Belsito plumbing is fantastic!! Robby and Jon disconnected our septic and hooked our home up to city sewer. They were prompt, professional and answered any concerns we had throughout the process...not to mention very hard working individuals, even in 110 degree heat!!! We have a lot of landscaping and they planned the best way to install the new sewer, with the least amount of impact to our front yard. Great people to work with.

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back. Turns out without telling me they sent a different company to my house that has low ratings and different pricing without telling me.
