repair our air conditioner as a courtesy prior to the home warranty company authorizing the motor. End of story, bill sent to us, warranty didn’t cover all of the cost, call to office, threatened with collections and hung up on by receptionist. Free advice, wait for the authorization from warranty company before accepting “courtesy “.

We have used B3 Refrigeration on several occasions. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and had a service technician out within a few hours. They are a small family business with fair pricing. I highly recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else.

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

A big shootout for B3 to help me out on this!
