We called and asked to have a glass made for a table. We gave the dimensions and they said they could do it. We brought the pattern and it took him a week and a half to tell us that they couldn't do it. Now we're behind. If you want a perfectly square piece of glass cut you can go there. I wouldn't waste my time on anything that takes any challenge

We moved into a new home and with the monsoon season hitting us this summer there was a leak in our roof. From the first conversation with this company I knew they were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They came out that same day and took care of us at an affordable rate and they guarantee their work. Other roofing companies were going to have us wait a week out and with the storms rolling in that was unacceptable. Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
