We had a tankless water heater flush done in addition to inspection of all fittings, faucets, toilets etc to ensure all were working fine. A water pressure test and hardness test were also done. The technician was Cisco, he was friendly, on time and provided input on things we may want to watch for. Thanks!

I had to edit my review. The one good thing I can say is they got the work done quickly. They replaced a 200 amp main breaker. They charged $2500 to do the work. I asked for an itemized invoice, they never responded. The most expensive 200 amp main breaker I could find on the net was $500. so I guess I paid a little under $2000. for labor for a few hours work. The person that came to my house was very unprofessional, because I had to move some money from one account to another, and it took me ten minutes or so. Meanwhile he tells the person living in the house, my tenant that if I can't pay, he's going to have to take the part out. I waited for him to call back for 5 minutes like I told him to. When he didn't, I called the office and paid them. He called back a few minutes later, when I said I had paid the office. He acted like he didn't believe me and said if I hadn't he was going to have to take the part out. The main slogan in one of there and campaigns is they don't hire any Melvin's. This person was very much a Melvin to me. Don't hire them, you'll get Melvinized.

This rating is ONLY for Andrew our installer. He took good care of our Water Heater Repairs including the night our heater broke! Andrew arrived and looped the water hoses so that we would have water flow in the house and helped get the Water Heater to fully drain. His workmanship is spot on and extremely polite. I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

We hired Chad three times and were happy every time. The first job was a small installation that my husband didn't feel like doing. Chad's price including installation was much lower than we expected it to be. (I hope he made money). So latter when we had trouble with our water filtration system we called him again. We thought that we needed a new system and were ready to buy one. But Chad found a small problem in it and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didn't. Then we hired him again to do another recent job. He worked fast efficient and clean. We couldn't be happier with his services.
