Had received quotes to replace my A/C system in my home that was 20 years old. I contacted Comfort Experts and Ryan came out to the house to discuss and give me a quote on my system. I was totally impressed by Ryan and what he was going to install that I hired him on a Friday and the install was set up for the following Tuesday at 7 am. That morning his team arrived on time and started to work at once. The guys were awesome..friendly and professional. They explained everything that they were doing and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up above and beyond and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this local company for their professional, friendly, and quality of work .

Comfort Experts did an excellent job for us. Ryan was the only AC salesperson able to solve our air filtration issue caused by the original home builder. They replaced both of my old systems with new high efficiency Carrier equipment. The install was professional and done on time. I’d definitely recommend Comfort Experts.

He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on.

I was very impressed with the sales and installation of my new AC/Heat pump, which was installed yesterday. I spoke to Ryan on Wednesday December 15th to discuss pricing and installation. Ryan was respectful, courteous and helpful in my decision. The unit was installed yesterday, December 17th by Jeremy who also was courteous and very knowledgeable of the product he was installing and answered all my questions plus did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. It’s awesome to find people like them in today’s world. I can’t say enough positive things about the company, Comfort Experts.

With so many air conditioning companies out there it was whelming to try to find a company that wasn't just trying to make a quick buck. Especially knowing I needed a new unit to replace my old dinosaur. I lucked out though a family member recently had there units serviced by Comfort Experts and were really happy with there service and professionalism I figured I would reach out for one more quote and I am glad I did. Not only were they competitive in pricing (which was a big factor) but Ryan truly was knowledgeable and wanted to educate me on what options were out there and the benefits of each selection. The others just had different tiers that came out prior kinda like Home Depot Good, Better and Best. Not to mention his crew that came out were professional and polite. I dont know how they work in those attics like this during the summer months and keep there cool but I was impressed. They had the old one down in a flash and the new one up and running a few hours later. Didn't want to write a small novel but short and sweet from Start to finish I am glad I chose Comfort Experts over all the others.

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts. We came home from a vacation to find the AC really struggling to cool the house. Of course this was also the hottest week of the summer so far. AC was running continuously and would not cool below 82 degrees. Ryan answered my call late in the evening and we made an appointment for the next morning. Ryan was on time and really efficient. We found a restriction in the coils preventing the unit from operating efficiently. We could have tried to limp the system along but, as the unit was 27 years old, it really was a matter of time before we were going to need to replace it. Ryan put together a quote for a new system and it was very reasonable. Within 48 hours we had a new system in place and up and running. His crew that did the install work was professional, clean, and very patient to explain everything they were doing and why. The quality of their work combined with their level of customer service makes this a top tier company to work with and has earned them a customer for life. Cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts! Have been dealing with Ryan for years. He has saved us on multiple occasions when the AC went out mid-summer. Finally bought a new unit this year and was very impressed with the professionalism of Ryan and his crew. Very honest and reliable.

We just had Ryan from Comfort Experts out to fix our A/C. He was able to fit us in between is already scheduled appointments and had our A/C up and running so fast! He is really reasonably priced and I can't say how much I appreciate him coming out so quickly! We were originally scheduled to have the A/C fixed by the company who installed it in the late afternoon, but Ryan fixed it before 9:00 AM, keeping me comfortable on a day which is supposed to be 113*! I highly recommend them and will only call them from now on!

Love these guys and could not be more happy with my service. Single mom and have 2 ac units. One went out last year and after 2 bids quoting close to $10,000 because my units were to old for replacement parts, Ryan came out and did find a replacement at 1/4 of the cost quoted by others. Definitely honest and upfront about everything. This year my other unit went out on a Saturday, called at 9:00am and Ryan was again over by 1:00pm and ac was back up and running within an hour. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service! you cannot go wrong with Comfort Experts! Yesterday it hit 116 degrees in Phoenix and our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. Early on Saturday morning my wife called Comfort Experts to diagnose the issues. Ryan, the owner, responded literally within two minutes and mentioned that he could be at our house shortly thereafter, which occurred as he said. Ryan and an employee took only about 5 minutes in our house to identify that wiring cables in our attic had caught fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Ryan had all equipment on hand to replace the cables and a battery contained with the main unit.

All-in-all, truly remarkable work and a definite 5 star rating. It was a Saturday, Ryan responded immediately, and, fixed a potentially dangerous issue within minutes. Normally you might have to wait hours just for a technician to show up. Luckily, we have befriended Comfort Experts and will use them forever.

We were blessed to have Trevor. He was really great with explaining everything with my sometimes hard to deal with engineer husband. He was able to explain all that he did and even give us some advice about replacing a piece on the unit in the attic to flow better. good prices, great service and was genuinely happy to help with all we needed. we will have him again if we ever need updates, checks or service.

I had an issue with our AC fan, the last company replaced the capacitor and took a couple of hours to figure out why the fan still not working, they told me the condenser motor fan is defective and need to replace it, it would cost me about $800.

Finally, I was able to find the Comfort Experts. Ryan from Comfort Experts was not only really friendly, but he also did a fantastic job of immediately diagnosing the issue (just in 10 min), quickly fixing the problem. No need to replace the Fan motor,

After hours and hours of research Comfort Experts quoted us the best quality equipment and price of the 4 quotes I received. Rare to get both in my experience. Thorough and complete install with some of the small things included that others were excluding. Just felt this company were being straight with us from beginning to end. Outdoor unit and furnace were replaced. The installers were all very professional and personable. Guys had a great attitude despite the 100+ degree day outside and that much more in the attic. Wife and myself were really pleased with the whole experience.

RELIABLE! HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for BEST, look no further than COMFORT EXPERTS! We've been using Comfort Experts since purchasing our home in 2014. Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've shopped around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts! Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. If you have questions just text Ryan and he answers within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Comfort Experts. Remember you get what you pay for.

I have used Comfort Experts for many years to service my ac unit. When it came time to replace the unit, Ryan was right there to walk me through the whole process. Their knowledge of all brands really made it easy to choose the right unit for my house. I could not believe how easy and quick he made the process. I could not have been happier with the work done by Ryan and his team on the replacement of my whole system, heating and cooling. They were clean, neat, professional, and conscientious during the entire process. I had 3 bids but ended up choosing Ryan since he is a knowledgeable business owner and I felt he would have his name at stake. I was not disappointed. He gave me several choices for the equipment, I was never oversold...he simply explained the differences between units and allowed me to make the best decision for my situation, taking all the time I needed. His team was careful and did all they could to keep the dirt and insulation from installing the heating system, on tarps and in the end, they vacuumed as well. One vent did accumulate some insulation from installation and when Ryan called to check on things after installation of the systems, I mentioned this. I was just going to clean it myself, however, Ryan himself insisted on coming right out to clean the vent and wash the vent. I mention this to show the level of detail Ryan took...and his team was the same. The units were both Carrier products. Also, his team corrected the duct work and there is a noticeable difference in the balance of warmth coming thru all vents. I imagine once I begin using the AC, the result will be the same. And the AC is definitely a much more adequate Seer size for my home. The platform the AC is on was also changed out to a concrete platform instead of the plastic platform. This is a 16 Seer, 2 stage system from Carrier. I am looking forward to a comfortable and problem free summer season with the new equipment.

First heating and air contractor I have used in Az. Ryan came out same day I called about getting a quote. He was very friendly and straightforward. He gave me the best quote of all four quotes I got. And he was no pressure and no upsell tactics. Ryan and his guys showed up at my house right on time , if not early and got whole job done quickly and efficiently. Thay did exactly everything he said he would and put everything back together well and cleaned up nicely. I will make this short and simply tell you that you can't go wrong with Ryan and Comfort Experts. Truly one of the most honest , hard working, fair, on time, courteous, and professional companies I've ever dealt with. Don't waste your time or money...call them ASAP like I did. ( PS. I had a few estimates and work done by a few companies...head and shoulders above the rest).

I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Comfort experts went above and beyond to make sure we got up and running again quickly before it starts getting to hot. I called Ryan on a Sunday night and told him my ac wasnt keeping up with the set point and he scheduled me in last minute for Monday afternoon to get my problem sorted out.

Came out and said there was a leak, added 3.8lbs of 410a for $200 (50$/lb). Said everything was working great now, stopped cooling hours later- came back out and the unit was completely empty somehow (12lbs, -$600). Took apart the unit, bending the back side of the unit in the process because he forgot to remove a screw, pulled the wires from the compressor fan completely through the unit and set the fan against my fence. Found the leak and said it would be a $1900 repair with looking at nothing but the calculator app on his phone. Asked if he could give me a few quotes for new models and he said he would the next day. Screwed the fan back in while i was standing out there watching the whole time and didn't hook the unit back up how it was when he arrived, fan completely disconnected. Seemed disgruntled when i said he needed to put it back how it was when he arrived. That was July 26th and I still have not received any quotes or any callbacks. I would not recommend this company. I had another company come out and they were able to weld and repair the leak for a much more reasonable price, something that was not even an option on the table with Comfort Experts.

Hired Comfort Experts to do an air quality analysis when our son started experiencing allergy symptoms. These guys put together a package to improve the air quality in our home and it has made a HUGE difference. They also explained to us what we can do on our own to help keep things under control.
