From beginning to end, every aspect of getting our porch roof repaired was excellent. The office staff was pleasant when taking my calls. The estimator was prompt, clear and thorough and offered options which was greatly appreciated, and, there was no pressure to choose one option over the other.
The on-site supervisor was prompt and professional and pleasant to communicate with. The 3 roofers were also prompt, thorough and took appropriate precautions to keep the area free of debris, and completely cleaned up the surrounding area at the project completion. Finally, payment was simple and contained no surprises outside the original estimate and scope of work!

I had TSM Roofing LLC replace the fascia and roof on my patio. They beat all other quotes I got and had it done in one day. Workmanship is top notch. I will be using them again to replace the entire roof when the time comes.

Jari was a gentleman and very helpful in assessing our needs for a vent pipe leak. Went on roof, noticed no leak, took the extra step and looked in our crawl attic space to see if the pipe was leaking from the roof. No leaks which saved us $$ on an unnecessary roof repair! We hired Brown Roofing to replace the roof and repair the fascia on our house. From start to finish, Debbie, Jesse, Craig, Dave and crew were great. Debbie, who was my initial contact, was so nice and helped me with my H.O.A forms . Jesse who did the estimate, which was very reasonable, was great. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained in detail how they would fix the roof and fascia.  Dave and crew, did a wonderful job on the roof. They painted all the trim so there would be no rake lines and colored the cement  to match the tile which makes a huge difference. And last but not least, Craig, the owner, would come by regularly to see how the project was going and to see if I had any questions that needed to be addressed. He even hauled away a dresser from the garage, so I wouldn't have  to curbside it. I highly recommend  Brown Roofing, they  make you feel like your their number one customer!

I had the underlayment of my room replaced (the regular 20 year maintenance). From quote to installment KyKo Roofing was professional to deal with. The guys accidentally broke a window (something slid off the roof and hit it); the project manager let me know right away and checked in with me periodically as I got it and the screen replaced. They promptly reimbursed me, even hand delivering me a check. They were punctual, tidy and worked with me and my solar company. The final product look nice and updated. I am happy with how everything turned out.

Inspector was very knowledgeable. Repairs were performed by folks with over 13 years' experience. All work was guaranteed for 2 years. Would recommend.

Called for roof deck quote early August 2021 someone came out to measure and was told quote would be in 2 days max well I am still waiting to get quote in september.

If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They had done everything in very less time. No hidden charges. I really impressed from them.

It rained last night. First time in a while I haven't worried about our shingles. I won't be worrying about shingles flipping over or flying off the roof again. Our new steel roof looks amazing, a completely different house. We went with the stone white, noticed a 3-5degree inside lower temperature immediately. We run evap most of the summer, so any change is noticeable.

The crew that did our install was great. They worked well together, addressed our concerns, were respectful of the property and overall were on top of the issues that came up. It took about a week from tear off to wrapping the facia. I feel for these guys being out there even in September in Arizona, I couldn't do it. Can't say enough good things about them.

We have another property that will be getting a Vertex roof in the future. I am very happy with our choice to go with Vertex and this roof product.

5 Stars for Geo Roofing in Phoenix! I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and provided me with a comprehensive report of the damage, along with a detailed estimate of the repairs needed. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or products, and were transparent about the costs and timeline for the project.

Had an appointment for Reyes to come out and give me a quote on roof replacement. Made sure I was home an hour early, and shuffled my schedule around so I could even be there a half hour later than the appointment. Reyes was a no-call, no-show. I understand running late, but why would anybody do business with a company that isn't even reliable enough to call when they are going to be late?

UPDATE: In response to the company's belated response: I simply reported on my experience. Your company was trying to get my business, so you should have been doing everything you could to make sure we were impressed with your reliability and trustworthiness. As for your allegation that the owner came out the next day to apologize, this is simply not true. The only time a Reyes employee came to our door was the day after the missed appointment, and that employee - whether he was the owner or not - acted surprised when I said that they had missed the appointment the day before, and he said that he was there on the correct day. You are just trying to make your business sound more responsible than it has proven to be.

Capstone roofing was very professional and repaired our roof expertly. They were on time and reasonably priced. The repairs were done correctly and their price was fair. We have had no problems with the roof since the repairs were done. We recommend them highly..
