Good stuff ??

We had a mesquite tree that needed substantial trimming and removal of dead branches. Harris and sons did a great job removing dense redundant branches and pruning the tree so that it can grow beautifully. Also, now we do not have to worry about monsoon winds taking this tree down. We had to wait 4 weeks for them to get to us, so book soon! Harris and Sons were recommended by our neighbor. The scheduler called us soon after we agreed to proceed. The team came about 1 hour later then the window time, but that was okay. The work was excellent. We had hoped the price would be less, but are pleased with the results. We did not shop around.

Beware!

Unprofessional lazy work! They created more mess than they were hired to clean up. I hired them to clean up my yards and cut down a dead tree. Instead of bringing trash cans to move the dead tree to their trucks, they dragged the tree across my yard leaving branches and twigs all over. Only handpicking these heavy twigs is the option for clean up.

Company is clearly corrupt. They too continued to charge me and when I got my bank involved, they never responded to my bank and I had to wait 3 months for the investigation process to get my money back.

Beware!

We contacted American Tree and Landscape via Facebook and they responded right away. We then sent photos of the palm trees we needed trimmed (which are all very tall & require climbing) and were given a very reasonable price quote that same day. We next asked how soon they could do the job and were told that while they already had 2 jobs for the following day, they would be willing to fit us in after the other jobs were complete. They showed up early afternoon, got right to work, continually checked in with us as they were trimming the palm trees to make sure they were looking how we wanted them and the guys were just overall pleasant and wonderful to work with! We will be calling them again the next time we need any yard work done and/or trees trimmed!

The estimator was very knowledgeable and honest. The price was fair and covered all work requested. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent. It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants. I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing. Having taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. These guys are fantastic and they’re trimming expertise is an art form. Also, they have a special route fertilizer formula that all my fruit trees love. They also trim my palms. Everything is fantastic.

They do fast, beautiful work. The yard is the best it has been in years.

Lawn Care Solutions is a great company. Very reliable, great quality work and super friendly staff. I will continue to use them for my landscaping services on my properties.

Price to play is a minimum of $5,000. Called for some general landscaping services, and I was added to the salesperson's schedule for them to meet and review my yard. Salesperson called a few days prior to gauge my project scope, and then steered me to a more generalized landscaper. While I'm sure I'll end up spending that or more on my yard, I'd prefer to deal with a single company that can spare the time to work on the smaller projects and can scale up to larger projects. It would also be nice if their website made it clear that they really desired only high-dollar high-roller projects.

Excellent value and customer service!

I called because I had a pine tree that was not doing well. Debbie, the arborist came out to my property and diagnosed, mites. The technician came within a week and sprayed. My beautiful pine is on its way back. Yeah for Bartlett, they are my heros!

Extremely lacking in professionalism, listening to community needs and concerns, and follow-through. Would not hire.
