We had a complete maintenance service done on all 3 of our AC/Heat exchange units. “Chuck” was the technician who came out here today. He called & arrived on time as scheduled. He was very nice and professional explaining everything as he checked out each unit and followed up with videos and photos before and after him servicing each one. We are very much satisfied with Patrick Riley especially with “Chuck” and we will request him every time. We highly recommend this company and Chuck for any of your AC/Heating issues you may have.

Ernest came to my home on time and introduced himself and was super personable. I have a lot of animals and Ernest noticed that I had 4 years of hair that had built up inside the closet where the system is. He went and got his wet/dry vacuum out of his truck and came back and vacuumed all of it out. I know that he didn’t have to do that and he went above and beyond. I’ve had Patrick Riley out to my home for plumbing and a/c maintenance and repairs and have always been impressed that all of their employees seem genuinely happy. I always like to see companies that fully value their hard working employees. I will continue to call Patrick Riley first every time. Thanks Ernest. Victor did a great job fixing the issues with my AC. I was scheduled quickly, he called ahead, arrived on-time, and kept me in the loop via video text. It was great to have a video to see the issue while it was being explained. I was happy to find out it was covered under warranty from a prior vent cleaning we had done. My service was scheduled for one o’clock and I was notified the workers were on the way about 15 minutes before one. They arrived promptly and began working. They took care to cover furniture and walls with plastic to keep them clean. They were professional, friendly, and worked hard. They took before and after pictures to show me what had been cleaned. They did a great job.

I has a gas cap that had rusted over and was unable to be traditionally removed. Jon with Pat Riley & Isley came out right on time and spent a little over 2 hours working on it with all the necessary parts along with installing the kit I had for my grill. Absolutely fantastic work and great attitude the whole time.

The gentlemen that came out to replace our water heater, water softener, and install our RO system, Johnathon and Caine, were so kind, patient, professional, and thorough in their work. They took the time to explain the new systems to us, and to get everything removed and installed so everything was up and running smoothly again!

The care and attention they took to protect our floors and cleaning up after a day of installing our new, beautiful AC units was amazing! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, capable and seemed happy to be called out during a Sunday which I think is extraordinary! Chuck, the Technician, was on time and very professional. He was also more thorough than any HVAC technician I have ever experienced. Most importantly, he was very honest. Unfortunately the Company, Patrick Riley, is very expensive and the small part he replaced in the A/C unit was VERY expensive. Far over the online averages for the same work but again I give Chuck credit for making the effort to get the price down a little.
Overall good experience solely because they have a good employee.

I have used Patrick Riley since 2016. Everyone has been great and professional. They replaced our HVAC unit in our old house and keep it in great condition for over 8 years. In our new house they are doing similar and I am sure they will continue to do great services.

We had a leak on our main water line from a construction crew that messed it up. This company came out and scheduled everything very quickly and professionally. Helped take pictures and offered to write up everything for possible reimbursement from the company at fault. I was very impressed by their kindness and professionalism and the quality of their work. The day after installation of my new AC/furnace system Patrick Riley purchased the company I had contracted with, Isley’s. I was quite nervous and upset about the change because I had chosen Isley’s as my contractor after researching others and the favorable experiences I had with them in the past. There were a few items pending after installation. Patrick Riley’s timely completion of these items was exceptional. Kyle, their quality control technician was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable with problem resolution, patient and informative with all of my questions. Thanks to Jon a leak in our pipe was fixed. Jon was a very a very nice man and a very hard worker he did a very good job helping us with our plumbing promblem. I would use this company again and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. If we should run into any plumbing promblems we will definitely call patrick Riley again.

The technicians were really cool guys...The problem? This company was trying to charge me $387 for a job that takes probably 10 minutes and a part that cost less than $5..We are in really bad times right now with the inflation and prices going up on everything..People need help..Im not sure were your getting your prices at on basic work but unfortunatly you didnt win me as a customer..My hot water heater is still leaking...You get two stars just because your technicians were really nice.

We contacted Patrick Riley plumbing to get an estimate for the services listed above in addition to a sink installation. The technician Miko came out promptly and worked with us to get a fair price. The job was scheduled the next day and Miko did a great job with the installations. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional and respectful of our home. Since our experience with Miko was a positive one we will use this company again.

I was devastated to have the water heater go down on the 23rd of December. Johnathan came over, reviewed the problem and returned on Dec. 24th to replace the water heater. 3 new H&A/C units. Not cheap but the firm's representative explained my options and various price points, arranged financing. Installation starts tomorrow. Curtis was both professional and friendly. Very helpful.

This company is garbage. They change your appointments without calling you, so you spend your day at home for nothing. I am supposed to be a “VIP” customer and pay for a service, but they don’t call you to tell you they have rescheduled you…which is now the 4th time they have done it. I highly suggest not using this company.

Called for hot water heater inspection. They came same day, told me what was wrong, and gave me free estimates for repair & replacement. The servicemen were courteous and on time. No high pressure sales tactics.

Our AC stopped working and we called George Brazil who sent out Curtis from their sister company Patrick Riley. Curtis was very professional. Very detailed in his diagnostics. His detailed explanations and personable nature was greatly appreciated. He gave us all the details needed to be able to make a decision for a new unit installation.

Had a leaky solar/electric hot water heater. Contacted Patrick Riley and Bo was dispatched. He showed up on time and called prior to arriving. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and started to work on the replacement immediately. He replaced the hot water tank, circulation motor and a number of valves. His work was very detailed and meticulous. The next day when he returned to finish the job I expressed concern that something did not appear to be working correctly. Rather than dismiss my concerns, he tested out the system and found and corrected the issue. The system has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend Bo and Patrick Riley.

I had the pleasure of meeting Gene D today and I can’t say enough good things about the service received today! Initially came out for a quote on a recirculating pump on my hot water heater and he went through the complimentary whole house inspection as well. While not a 1st time homeowner I’m admittedly ignorant with all things plumbing and he took his time doing a full inspection of my water heater, all the sinks and bathrooms, garbage disposal, water pressure, water softener, etc. He answered all of my questions and took his time and gave me a thorough list of things to keep an eye on and stressed the importance of regular maintenance. Gene D is an asset to Patrick Riley and will definitely be calling him for any of my plumbing needs.

Had my ac for upstairs completely replaced with a new system. They didn’t hesitate to come out to my house same day I called. I ended up buying a new ac for upstairs and it was installed 2 days later. Works great and got a 10 year warranty with yearly servicing. Everyone I met from this company was a top level professional would recommend.

This was the 2nd time we used Patrick Riley. The 1st time they sent out Gene to work on our outside water system and install a new kitchen sink. Gene was very professional, personable and a joy to interact with. So much so that a few month later when we needed a new water heater we called and specifically ask for Gene to come do the work, which he did and did not let us down. He was just as friendly and professional as before and stayed until 7pm to make sure the job was done for us. We would highly recommend Patrick Riley and specifically Gene.

My experience started off bad, I received a call from Patrick Rielly soliciting a $25 water heater flush I agreed so then he offered a free AC inspection different Day I agreed, waited four hours and the water heater tech said can't work on this it's over 10 years, I waited fours for you to say can't work on it why didn't the caller ask those questions, So when the AC inspector Tabor arrived I vented on him he was Very professional agreed I should have been asked but explained the callers are just callers. He went above and beyond on my AC inspection explained all the up and down, and I ordered the Duct Cleaning he and the cleaners were exceptional. THEY would have gotten a 5 if it were not for the water heater issue

The workmen were nice enough, BUT all they ever Did was tell me how old the units were & tell me exorbitant prices to replace. NO THANKS

Getting a new ac unit is stressful and not always what you want to hear but I felt comforted and calm knowing I was being taken care of. Would not recommend them enough.

This was a great visit. I was called and notified that Tabor was on his way, and he showed up with a smile and willing to help. He not only checked the unit to make sure it was running correctly, but he explained a service plan should I be interested. He was super fun and pleasurable to talk to. He had a good sense of humor and personality, and we shared some very interesting information and stories to boot. We both learned something from each other. Patrick Riley sent their Tech Ernest out to trouble shoot my A/C units.
While he was looking into the matter he discovered one of my A/C units had worn a hole into the copper line leading to the compressor, he then found that all the freon and oil had escaped.
Ernest was very knowledgeable, I could tell he was in his realm and very familiar with what he was doing, He explained what he had to do, before, during and after in a professional manor.
The job took several hours to repair, and I was impressed with his ability to work in the heat to complete the job in fast and friendly manner. Thank You for having a great tech like Ernest

Patrick Riley’s technician, Michael, did a great job at explaining the problem with our water heater. He was very knowledgeable about the new product but didn’t rush us to make a decision. The installation went smoothly and we had hot water 20 minutes after he left. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. We are never happy about breakdowns but it’s good to know you got the right company and the right guy!

I wanted to share my experience with everyone regarding my annual plumbing inspection from Patrick Riley Cooling Heating and Plumbing. The day before service date I received a call confirming the appointment and the time. I was told that I would receive a call when the service technician was on the way to my home. Gene, the service technician assigned to my appointment called and alerted me that he would be arriving at 8:00 AM which was the time I had requested. He was very professional yet very friendly and started my day off on a great note.
He arrived on time and ready to get to work. He was Covid prepared wearing a mask which I appreciated. He and his partner (I didn’t get his name but a really great guy as well) completed the inspection and proceeded to explain what they recommended to make sure everything was 100%. I went ahead with the suggestion. They completed the work in a very timely manner.
I’m was such a pleasure meeting them. Gene was just wonderful and a great asset to the company. The other gentleman was newer to the team but really seemed to be doing a great job as well.
I would highly recommend this company and the technician (s) I had. It was a pleasure. I hope they are appreciated by their employer as great people are hard to find.

Save your sanity and go with Christian Brothers. I have used Patrick Riley for 10 yrs. They were great at first. These last 5 yrs have been such a terrible experience that we are not using them, even though we have 5 yrs left on our prepaid maintenance plan. They sold us and installed a Rudd hybrid water heater. It gave us problems for 3 years. Call after call after call. Their solution: buy another one that works better. We don't carry that manufacturer anymore. After showing them a piece that was ordered after the first breakdown. They charged me $400 to fix it. I had the piece for 3 yrs before the tech finally listened to me and fixed the problem. Same deal with the water softener we also purchased and had them installed. As for the maintenance work on the Hvac. There was a tech that left a mess in our attic and flooded our laundry room, due to his shoddy work. Another tech punctured the compressor in the AC unit.
The schedulers are constantly rescheduling appointments. I also purchased an air scrubber from them. I needed a new bulb, made and appointment, after rescheduling multiple times, the techs showed up without it! It's been 14 days and I haven't received a call back regarding the bulb. I'm done, hate the company and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Christian Brothers is a better choice. They are upfront, honest and don't upsell you.

Taber was amazing today. First off it was a scorching hot day. Taber was in our attic for a good amount of time. He never complained and was in fact quite cheerful. He completed our AC maintenance, explaining everything to me. I will definitely ask for him on our next service call.

When are pipes started to collapse due to age we didn't know what to do. Ron came to the rescue. He not only fixed our problem he explained every step along the way. He was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I have complete trust in his ability to tackle any and all problems. Technician was very professional and took the time to explain the water heater maintenance he was performing. The plumbing inspection of my interior found a couple of problems which he repaired on the spot. Completely satisfied with his work and attitude.

Victor did a great job! He came out right away and found the problem. My ac unit is ancient so I decided to purchas a new one. He took the time to figure out what I needed and set up the install times. And he also gave me a portable ac unit to use until installation. I'm very happy!

We thought we might have a slab leak in our home. Ron came out very early and checked out our situation. He was very informative and explained things to us. Thankfully it was not a slab leak. It is a leak from a crack in the shower tub unit which is scheduled to be replaced next week. We will definitely call Patrick Riley plumbing in the future and request Ron St Denis.

Rental property had a/c go down on Fathers Day and Sunday! Patrick Riley was able to come out. Though I don’t know if they charged premiums for this service, the repair was double the amount others would have charged for the same repair. I will say that the tech that did the repair was very nice over the phone, very prompt and really a good guy to talk to. I was out of town at the time. I followed up with a call the next day for an estimate on a new unit and this also where they dropped the ball. They returned my call and said they tech would get back to me shortly. I never received a call to make an estimate. Consequently I had someone else do the work. I had several estimates on my new unit and each one of them was asked what they would charge for the repair that I had done, each one was about 50% lower. In all fairness, perhaps I was unaware of premiums charged on a Sunday, an late evening appointment (10:00p-0200a) , but the icing on the cake was not receiving a call to get my estimate on a new unit installed.

The technician Jonathan was great he was able to answer my question over the phone. As well as give me some advice on how to install my Water heater. I shouldn't have cancelled but all in all he help me get the job done after I went back for three times for defective one's .... Thanks Jonathan Your the Man of the Day

These guys are great. Highly recommended. I’ve dealt with some horrible HVAC companies over the years, to the point where I have to threaten people to get anything done right. These guys did a great job the first time, and repaired tons of mistakes made by previous company I used. They even show up when the say they are going to show up. If for some reason they can’t, they call and let you know.
I use Patrick Riley for both HVAC and plumbing, and they have always been great.

We woke up to no hot water and a tripped circuit breaker. After a little research I called Patrick Riley. The technician Gene was at my house in the afternoon. Gene and Phil diagnosed the issue and unfortunately we needed to replace our heater. Gene explained all of the options both Pros and Cons and let me decide what was best for our home. All of that was on Friday. Gene knew it was going to be a long weekend of showers at the gym so he brought another terrific technician Chris with him on Saturday, their day off. I can't say enough about their professionalism and the quality of work. These guys worked for 4.5 hours, completed the job and did a great clean up. Thank you all for your incredible customer service and getting us a high quality product.

I called on a holiday at 10am to have my ac checked because it kept going out. The gal on the phone was very nice and helpful and she said they could get someone out that day between 12-4. The technician, Ben, called me around 11 and said he could be here in 20 minutes. So having him be able to arrive early was incredibly helpful! He was able to solve the issue and get it fixed so my ac was up and running again. Because the condensation line kept clogging, later that afternoon I did have to do a minor fix again, but Ben had told me what to look for and how to unclog that pipe if it stopped dripping. He had done all of the hard work in the attic though. Ben also did a mini check on the rest of my unit to make sure that was the only issue. I really appreciate the quick response especially in summer and he was able to answer all of my questions.

Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His attention to detail and ability to explain what was happening and make me feel comfortable that I was getting quality service was amazing. We have had many different people from Patrick Riley who did wonderful jobs and some who I wish never came in my house. Every company has bad and good workers. Patrick Riley has a company that even though their workers mess up they fix the damage.

The last year things have changed and everyone that has come out has been wonderful and overly helped me out to fix whatever problems my older house were trying to cause.

The company rescheduled & no showed on us. We were very unhappy & they sent us Evan. He was fantastic!! Thorough & very professional. Very Happy now

They were quick to get me scheduled. They even called and asked if they could come earlier than expected, which is what I had hoped for. They changed out my toilets and noticed an immediate problem with a leak outside my home. They were able to assist in getting that fixed without requiring a separate appointment. Will definitely be using them again in the near future for other plumbing needs.

I called these guys because my ac started making noise and wasnt cooling as good as it used to. The guy went up there and came down with a picture of my compressor telling me it's on its last leg and if we keep the ac to 80 it should hold out. He highly reccommended we get a new one. He looked at us suffering and hot and saw money. A handy friend went up there and saw the blower motor barely hanging on, he fixed it for less than 4 dollars and in under and hour. Do not trust these guys, they are only trying to take advantage of the heat and tried to sell me 10,000$ unit that was only a less than 4 dollar fix. They tried scaring us saying the unit was doomed, we had to keep it at 80 in Arizona summer, we NEED to get a new one. Highly unprofessional. Do not trust them, get a second opinion.

I've used this company for many years and I honestly say it didn't start out too well but we kept using them and their service quality improved and we have been very satisfied with them, especially Ron who has recently installed our brand new water less tank and helped redo pretty much all of our plumbing issues...We also use them for our AC units and have been very pleased with their service too...Greg in the office has helped turn this company around and I would refer them your any plumbing/heating needs...

Entire house drain system completely backed up and overflowed. We tried to have it fixed several times but it kept overflowing after several months of usage. This time several different plumber said the the drain pipes are too old and cracking and need to be replaced. Quote somewhere between >$3k for tiny section to more than $24k for the entire house. When Ron of Patrick Riley diagnosed the overflowed drain issue with his advanced camera/gps system, Ron determined that the root cause was actually outside external to the house and not inside where all the other plumber misdiagnosed the problem. Apparently the large tree that's been cut but the tree roots kept growing and it led to damaging the drain pipes and caused all the overflowing problems from all these times. We were so happy that Ron of Patrick Riley not only professionally repair our very old drain system but also bringing the system to code as he & his crew installed the clean-out. In the future we would confidently call Ron of Patrick Riley if there are any plumbing questions and/or service(s).

We have had a VIP membership with Patrick Riley for about 5 years now. We're very pleased with their services. Today, Michael came out to address a plumbing issue, and to do the regular maintenance on the hot water heater. He was very thorough and was diligent in how he approached the projects. He took his time to ensure the job was done correctly, cleaned up after he was done, took time to explain what needed to be done and why, and patiently answered all my questions.

They did a good job and were able to come out same day on a Saturday. Gene was professional and took all precautions to sweat join pipes in the wall. I don’t know if it’s because of the weekend but the price was very high. But we didn’t want to be without water all weekend long.

I WAS a VIP Plan member for service to a Condo(rental) that we own in Phoenix. Service check was scheduled for March 11, 8-11AM. Well..they called and changed it to afternoon, 2-4PM. Then called and cancelled, rescheduled for Friday March 18, 8 - noon. Then cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday March 22, morning. FINALLY did arrive and do the service. I have a renter in this Condo who does work from home and has many tele/video conferences, so this was a total injustice to her, for they had to change times that would correspond with her availability, then so many changes, was NOT good customer service. I will NOT purchase another VIP Plan and shall utrilize another service company.

He got to us at 12pm and gave us the down low, we would need a new one due to corrosion in several areas. Thank God financing was available, this guy even cancelled his plans to get it done tonight, and that he did! Hopefully you will get him, and experience his good nature and skills, he was so quiet and made sure everything was working properly, clean etc. The entire process was so calm it really cut our panic level. I'd like to commend Trey for an outstanding and professional service he provided for our house A/C scheduled maintenance on 7/22/2022. He is professional, kind and evidently very knowledgeable of the a/c system. He even went extra mile by installing my new a/c filters, replacing the old ones which were about 90-days since installed. This extra steps was something that you can not always expect from technicians. He recommended that a/c filters should be replaced at least every 2 months. In this regards, can I request that Trey perform the future scheduled maintenance of our A/C? Lastly, I highly recommend Patrick Riley and Trey in particular for your A/C-system and related needs.

We bought a water heater from them a little over 4 yes ago and have it regularly serviced by them. Then it broke and is a $440 repair. We were told it should last about 8 to 12 yes when we bought it. We will not ever use them again. I recommend going anywhere else

Monday morning, Roy The installation tech arrived with his partner Francisco, my new Heat Pump and new air handler. Roy was awesome! He was friendly, professional and courteous. Patrick Riley replaced out A/C unit almost 3 years ago. I recently had them out to do a check up. Technician Matt D. was here to perform the work. I had an issue not related directly to the A/C unit but in the duct work. He took care of the issue in a very efficient manner. He made a recommendation to me for the best solution at the best pricing available to me. I found him very polite to deal with and he also had a neat clean appearance. I would highly recommend him and Patrick Riley for your A/C needs.

Gene and Phillip of the Plumbing Department were 2 pleasant hard working young gentlemen. They introduced themselves - Gene is the trainer and Phillip the trainee. They worked well together and kept me well informed as to what was being done and why it was done. Both men have very positive attitude and work at their best. We were able to have some small chats which kept smiles on our faces. I highly recommend both Gene and Phillip.

We have had great service from this company until today. We had been contacted last week and set up our 6 month service check for this morning between 8 and 12. At 8 o'clock today
I received a call saying that we would not be receiving our service today and it could be within the next MONTH! First of all, a call later last week telling us that they would be unable to keep this appointment today would have been nice, so we didn't rearrange our schedule in order to be available during this time, for nothing! Secondly, why do we go from having an appointment to having to wait a month? Definitely a very disappointing experience with what had been a great company!

Had to get a new AC unit. I was very satisfied with the process. The sales rep was extremely professional and we were able to work out a great unit and set up for my home. My installer was extremely knowledgeable and his team was very polite. They did a great job cleaning up and wore shoe covers. They had carpet laid out over all the places they were walking too. I was very happy with their work. As part of the install they addressed some preexisting air flow issues in the bedrooms and now all the bedrooms get nice cold air. I cannot believe what a difference it made. In your face summer. The company also did all the paperwork for my SRP rebate and product registration and warranty.

This was an analysis of the AC/Heating systems in my condo. Very professional and informative work. Xavier spent the time needed to analyze and communicate 3 quote options for the system replacement. Very pleased with his work.

We had Mike Barnes come out to fix a clogged toilet and install our new toilet. It turned into a very, very long process and ended being a piece of pipe stuck from construction. Mike and his manager worked for hours to figure out why a new home would have such a bad clog and they solved our problem. Very professional and friendly. Today I had a semi-annual maintenance appointment with Garrett. I don't often write reviews, but Garrett was one of the friendliest techs I have ever come across. Very polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taking care of properly today. I greatly appreciate the kind service and educating me on several different topics. Quality customer service is definitely top of mind when Garrett comes to visit.

I had the smoothest experience start to finish. Matthew was absolutely tremendous. Great to talk to, super knowledgeable and he offered wonderful advice. His genuine care for his work shows; an appreciation for the details, and all around helpful guy. I definitely will use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend Matthew for the job. The plumber Michael just left my house for routine inspection, and after his fantastic work I realized I never left a review for some of the work this company has done. They saved my butt last summer when my AC broke and warranty company could not come out for a month, these guys came the same day and it was fixed in several hours. All the techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. I will definitely be using them for my next project.

I had experience with Patrick Riley where I felt the truly made the effort to make me happy. I was not initially happy, but they reached out to me to insure my satisfaction. Today I had a technician by the name of Chris come over and inspect my air conditioner for me. He was knowledgeable friendly and very professional the whole time he was here. Great Service!! They did lots of work at my home this week and it was top-notch. First I had a clogged kitchen sink and Ty Lindsay was the plumber who cleared the drain. I purchased their VIP Maintenance Policy and purchased an RO system that was installed that day by Peter in a timely manner. Next day under Maintenance Policy purchased, Ty returned to do plumbing inspection and gave me a few suggestions of work to be done. No pressure to do immediately. Yesterday, Trevor McCloskey came out with to do heating inspection and found combustion blower was grinding and rattling. He showed me video on phone of the problem both before and after repair. He checked and it was still under warranty with Rheem so he replaced. All three of these gentlemen were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick Riley Cooling/Heating/Plumbing is my new go to company.

Very direct no hassle pricing and super fast installation. I got a split system with a two stage motor less expensive and more quickly than I was quoted for a single stage system. Matt called prior to his visit. Upon arrival his uniform and personal appearance was impeccable. After entering my home he explained his process and answered all my questions. He placed a new filter in my return and went the extra mile and cleaned the metal grate. He also showed me the duct dirt by using a paper towel, then explained the process of getting them cleaned as well as an approximate cost. I found him to be very thorough outside and in my attic. He advised he lived in my same vicinity and said I could request him for future potential issues. If I need future repairs or replacement, I most certainly would call upon Matt.

Matt was great! Came over within 6 hrs of the call, when Night & Day told me they could schedule me for tomorrow, after 12:00. Meaning, my home would be 90° & higher, for a day & a half! Matt showed me my options, I decided on what was most beneficial for my home & my wallet. He had my A/C up & pumping within 45 minutes. He gave great attitude & great service. Will have them out for a check in 4months. As of today, Patrick Riley C&H will be my 1st & only call for my A/C needs...

I do not have the words to express my self with this company and there tech Freddy......I 1st called company for a second opinion on work that had to be done on my ac, Freddy came out and so helpful and professional thanks to him i was aware of the mess the other company had done, as he was leaving he told me to call him if the other company did not come out he would come out and fix it, that day i received a follow up call regarding the mess. Just when i thought everything was fixed by other company my roof fell down!!! I called Patrick Riley to speak to Freddy and have him come out since he was the only one at this point i trusted and sure enough he called me with in an hr and came out to my home same day. Not only did he do what he gets paid for (fix my ac unit) but also went out of his way and called in the restoration company to explain to them what happened in our home and get us schedule! Now that is what i call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Patrick Riley is an amazing company and tech was extremely helpful and understanding to our horrible situation!

I want to give Matt Digiacomo a high five for the work he did for me today on a routine service check of my A/C equipment. Matt is a very professional clean cut gentleman, which is not normally seen in the service end of a business. He was prompt and very polite. He did an excellent job of cleaning the coils on the A/C unit and called me outside to see the difference between clean efficient coils and dirty ones on the unit that had not been cleaned yet. He brought to my attention dust buildup on the fan motors that showed dust getting in to the system someway, and made suggestions for filter types. I was totally impressed by his knowledge and communication skills.

Brandon & Michael were impressive. Not only did they expediently & courteously take care of the hot water tank & plumbing needs, they presented sufficient & readily-understandable information, and as a result, we are now the owners of the Watchman Water Filtration system. Matt D came to do our annual heater check and cleaning. He was very thorough with the check and cleaning, he even took before and after pictures. Which is comforting. He also confirmed that a job we payed for (before owner changed) was a shoddy job. We had payed to have a 2nd return put in, and have the ducts sealed and cleaned. None of which was done properly. We have put a total of $20,000 into this house in the 2 1/2 years we've lived here, to make this home as energy efficient as possible. We rely on the work to be done properly. I knew something was never right about the work that was done. Thankfully Matt took the time to inspect my concerns and was able to validate my suspicions. He could have shrugged it off, but didn't. He was honest! Greatfully they are willing to correct the problems and make it right! And to think, I almost declined them coming to do the check, due to other past issues. Thank you Matt!! He was confident in his craft and made the project his. I felt like he was working on his own home. Visiting my son for the holidays is an annual getaway here in Phoenix. There is always a project or upgrade during my visit. This trip, the garbage disposal died. Matt did a good job...as far as I know. Friendly, courteous, worked in timely manner. Appreciate he noticed rattle in one of the vents and easily corrected it. Also put up my next filter as I've been unable due to a back injury injury.
Dispatch could do better letting customer know ETA. It was 80 min from notification call to arrival as tech started out on the other side of the valley during rush hour. Same problem with other service companies though.

Had our second maintenance call with Freddy. He remembered us and our equipment so I didn't have to explain everything again even after 6 months. He's very polite, friendly, explains everything well, makes sure we understand and all our questions are answered. Other than being rescheduled 3 times by the office (not Freddy's fault) it was a great experience.

Which I did for today between 8-11. Received a call at 9:29 and was informed that a plumber would be at my residence within a hour. Matthew showed up at 11:14. He had to come all the way from Cave Creek, which took 1 1/2 hours. Not Matthew's fault. I point the entire blame on scheduling.

Freddy P. from the Patrick Riley AC company has been servicing my units and has always been knowledgeable and professional when entering my home. He has found problems with my units and has worked to correct the issues with favorable outcomes. For example: at one appointment he serviced above the usual by finding an ongoing problem, once he completed; my utilities have been reduced by $41. This is a substantial savings considering that an AC tech identified a problem and resolved it in one visit. I was looking for a new more personable and reasonable service for my air conditioning needs. Called Patrick Riley on a Sunday, they sent Matt out on Monday. Scheduling was easy and the scheduler was super sweet and took time to listen to me. On monday they called and communicated they had a technician earlier. I was exstatic at the communication. They sent me a pic of Matt so i would know who he was. I loved this communication. Matt came asked questions, he listened, was professional, explained things, was so respectful and kind as im healing from a major surgery. I signed up for the bi annual inspections which were very reasonable as my financial situation is not great from my unexpected surgery and my husband is a combat disabled Veteran. Matt fixed our problem, serviced our air conditioner and made a new customer. My search is over ?.
They immediately sent follow up review form on Matt and service which was easy and i filled it out immediately. LOVE THE PATRICK RILEY BUSINESS FAMILY SO FAR.

He was running late and got lost so i told him we could wait but he wanted to take care of me although it was late which i appreciated and he appreciated that I had the ladder, light and parts set up for him. Only regret was next day billing I didn't ask if payment was for labor only since i provided the damper. I have pasted the word on the great service.

Freddy P. Did an amazing job! From troubleshooting to explanations of the problems, to personally calling tech support for the NEST system thermostat. He did everything in a quick but very thorough search of the problems and fixed everything that needed to be done with speed, know how, and professionalism. Very friendly and informative! Even gave us advice and knowledge on the swamp cooler! Gave me a price on labor before he did any repair work, and when it was all said and done, that's what was paid!

Update: After about a week and half the same thing is still happening. A short somewhere in the system and the A/C won't turn on, yet they charged me over $400 to fix the short last time. Absolutely unaccepable!

Matt D. Came out to fix my A/C that would not turn on. This happened before and other techs came out and fixed it. But after the other techs were done the problem came back. It turned out to be a short on the condenser wire that Matt D. was able to track down after going through everything and making sure there wasn't a short somewhere else as well. But Matt came out and actually did work to find the actual problem and fixed it. He even showed up at about 9:15am when they told me they couldn't be out until 12-4pm. So way early as well! Patrick Riley has got a great tech with Matt D.

We had Travis F. here this morning for our first check on our new air conditioner and heating system. He was exceptional young man very polite and very helpful, can't say enough good about Patrick Riley and their employees.

I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

Frank was great today. He was very professional - he got the job completed quickly and cleaned up everything. We are very pleased. Once again they lived up to their promises. We will use them again for sure.

When I needed plumbing support I called Patrick Riley based on my neighbors positive experience. Ty came out and assessed the situation and then sent Greg to do the job. Matthew responded to my emergency of a broken pipe behind the water heater and inside the wall. He had to pull the water heater to get to the pipe in the wall. He was fast, fixed it properly and gave me options & suggestions for repairing the water damage to my laundry & kitchen. He then call the right people who responded immediately on a Saturday afternoon. The restoration co. arrived set up equipment to dry out the walls and cabinets, and left an air scrubber to ensure no mold or toxins circulated in my home. Great work Matthew! I hope you are the plumber they send when ever I call.

I had Patrick Riley come after a competitor (forever vent purchased with a Groupon) had told us we had mold in our ducts and a leak in our AC unit and didn't clean the vents as they were paid to. What a welcome difference in service! Patrick Riley came and took pictures of what they saw, reported no leaks or mold and did a phenomenal job cleaning out our ducts - carefully covering furniture and spending hours cleaning. They were professional, courteous, hard-working and above all HONEST. I highly recommend using Patrick Riley as I've worked with a competitor.

Patrick Riley called me for a free tune-up on February 14th after the tune up I decided to replace all the ductwork, it was a good price and I was very happy with it. Taurin/ Nicholas H . My VIP service was done today by Trevor, his tune up and system check was much more than I expected, Trevor explained everything he was doing in detail, the additional recommendations and why these other services are needed. Peter repaired our washer valves and discovered a leak that presented wet dry wall behind the washer area that also was leaking into the guest bedroom and garage. He recommended a restoration company to take care of the situation and he called them. Rocky Mountain Restoration came within an hour and they were outstanding. Thankfully it was caught soon.The company should be proud of this gentleman for his skill and knowledge. If you're in the West Valley, ask for Peter, you can't go wrong!

I used to love this company. Since it merged with whatever company, their service is terrible! I have a maintenance plan that's a joke. They reschedule the maintenance indefinitely. We bought 2 water heaters from them, one hybrid, one regular. The hybrid breaks down at least twice a year and once it's out of warranty the repair costs are ridiculous! Move on, look for someone else. Don't waste your time and money. The more you spend, the worse customer service is.

Freddy called to say he was in a lot of traffic and would be late.
When Freddy arrived he was very respectful and went to work.
He took my A/C filter down and noticed that it was not secure.
He took it out, cleaned it, got new screws and put it back up securely.

He also took a look at my air conditioner unit and told me I needed a
new a/c. He gave me an estimate and also told me about Sychrony
Bank and how I could pay it out. (interest free).

Freddy did an excellent job and went beyond the call of duty. He got
me new screws and made new holes to secure the filter vent. He also
checked the heat. Freddy is an excellent person for your company and
next time I need my contract check, please send him to me. He gets the
job done in a short amount of time and he is very polite.

I called Parick Rikey Plumbing after seeing an ad on Google. They had a special on drain cleaning which I felt might be the situation. I called around 9:30 and was promised a service call would be available around 11.00. The company had someone at my house by 10:30. Mike Clark did a wonderful job unpluggign my kitchen drain. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers in the house. He was very informative while he was working and gave tips so the problem wouldn't be repeated. He tried not to make a big mess while he was working but even then cleaned the area up before he left with the job complete. Will definitely use again. Very professional!

On 3/7/19 I had Patric Riley come to service my Airconditioning unit. The service man Brian told me that my copies need cleaning. He cleaned the coils and said he also did a tuneup. He charged $380.63 for just the cleaning. He also told me I needed a new $1,200 starting unit. The unit seamed fine but working all the time to keep the house at 81 deg. for 9 days. It then stopped cooling.
I called another large and top rated Airconditioning company. They came out and after investigating the problem told me that the coils that had been cleaned were leaking oil and both inner and outer coils needed replaced but the startThey also said that they and any creditable service charges $125 to clean both coils and the starting unit was ok. They also noted that the unit was still under warranty that would pay a prorated cost. Due to no availability of new coils and cost even after prorate I decided to have it replaced.
I feel like I paid $380 for a $125 cleaning and was almost talked into something (starter) that wasn’t needed. Further I wasn’t made aware of the warranty by Patric Riley. That’s why the poor rating and would never recommend them to anyone.

Levi aand Leo did a remarkable job cleaning and repairing air ducts in my 34-year-old manufactured home, which had probably never been inspected. Both men were ideal representatives of Patrick Riley...
professional, personable, knowledgeable...and even spent considerable time insulating points in the furnace where there were leaks. Five stars are not enough to show my appreciation. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician spent an hour and a half on a very hot roof. Was very thorough. Thanks Michael,. And you can't beat the cost 49.95 I was pleasantly surprised. The temp that day was 115 and all AC businesses were very busy that day but they still were able to come out in just 2 hours.

Freddy came in and not only fixed the mistakes of the previous company but took the time on a Saturday night to solve the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly to my kiddos and dogs. I felt very safe with him in my home. I would recommend Freddy to all my friends and loved ones.

This is an updated review almost a year after my service was completed. The company expresses that they may have been able to help me further, had I expressed my concerns sooner. They have since offered a reimbursement of a very small amount compared to the final bill and a 1 year VIP service package, which is something because they didn't really have to at all. This was my first service call to any form of repair company at my first house so I had no idea that things weren't going the way they were supposed to and I still feel I was charged a pretty obscene amount but there was a miscommunication between the tech and I, leading to to the repairs happening before I knew what I was going to be paying. I cannot say if I was charged an industry standard since I have no other personal experience in these matters as of yet. My advice to anyone reading this is to always get a second opinion and call and talk to a supervisor if things don't feel right before getting to the point of no return, like I did with a high dollar repair. For now my review is to remain middle of the road as it seems we have another trial year or so to do business together before upgrading to cautiously optimistic.

Service man can out and told us it costs more money to fix our ac unit because of the pool heating system. Before I contacted this company I had another company come out , Aloha ac and the bill was going to be $825 for a new motor , capacitor and housing unit, no charge to come out and look at unit. Patrick Riley company was going to charge $1500 for the same exact work. highly disappointed and we paid a $49 service call fee just to get a estimate:(

Last year we added a heater lead in the attic to our bathroom. Unfortunately that bathroom and the rest of the house never heated properly since. They are here today putting all new leads in the attic. They have gone above and beyond to make our purchase correct. They gave us a great deal on our York AC unit 2 years ago and now they are standing behind their service. Great company to work with.

Professional, honest and extremely hard working. Replaced a very old cast iron drain pipe from the kitchen, due to a crack. Provided best solution to replacement issues, to sustain a long-term fix. Excellent job and would highly recommend and use again.

charged 500$ for a capacitor---when I could go on roof---(I had just had surgery)- the capacitor was dangling by wires- (not secured)- and was the WRONG SIZE. I asked the guy how a capacitor could cost that much and he went on to tell me they have gone up in price a lot lately---which is ridiculous. The average AC capacitor is under 20$ and takes 20 minutes to change. If you say no- they say the call is 59$ If you tell them to do it- they sell you a maintenance agreement which gives you a percentage off- and will take the discount on this repair so its almost free. They are not going to come and do anything- they want to get access to sell. You can call them if you want- but I will never trust them to come out. If the guy had said we charge 500$---I would have respected that more than his lame brained explanation that capacitors have gone way up in price. FYI- neighbor had same service for 150$. Call around.

Great service. I needed to have my water heater, garbage disposer, and two valves outside replaced. They worked with me on the pricing and financed it for me with no interest if I get it paid off in 18 months. They are honest and don't use high pressure tactics, just give you the facts and let you decide what to do about it.

Freddy came to my home this morning to check the operation of my heat pump. He was friendly, thorough
and efficient. It was confirmed that I do need a new unit so he he filled out all of the necessary paperwork
and provided me with copies and set up a date for the work to begin. I feel confident that his statements

Ryan was awesome!!! He was very thorough in performing my maintenance on my HVAC unit. He was the best by far that I have every had. Very pleasant to work with and informative.

I called them up to replace my old AC unit and they were the first to get someone out. They had some guys out a couple days later to replace our ac unit. They left a HUGE mess everywhere. My crawl space access is in my closet and all of my clothes were covered in insulation after they left. There was insulation and other debris all over my floor, carpet, and all over my front yard. There were little scraps of metal all over my yard as well. They left a canopy on the side of my house. They cut the PVC drain line too short so it was just draining all over my roof. They spilled blue PVC glue all over my brand new roof and now there is a huge stain. There were pieces of PVC piping lying around in my backyard along with an empty bottle of PVC glue. They kept having to leave and come back because they forgot things. They were supposed to install a new intake grate as mine is an odd size and is impossible to find filters for and they didn't do that. As soon as it hit 5pm they bolted out the door. After they left I noticed that we weren't getting much air out of our master bedroom AC duct and I told them when scheduling my quality check. I told them it doesn't seem that the ducts were connected there as it was working fine before. When the guy came to do the quality check he had no idea about my complaints, including the new grate and no air coming out of the master bedroom duct. They don't seem to communicate anything. He fixed some of the things mentioned, but when I asked if he could go in the crawl space to see if everything was hooked up in the master he refused saying that he would get stuck. I specifically mentioned this on the phone multiple times and yet they sent someone who couldn't fit in the crawl space. His explanation as to why there wasn't much air is that it isn't running as long as our old one would have. He said to just turn the air down more, at this point we had it set to 75 when we used to have it at 78 and it was still uncomfortably warm in our bedroom. After insisting that was an unacceptable answer he said he would have someone come out and install a new intake in our bedroom. He seemed to think that was the problem, without even looking in the crawl space, but I assumed he knew what he was talking about as this is his job. He said they would take care of it as they ruined my roof. I then get a call from the office saying that they wanted to schedule a time to give a quote for a new intake. I had to explain to him again that there is no way I'm paying after the horrible job they've done so far. Again no communication between employees. The manager came on and said that they will take care of it and assured me that this will solve the airflow problem. So now I have to take another whole day off to sit at home with no AC while they put in a new intake. When the guys showed up to install the intake they drilled a hole in my ceiling then went up in the crawl space only to come right back down to let me know that the duct wasn't even connected. At this point it's been about 3 weeks and this whole time I've been cooling my crawl space instead of my bedroom. They hooked everything up and left. About a week later my AC stopped cooling the house down again so I called them up to take a look at it and the tech that originally came out. I told him everything that happened and he was livid. He had no idea that these guys screwed me over so bad. He went up in my crawl space and then found that the original guys put everything on backwards and that the intake ductwork had collapsed under the weight of another one that they put on top of it. This was the third time someone from Patrick Riley came to my house after the work had been done and this was the first time it was discovered. Now I have to spend a third whole day at home sitting around with no AC while they are up there redoing all of the work that had been done previously. They promised that a manager would call to apologize, but I haven't heard anything.

These guys are great. They are courteous and always arrive when they say they will. I would refer them to anyone needing A/C service. I really feel like Joel went above and beyond for us today, so shout out to him for fixing our A/C.

Fast and efficient AC repair but the prices are out of control. $500 to replace a $20 capacitor? For a 30 minute job that's $960/ hr!

This was the best group of contractors I have ever dealt with here in Arizona. They were the most polite young men I have met. As I could hear them talking and laughing outside while waiting on the crane, I never heard one cuss word come out of there mouths. The chairs they sat in they put back like they were. I just am so amazed because I am not used to hearing mens laughter as they are working. This showed me they are very happy with there job and don't mind a little hard work even when it's hot out. They really enjoyed making the customer happy. This crew works excellent together.! Do what you have to do to keep them around they definitely are worth it!! Thanks so much!?

Matt got to my house on time, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had me fixed up all in the same day. Give me great advice on how to keep my air conditioning unit running at peak Performance for the future. Definitely will be calling Matt for my next air conditioning needs.

I did not have service done by them and won't. The drive of one of their vans drove through a 25 MPH school zone doing 40MPH. Then cut me off and almost hit me. With reckless driving like that, what kind of work do they do?

Called Patrick Riley out to have them braze some lines and charge my new system. I was quoted 850.00 and said do it, temps were still under 100 at the time so it seemed to be working but was running longer than my older unit. Once temps started reaching over 100 degrees the unit would not shut off and would not cool my home any lower than 79 . I called George Brazil out this time and they told me my unit was way over charged. They removed over 3 lbs of Freon and it works great, Cost me another 549.00 to correct. I just hope the overcharge didn't cause any damage to my compressor and shorten it's life span. Seriously if you need HVAC work done just call Brazil and get it done right the first time, this was a 550.00 loss for me because of Riley's under trained tech.

Please listen when I tell you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could leave no stars I would and if there is any retaliation from this review I will know where it came from. The tech came out to my house and spent the better part of his time bragging to my husband about how much he makes. Then quoted us 1160 to fix 2 parts in order to then figure out what was wrong. When we informed him that we would have to wait he became insulting saying maybe we should have saved the 50 to have them come out. THEN he proceeded to charge my husbands card 3 times!! We called another company more reputable to come give us an estimate it took them a total of 10mins and charged us 412 to get us up and running. We are still waiting for that 100 to be returned to my husbands card. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Had a major plumbing clog.
They located the block on day one in about 5 hours, and came back the next day, jack hammered out the concrete and repaired the pipe the next day. They also offered to replace my PRV for $410 and rebuild a running toilet for 340.00. Ridiculous prices. I didn't have them do those two jobs, but I did need them to finish the repair and that was $3900.00!!!! For 10 hours work???? When we questioned it the answer was they are a national company with high overhead.. What the owner owns a helicopter and 6 houses??? Really Patrick Riley??? No plumbing company is worth that!! Next time, the local guys get my business!

Not impressed. Initial Sales guy won me (i interviewed 3 services), seemed knowledgeable and honest. After that it was all downhill. Install team was condescending to me and only had negative things to say about the salesman. They acted like they didn't want to be here installing. They spoke bad about their product which seemed like they were trying to up sell but it was too late. They threw their ladder up and bent shingles on the house in a very noticeable area of the of house. Told me I needed to remove everything out of garage so they could do their job. Install took much longer than quoted and was not done correct then they blamed the sales guy (so weird) . When they said they were finished it was not done correct or to the best they could do and a second visit to repair duct work and monitor performance was needed( i had to call for it as it I was not called to see how things were. Third visit because i was informed they hooked up the thermostat wrong and that Sr technician said they there was a wire missing and he will wire it so it works for the summer (which means no heat) and he will make notes to return in fall to correct that. Well its November and call so I called them . Now on 4th (fourth) visit they were supposed to be here at 8AM (i confirmed this the night before too) and its 10:00 and not here. Why post now? Ive given them several chance to turn this around... is this the norm for them?

This has cost me significant time from work and while the unit was not hooked up correctly have my electrical bills were higher than with the 30 yr old system i had previously.

I decided to have my AC checked since I will be needing it soon. Matt D. came today at the scheduled time. Promptness is important. He is very polite, seemed to know what to look for, took photos of the unit on the roof so I could see the situation and suggest how I could proceed. All good.

Was quoted 12k to 14k for a new 4 ton trane unit called around and that same unit is half the price elsewhere told the service technician that the price was too high and he said the price was negotiable lol ? yes he did go over the extras I would be getting but that was only if I bought the york unit for the same price as the trane came with none of that! Buyer beware shop around! Getting 2 brand new units installed for 10k at another place don't see why i would have to pay 24k to 28k to have you guys put them in!

Amazing customer service and easy to get ahold of! What more could you you ask for? They saved us during the middle of summer when our A.C unit went out and no other company was able to provide same day service (because it was late at night). Their membership packages are well worth it.

Service was fast but we feel they were dishonest and unfair in the pricing. Our AC unit was not cooling all the way. They changed 4 parts and spent 45 minutes at our place. We searched online the cost of each exact part they replaced and found them to be about $40 each. They charged us a total of $1408 for parts and labor. This is price-gouging! It is unethical and wrong.

This will sound bad at first, I had an appointment set up for annual A/C check with the typical 4 hour window and it turned out they could not make it because of problems on other calls. They set up to have a tech at my house first thing next morning with no window. Freddy Perez arrived as promised and got to work. While checking my unit he found a small Freon leak, and honestly said they should have caught that with last year's service. Freddy spoke to his boss, they fixed the leak and recharged my unit at absolutely no cost to me. That type of honesty and customer service is very rare these days. Had he just told me he found a leak I would have not known any different. Great job Freddy and Patrick Riley!!!!!!

Wow! Top notch customer service from Rick Rohrbacher. Very honest and detailed explanation of problem and solution. Offered advice for upcoming possible maintenance and absolutely no pressure! Not many trustworthy AC companies, this is the one.

First, my air conditioning went out on a Sat night around 9 pm. I called Patrick Riley and the call was answered immediately! The technician was alert, concerned, took my information and called me when a service technician was on the way. Second, Lex climbed on my roof in the dark, and identified the problem. I was given the best/worst scenarios and shown a video recording of the problem, and an estimated cost. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was not a stock part and not available until Mon. Third, Lex was very concerned about leaving me without air conditioning and made sure I had made arrangements to stay with a friend until the repair. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Patrick Riley and technician Lex

Brandon planned on the job being a few hours but my older house had other plans in store. He had to cut out the disposal, it was rusted into place and had a few other issues he had to deal with but everything was completed and he did a great job!

Freddy Perez (with Patrick Riley) did a good job, very knowledgeable, and very friendly & likeable. The first company to look at our system wanted to replace the interior cooling coils without even looking at them, or alternatively to sell us a new AC unit. Freddy discovered a small leak near the condenser, but the major problem was clogged orifices on the interior cooling coils & this was repaired for approximately half the price of the first quote. Unfortunately the condenser fan motor was nearing failure, so we elected to replace it along with a new capacitor, & Freddy took care of that. The system was working great within a few hours & there was no hard sell! I'll request Freddy with PR again.

Woke up at 2 AM with a broken AC, and in july AZ thats horrible! Called Patrick Riley around 4 AM and they scheduled someone to come out between 7-11, impressivly someone was there right at 7. They sent me a pic of who i was expecting as well. Oliver was very nice and professional and has my house cooling down within 30 minutes!! Me and my animals were Very appreciative!! Will def be using them for the future!!

The service and the care is so awesome I am happy they were the company to install a.c. unit. They call and make sure unit is running ok one day they had to come out and service ac umit. and the repair man knew my mom had health issues and it was during the hottest part of the week so they came out quickly and while replacing fuse and checking everything while there. the repair man kept checking in on my mom to make sure she was ok too. the house was hot inside and she doesn't do good in the heat. they are very professional but the also go out of there way to make sure the people are ok also. I am changing my review. A few months down the road and we now have to bring in another A/C and heating company. Nothing was repaired correctly. I called for repairs for heat. Was suppose to be repaired. Called out again because we were getting no heat. Was quoted a huge (HUGE) amount to repair. However was told A/C would be fine until we could get the heat repaired. Well, turned A/C on last night to cool down the house. And it is not blowing cold. And it was working perfectly fine before. So now I move on to another company and hopefully get everything repaired correctly.

I definitely Do Not Recommend This Place to Anybody. Is a completely Ripoff, They come to check My Ac & Charge me 50 for Diagnosed & $375 For A Dual Capacitor . When a Capacitor only cost $15 Dollar at the HVAC store. This people are very Unexperienced. The guy only replace the capacitor when he knew that the motor wasn't working. Once he put a new capacitor it worked for a few hours & it stop working. I had to get someone else & they said that the capacitor was not the problem only the motor. Stay away from this company they will do nothing for you.

Technician was friendly and efficient. Price quoted was outrageous - $1000+ to replace an AC fan motor - I googled, found out the motor cost less than $200, so I went with someone else who is less than half.

New home. New-ish A/C unit. Faulty motor. Patrick Riley had someone (Lex Garcia) out here within 2 hours. Lex was very thorough and talked us through every step and possible solution. Ended up having to order a new motor but he was back out and had us cooling down within 24 hours.

These guys are rip off way over priced told customer service when I called a few months don't want to be upsold when flushing out my water heater tech kept trying upsell after telling him don't have extra funds right now to buy a new water heater or new pressure valves. Horrible customer service to call someone to make a sale and tell them they are being a jerk.

I scheduled an appointment because my AC was not working and it was urgent . These people entered my phone number wrong and canceled my appointment. What a terrible company and now I have to suffer due to their mistake !

Tech shows up for 5 minutes and tries to up sale me on a replacement unit over $5,000 when my unit was only two years old later got a professional tech to come out and check it out and it was the duct control module that controls where the air flows they got me for $79 and a waste of my time

My old,old air conditioning unit was repaired by Matt and it ran from the end of April through October. I will be using this company again and hope Matt will still be there next April.

3 months ago was told by Isley's a steeper motor for my Heat pump would take an unknown amount of time due to backorders. 3 months had gone by, didn't hear back from Isley's on the backorder. Reached out to Isley's to get status, found out Rileys bought them out. A new tech was sent out, also noticed I needed a stepper motor. They were able to get one next day. While I am not happy with the fact that I was told a motor was on back order 3 months ago from Isley's when after doing some digging was actually available next day via Amazon, I do appreciate Riley's getting my Heat Pump back up next day after sending someone out.

We had a new toilet to be installed the old one was over 33 years and the bracketing had rusted. Miko Markovic of Patrick Riley/Isleys worked through all the difficulties and the new toilet is successfully installed. Thanks Miko!

Christian and Larry removed, cleaned and re-installed all of our registers, cleaned the ducts and the unit on the roof. Beforehand all furniture was covered and a full cleanup was done following the cleaning. Fine job.
