We had a seamless and well-done York HVAC install at our home by two great techs! Both Eli and Rene showed-up on time and protected our floors with tarps so any mess was captured and kept clean. The men also wore protective foot covers so as not to trail in any debris or dust from outside. They had great attitudes and answered all our questions. We have two cats and they kept the front door closed whenever they entered or left our home. Truly a fantastic experience and will call them again when we replace two more HVAC units in the future!

Mark with Goettl came out to my mom's house after a disaster after Christmas holiday. He was professional, courteous and did a really good job explaining things. Mark was punctual and communicated arrival time almost to the minute. And the service was amazing, couldn't be more pleased. A big thank you for him and Goettl team, great job, definitely would use them again!!

Had a problem with my HVAC system and received a text shortly after leaving a message. Jeremy called me and arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. More importantly he was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. He explained the problem in understandable detail. He also spent the time to program the new thermostat I decided to purchase. 5 out of 5 STARS!!!

I have used Comfort One to service an a/c unit at a commercial building. They kept me informed the entire way, when they were on there way, when they arrived and when they were done.
This is the time to do your preseason servicing, none of us want a call on the middle of a June heat wave about an a/c failure. Great service great prices.

We had an issue with our air conditioner in the middle of summer over a year ago and called Howard Air to come out to take a look on a Friday evening. The dispatcher got ahold of the tech and told us that they would be out by 8 pm. They didn't show up by 8 pm so we called to check the status of the technician, the dispatcher told us that they would be out by 9pm. When they didn't arrive at 9 pm, we called back and the dispatcher couldn't get ahold of the technician and told us that they'd have them call us back. When he finally called us, he acted like he couldn't hear us over the phone so we tried to call him back and he answered. We finally got ahold of him and he said that he tried to call us but never got an answer so he moved on to someone else. They never showed up on Friday night.

On Saturday morning, we got a call from a technician saying that he had time to stop by but there would be a weekend charge for coming out. My wife told him that there should be no extra charge since they were supposed to come out on Friday but never showed up. The tech said - do you want me to come out or not? We told him to go ahead and come out even though we'd have to pay the extra weekend charge because our house had been hot for 2 days now. When he finally arrived out of the house, he told us that he wouldn't look at the unit because it was on the roof and he wouldn't walk on the roof tiles.

Terrible experience, way too expensive and bad customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Try Mechanical MD instead.

I had no heat for the weekend. Called Monday Gary Gordon was here less than half hour. He was so patient and knew what the problem was. I would recommend Gary doing a good job anytime. He is professional. He made a good impression for PARKER AND SONS

Marc was amazing. He was the 3 rd company to come out to give me an estimate. He was so patient going over all my options and I asked a million questions and he never even looked like I was driving him crazy. I ended up buying the top of the line AC with a lifetime warranty and he explained all the different options that he felt were important to me. My biggest problem in the past was airflow and he told me exactly what I need to fix the airflow problems. Very fast process, financing took 5 minutes, he made sure that SRP would give me a rebate since there were lots of factors involved and installation is Friday. He is definitely an asset to the company he works for. I would definitely recommend his company.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

Our 2 new Trane systems were installed last week by the best 4 man crew. They respected our home, keep us informed about progress, answered all our questions, enjoyed working together and kept a very clean job site! I would highly recommend Howard Air for your AC needs. Went for an interview with the owner in the past & he blatantly told me during the interview that as a tech I was required to condemn every condenser fan motor on every service call & bring it back to the shop to be repainted and take a newly painted used motor off the shelf (from someone else's unit) and install it for the high price of a new motor.

I walked out and have told everyone who has mentioned them.
