They are the best!!!! Please ignore the poor reviews in the same day that a terrible worker was fired and now threatening the company.

Everything went smoothly because of the people involved. Any questions were handled right away by the manager, Shane. Even on weekends he could be counted on to respond quickly to any issue. Robert K and Johnathin P were my installers. They arrived exactly when they said that they would, left my home clean upon completion and the shower and bathtubs look fantastic! I would definitely recommend them to everyone

They set an appointment with me, only to cancel it a couple days later, the day before the set appointment because they could not find the glass back window for my truck (or their supplier could not find it). Although, I was able to find it with a quick eBay search. I was lead to believe they had the glass on hand already.

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

Beautiful windows

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
