5 stars? Fake reviews. This company is horrible. Everytime I have called a rude man answers the phone. Had one of their guys come out 2 days ago. He walks in and says wow its hot in here and the humidity is bad. He looks at the thermostat and its 87. When he leaves he says hes getting 20 degrees at the split. The unit is old, wore out and cant cool anymore. He reports to the warranty company hes getting 19 at the split and the ac is working fine. Completley different than what he said in my house!! This is the 4th company the warranty company has sent. The other 3 companies said the unit needs to be replaced. I call to ask why the guy reported something completely different than what he said in my house. The rude man answered the phone said they have to report their findings. I said I understand that but he clearly could feel and see the ac is not working properly. He even said it wasnt!! The guy said he would have the technician call me! Horrible, horrible did I say horrible???? 3 other companies said replace the unit. The warranty company sends a 4th company and he says that??? Leaving reviews all over on this company!!

Once the technician actually shows up, they do an outstanding job. The problem is with scheduling. I waited around Sunday from 10-2, even called before 10am to confirm but they didn't show. When I called at 3pm they asked to reschedule. No reason given, the person I talked to asked but said the scheduler provided no reason. Their scheduling process needs work but their technicians do a great job once they get there.

Rex was very accommodating and competent. He took the time to clarify everything and did not try to persuade me to purchase any of the additional services that were available. Goliath Mechanical did an amazing job helping me out!!

Yesterday we had an air conditioner system installed by George Brazil Air Conditioning and Heating.We were SO impressed with this company and the lead man, Jorge, was amazing. He answered all our questions and was so kind and friendly. He took his time to explain the new thermostat that is connected to our WiFi and actually connected it all for us. They left the premises cleaned up as if they hadn’t been here. I would recommend them highly to ANYONE needing a new system or maintenance on their system.

Tyler was a good tech and kept me informed on the repair. The end result was good and he did not try to sell me a new AC system.

Daniel did an excellent job and I am glad I was referred to them. I know they will keep my systems up and running through these brutal Summer's!

This was a great visit. I was called and notified that Tabor was on his way, and he showed up with a smile and willing to help. He not only checked the unit to make sure it was running correctly, but he explained a service plan should I be interested. He was super fun and pleasurable to talk to. He had a good sense of humor and personality, and we shared some very interesting information and stories to boot. We both learned something from each other. I would high recommend him and the company as well.

Stephen showed up as scheduled, looked proper, used booties to walk in and asked about the issue. He then went on the roof to access the damaged equipment, removed it, told me the plan to get it serviced and advised me he’d call when it was corrected and ready for reinstall.

Daniel, father and son, came to our house SAME DAY and fixed our motor, compressor, wires, etc. Absolutely professional and honest. We are beyond pleased and recommend them to all looking for a.c. repair!
