Frisco came out to our house to install a new elbow for our HVAC unit. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional and provided clear and honest information about our system. The whole experience with A.P.E.S was amazing from start to finish and we'll definitely be returning to them for future needs!

I just wanted a maintence tuneup. I called on a Friday she said she could have someone there ON MONDAY !! WOW ! I had called another company prior to my call to 1st choice and they were going to send someone out in JULY !! Toby had Jimmy come out and he to is very impressive . A nice young man who got there ON TIME and when he was done he said we needed nothing more, NOTHING MORE ! What ? Toby and Jimmy are VERY impressive, NICE people . WOW ! First choice is not my first choice, they are my ONLY choice from here on out ! For every kind of work they do I will call them. I feel like they are MY company. I love this company

EXCELLENT company for our air/heat system installation! Pricewas extremely reasonable (did compare), quality, professional, friendly workers who were punctual, neat, focused & knowledgeable about the job at hand. They actually adjusted the airflow in the house & found one duct that was squished, & fixed that. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SGMechanical. They will come out 2X after installation for free to assess the system & make sure you are happy with it. Customer Service is truly top-notch. Trustworthy, honest folks.

I’m a very happy customer.First, I scheduled for a few days ahead of time to make arrangements at work to allow me to be home. Not 20 minutes later I got a call from their office and they cheerfully offered service the next day, a Saturday. Their service tech was on time and very knowledgeable.Second, not only did we take care of the reasons I called, but also set up a schedule for future maintenance and suggested upgrades. These issues had been on my mind and I was glad to get them resolved.If you need AC/Heating work, give Day and Night a call. A very good choice.

I made my appointment a year in advance. I would have appreciated more information about the insulation install in advance. I had no idea it would only take 45 minutes or that we would not be able to put our storage boxes & Xmas decorations back into the attic once insulation was installed except for a small path of boards. Renting a storage unit will cost more than the electric savings. On the plus side, the people were professional and came on time.

Jeremy was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate his communication on arrival time and explaining what work was needed & why.

Nathan was the service tech who serviced our unit. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Courtdeous; wore cloth booties and gloves into the residence. Explained service procedures and work accomplished. A good representative for the Company.

We have had great service from this company until today. We had been contacted last week and set up our 6 month service check for this morning between 8 and 12. At 8 o'clock todayI received a call saying that we would not be receiving our service today and it could be within the next MONTH! First of all, a call later last week telling us that they would be unable to keep this appointment today would have been nice, so we didn't rearrange our schedule in order to be available during this time, for nothing! Secondly, why do we go from having an appointment to having to wait a month? Definitely a very disappointing experience with what had been a great company!********************Follow up: I received a personal phone call from Patrick Riley himself this afternoon regarding our above experience. He promises immediate resolution and was very apologetic regarding the whole incident. This is the type of service I had grown to expect and experience with Patrick Riley. Definitely appreciate the immediate response.

Howard air came for a quality inspection after the new installation.
There were 2 men due to the extension ladder needed to check air conditioning.

The team was extremely professional just like the install team and checked what was needed. When they were done they informed all was good and they were leaving.

If I could give 10 stars to Howard Air and the people who work for them I would.

Tyler was my tech, he came out to maintenance my AC unit before the summer. He was very professional and very thorough on explaining the process and what he found during the maintenance process. We valued his professional opinion and went with his suggestion to upgrade our unit. I would definitely recommend island breeze as a company to take care of all of your AC units!
