Routine checkup for ac/furnace. 1 item was replaced and another was added. Amer was good to give information about what needed to be done. And about the settings I should use during the summer, as I am a snowbird. I really appreciated his service and information.

I have been using Absolute Value for years then they sold to Oasis air and so far they are very good. They texted me for an appt. And email too. Real easy to get ahold of. Some businesses aren't. They were able to schedule me an appt. Within the week. I thought that was good. I liked Amer my tech. He was very knowledgeable seemed to know equipment real well. I would welcome him back as a serviceman/tech.

Have always had wonderful, professional service from Robert Lockwood. He has been my service guy since the beginning and is very knowledgeable of my system. I miss Jojo so much. She really had her act together. My experience with the new staff is lower than low. I was cancelled several times and finally, my appointment was not on time with the office. But for Robert, Iwould seek another company to take care of my system. Just don't think you should try to fix something that isn't broken.

I requested a quote from Absolute value and they were super quick to respond to me. What I really liked about them is that unlike the other 2 companies I sent a quote request to they didn't just shoot me a price with out knowing what I needed. they asked lots of questions and got a tech out to me asap and got me up and running with a quick easy fix at a reasonable rate too!

Yesterday afternoon my 84 year old mother turned on her AC for the the first time this year. NOTHING! We make a call thinking we would be waiting until next week for a solution. Robert Lockwood the technician arrived in less than an hour! Quickly, professionally diagnosed the problems and went to work! He completed the job in 30 minutes. This company has been spectacular intheir help to me since I moved here. They always show me if anything needs repair or replacing and they thake care of it on site and immediately. Very unsatisfied with their services. I was lied to about my ac unit they said I needed a new one and and then they did a little PVC pipe work for and charged me over a hundred dollars for that. They also didn't clean my unit good outside they only cleaned 3 sides. I was over charged and lied to. My sister had an ac friends come over and look and wasn't as bad as they said
