My unit went down yesterday and Danny Van Eckhoutte came out and made sure we were cool through the night. Because it was to late in the day to start the repair which was a four hour job. He came out today 2 hours early and completed the job. Must say he was very professional and his work was beyond my expectations. He even pulled a weed out of the yard while getting ready to leave. Thank you Danny for the extra time you spend and work! Much appreciated!

Just before the Christmas holiday, our 12 year old York started having a burning electrical smell coming through the vents. Thankfully I purchased a VIP service plan 2 years ago for peace of mind. To err on the side of caution it was decided to replace the 12 year old 4 ton York with a new 5 ton York. Not the expense one wants at the end of the year but thankfully it wasn’t summer. Charlie has been my service tech and I’m glad we decided up upgrade. Took about 2 days to get the new unit ordered, delivered and installed. Very satisfied with this experience.

I recently purchased some property in Tonopah Arizona. After experiencing some issues with my plumbing and electrical, I gave George Brazil plumbing and electrical a call, and they were out the next day. They sent Gabriel out, He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and offers up now Suggestions for making them work better and more efficient I recently had some ring cameras installed from my previous property and Gabriel walked me through the process. Had it done in about a day and a half I’m very happy that I called George Brazil, they’re a little pricey but they’re worth it. It’s true you get what you pay for. I’ve tried cutting corners with other contractors before and it’s not worth it. That’s why I’m sticking with George Brazil. Thanks Gabriel you and your staff do a great service. They are friendly, professional, honest, pet friendly.

We had George Brazil install our original unit one year ago, they did a fantastic job! We just had a scheduled maintenance performed by Tyler today. On top of doing the entire requirements he unblocked our drainage pipe and was an overall wonderful guy to have in our home and help us with this critical part of our ability survive the summers here. He explained the entire process incredibly well and answered any and all questions that we had. I would highly recommend Tyler as well as George Brazil for any AC work that needs to be done!

Their customer service was excellent; they notified me of developments and let me know when I needed to take action. The techs were outstanding! Crawling around in the little space underneath the home cannot have been fun for the technicians, but your team did a superb job. They never complained and always maintained a nice demeanor. They did a fantastic job of removing all the trash and fixing the damaged heating ducts. Now that the house's warmth is better distributed throughout, it has much improved. They come highly recommended from me.

I have been a George Brazil customer for many years. Today’s scheduled heating system routine maintenance work was performed by a service technician, Andrew Hepfinger, who has never been to our home before. Although I am usually very satisfied with all the technicians from George Brazil, I feel compelled to acknowledge Andrew’s work today.Given our location in North North Scottsdale, I have become accustomed to service people (from any industry) getting to us late in their promised arrival window. Andrew arriving early/on-time was a pleasant surprise. He was polite and knowledgeable. The narrated videos he sent to my mobile device each step of the way as he inspected, cleaned, repaired,…each of our three systems were informative and educational.My wife (and our puppy) would be happy to have Andrew return to our home for future service calls.

Andrew was great and thorough. Cleaning and checking the components, sealing any leaks, checking the vents, having us replace the air filters. I am impressed with the amount of time and being able to repair the faults that were found. He even sent us videos of everything he was doing and explaining everything and the condition of everything so we can see for ourselves any work needed or performed. I wish the other technicians we had had given us videos of what they were doing. Again he was the most thorough technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of having done work.

My air conditioner went out on a Sunday and I called George Brazil. They had Jeremy come out within an hour. He was very professional, courteous and personable. He showed me the burnt capacitor and he had the part on his truck. The part was still under warranty and I paid for labor and trip charge. I was very happy with the service!!!

After today I would NOT recommend George Brazil to anyone. I've been in the HVAC and construction industry since 1984 and NEVER treated customers with such disregard as I've received today.Yea they are jolly on the spot to replace a unit or sell you something new but warranty and aftercare is severely lacking.. I paid them almost $20k not long ago and even purchased the extra warranty that wasn't cheap. Since then my unit has gone out twice, once in the summer now again when its freezing outside. They have even had to add freon to my system because of a small leak they can't seem to fix, that's still leaking.It became obvious very early this morning that they take on too much work and can't take care of the customers they have. After talking to three different people and the customer resolution person I realized I would get further taking to a wall. Never again will they get a dime from me.Response to the owner:I did call to resolve the issue, it got me nowhere. All I got was there is nothing we can do My wife, child and I will just be cold tonight... don't you worry about it because you've already told me there's nothing you can do.

Very happy with my winter maintenance service and especially the tech they sent out, Ian. Ian’s customer service was fantastic. During the maintenance he was doing on the roof. Don't under any circumstances use this company they will lie to you. I decided to give them another chance. Nothing has change. I used them for the yearly check up.The tech tried to scam me. Another company came out and said the tech was wrong. THEY MUST WORK ON COMMISSION. Once I told him that I would call someone else, he gathered up his stuff tried to make small talk and left. Oh yeah they really push there useless maintenance plan which makes NO SENSE. What they charge for the check up is not worth it. The first time they tried to scam me into buying a 12k unit. There are more trustworthy companies than this one.

First of all, as of December 2022, George Brazil's BBB rating is A- instead of A+ that they claim and apparently had been before.We started having problems with heater during thanksgiving weekend 2022 and called George Brazil for diagnostic and repair. The appointment scheduling was smooth and the tech showed up on time the next day. He checked everything and quoted us almost $900 for the repair. He also tried to persuade us into buying their $250/yr membership and getting a new unit installed with them. We told him to go ahead and do the repairs and get us through the winter. We were planning the replacement but would like to consult more companies before making a final decision, and thus no annual membership was needed at the moment. He came back the next day and did the repair.Well it worked for about 15 minutes after he left, then stopped working again. We called the office a few days later and the lady politely scheduled another visit but declined our request for a different tech by saying okay bye-bye then hung up. The same tech came back and said a different part needed repair this time and would cost another $1200 to fix, and that we could always get a new unit with them and get the membership.Unfortunately at this point, I no longer trust the tech or George Brazil as a company. Whether it's a sales trick, incompetence, or lack of luck, the bottomline is 2 visits abd $900 later, heater is still not functional. Had he quoted us the $2100 repair cost during the first visit, our decision would've been very different.

I bought a new unit from them two years ago after having a unit that had no problems for 18 years they just told me when they came out for maintenance. It was probably time to get a new one I did that I have had nothing but problems since the unit I currently have is two years old. Every time I go to turn it on for heat in the winter. It blows cold every time I do it in the summer. It blows hot now they’re saying the board is fried and I need another one which they’re going to order. I think I got a lemon and I want a new unit. They also always cancel my maintenance appts two or three times saying It is not priority as they have already got my 18,000 for the unit. Very poorly run business with no loyalty to existing customers

The service technician was good, I showed him every electricaloutlet and service box. He replaced several 0utlets and one mainfuse. In less than three hours, he charged $2000 for labor, and $700 for repairs.I called the company and asked for their labor rate, they would not disclose so appears that I got hosed for $500 per hour.They also replaced a carbon monoxide detector which went badin less than six months, I notified them to replace under warranty,no response!Would never recommend this company!

1 star for the administrative services. 5 stars for the technician who came out. Not going to average it out as the experience with the admin staff soured our experience overall.What a regretful move. I moved into a house in August and our A/C basically stopped working in September on a very hot day. We called this company after looking at reviews and had a technician come and see what’s happening. We called, they answered, they came and gave a temporary fix. Great! That’s when our experience went south.We paid full on the spot; part cash, part credit card. Tell me why the technician charged us full on the credit card and also took the cash? We essentially paid an extra $1000 for no reason. Took us a few weeks of back and forth with their company and the bank to get everything sorted out. Turns out, between the two, they returned all of our money back. Okay great. Now we can redo the payment process and pay them the amount that should have been paid in the first place, so we did. Smooth.I asked for a receipt with this updated info….in November. The response: “you’ll get the receipt in your email in a few minutes”. Lovely, thank you! But we got nothing. Called again a few days later asking for the receipt, this time to a different email, thinking..maybe the previous email address is having issues. I gave a gmail, that shouldn’t be a problem. I check all of my folders to make sure nothing gets lost in the virtual mail. Still nothing. Called again and again and again. I’ve even left voicemails at certain points. Same response: “you should receive the receipt in your email in a few minutes”.You’ve been paid in full, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to send a receipt. Is it a terrible system you have or incompetent people you’ve hired? I’m extremely disappointed. Never again. I tried to be patient but it’s been MONTHS since I’ve asked for an updated receipt for services rendered and proof of payment.

Jorge R did such an excellent job installing my AC unit for my garage. It took all day but that's because he took his time, he thought about the look and made sure it looked good cosmetically. He trenched to hid the piping. Everything along the wall was neat and straight. The AC unit was put in an ideal location outside the garage, and the other part of the unit was hung nicely in an inconspicuous location while delivery cool air. The unit works great, way better than I could've imagined. I love the remote features. I was able to paint the piping and other fixtures the next day. I've attached some pics to see how it all turned out. Jorge was friendly and polite and I'm so glad he works for such a great company. I look nowhere else when it comes to my AC needs.

UPDATE: George Brazil worked diligently over the summer to correct the problems. While it took longer than I would have liked--some of the problems resulted from poor initial installation choices by the company and some were from the first attempted fix that didn't work--in the end, the problems were solved. The system has functioned properly all winter. We have yet to experience extreme heat since the final corrections, so it remains to be seen how the system will work in high summer, but I am optimistic.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very frustrated with #GeorgeBrazil a/c service. We bought new a/c units in mid-June at a cost of over $26,000. One of the units was shipped with a defective part. That took a while to correct, and that unit has never functioned properly. The latest issue occurred on Friday, 9/16. It was finally fixed on Thursday, 9/22, so we were without a/c in the bedrooms for the better part of a week. I woke up at 6:30 this morning to hot air blowing on me.The biggest frustration right now? Despite their advertising (award-winning service! 24/7!), I can’t get anyone out here until 1-5 this afternoon. I can’t get anyone there to treat this as urgent. Some poor schnook there just got a piece of my mind, because I’ve been patient for 3 months, and I’m out of patience.

I bought a HVAC unit from GB 6 months ago and was promised priority complimentary VIP warrantee service for the first few years.I made my 6 month appointment well in advance. Regretfully they canceled my appointment and could only reschedule for a week later... then today......they delayed my appointment by 4 hours. So, from a scheduling perspective.... they have not provided the priority service I expected.Tristan, my service technician who came today was by far the best employee I've encountered with George Brazil. He was very professional and respectful and truly made me feel like I was a valued customer. He took time to speak with me to understand my perception on how the unit was working and answered the questions I had.Later, Tristin made sure I fully understood the step by step process he was taking to clean and service my unit and texted me videos reviewing the condition of my unit as he went along. It was clear that he took pride in his work. I honestly can't say enough good things about Tristin, it was a pleasure to work with him.

This was our second air conditioner replacement with George Brazil, and I was once again impressed with Angel and his team's professionalism and respect for our property. They ran into an issue with one of the components not fitting in the available space in our attic, and they reacted quickly to get a component that would fit and completed their work efficiently without skippng a beat. Danny V. was the technician that I worked with on the job at my house. Hands down one of the best technicians you can find. Danny explained everything he was doing, play by play, and helped me better understand a system in my house that I had no idea how it worked. Just wanted to say Chuck my tech was great. This was a call back from same issue we had couple weeks ago. He listened to my explanation of what our unit was doing and used my info to form a troubleshooting plan. He also suggested some other issues that would help our unit run at its peak efficiency and will present them to his company. Always had a good experience with Louie from George Brazil. He's efficient, does excellent work, and is friendly. I've been using George Brazil for a few years now and have never encountered a problem at any level. I definitely recommend them. LATE UPDATE: 3/14/23. My guy Louie left 2 years ago and told me he was going into the business for himself since he couldn't stomach their price gouging. Before that, I had to have a $1000 repair done on my unit and it made me wonder how much I was overcharged ?. I understand there's overhead, but I can't afford to overpay anymore.

Technician Andrew was AWESOME! He was running late waiting for some parts and let me know when he was on his way. The tech Andrew was by far the most thorough and honest GB tech we’ve had. He explained everything he saw with our aging York from the roof via text and video messages. Who does that? There was no push for unneeded sales/etc, and you can tell when someone is good at what they do and more importantly, has a heart to deliver the best customer experience. That’s what I got today. I’ll be honest, a few years back I would not have written a review like this for George Brazil, but clearly they have worked to obtain techs that know their business and are happy to do it. It’s 109° today and Andrew ran up and down the ladder like it was a balmy day in Spring with no complaints from him. Truly a 5 star experience.

I had an amazing experience with Chris today in Mesa. He made sure to notify me when he was on the way, came by at the beginning of my appointment block, and is one of the most genuinely kind people I've met. I appreciate that he was able to do it so quickly when my house is near 90° and my cats and I don't want to add on the expense of a hotel. Such a stressful life event was really made great by Chris and his company. Thank you so much.

We've used George Brazil for over 15 years and purchased a A/C unit with them with a 12 year warranty. 11 years into the warranty the A/C started having issues and by the 5th service visit, we were told everything was great. It was until a 115 day hit and we didn't have AC. We called for service and were told because we had the warranty that there were only certain techs could service our AC and no one would come out until the following day between 11-3. The house got to 94 degrees. Service came by 11 the next morning and we were told that we needed a new compressor, but they got it working. 10 days later, we're still waiting to hear back on the new part to ensure that the AC continues to work.

Andrew was extremely thorough and caring. He clearly wanted to be sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. That was especially important, since I was not at home during the service. Andrew shared multiple videos of each step of his work. I appreciated his outstanding efforts to keep me apprised of the progress and status of the work and my HVAC system.My only issue is that that GB missed the projected service window by a couple of hours, and I received no contact from the office to let me know that they were running late. I had to call to ask for an update. I think GB should have been more proactive in this regard. For what it's worth, I have been using GB for years, and this is the first time I've had that issue with them. However, ultimately the work was completed and performed exceptionally well by Andrew.

If you are hesitant to hire A.C repair people, you can trust Carson Bigelow. It was late at night when we realized our A.C was not getting cold. After many calls to other companies George Brazil set us up with Carson. He came right within hours when others were at home asleep,he was quickly fixing our A.C so we could get some sleep. He even used a low red filter on his flashlight as to not disturb the neighbors. He was friendly and professional. My dog even warmed up to him quickly. We couldn't have been more pleased. If you call, see if he is available to be your technician, you will have a repair technician for life, I know we do!

We called a few places to get someone to our house quickly and only George Brazil was able to come that same night. We got a window for the technician’s arrival and he came right on time. He was able to address our immediate issue and came back the next day to walk us through all of the paperwork to purchase a new system, which is scheduled to be installed just a few days later. Our technician was Jeremy Baxter and he was very helpful and friendly. So thankful that George Brazil is 24 hours and actually had technicians available and not just an answering service like the other companies we called!

I am impressed on how caring this company is in regards to their clients. I had called several companies before reaching out to George Brazil and not a single one offered me troubleshooting to try and get me to restore the AC in my home. They asked to call back in an hour if the problem persisted and I did. They had a tech in my home withing 24hrs. They were very honest and showed me what the problem was. We had our AC start blowing warm air at about 2 in the afternoon. Mind you the temps outside were below 100 but with the humidity and my working from home, it was not an ideal situation. Spoke with Jazmine who hooked me up with Marco Gutierrez (I hope I got his last name right).GREAT person to deal with, very professional, and was willing to educate while checking the system and doing the repairs. Offered great advice for ongoing maintenance. This is why I had Geo.Brazil install and keep my system going strong for over 10 years.

Andrew Hepfinger is my service person and he's simply the best I've ever worked with. Andrew took his time and found a part that needed to be replaced that would quickly shut my system down. He went the extra mile and found some debris in my ducting that was making noise when the air is blowing. I thought it was a much bigger problem. He looked at my insulation to make sure it is adequate and realized it's not laid properly. Andrew is a true blue professional and is passionate about his work and really enjoys working for George Brazil based on their fair programs, integrity and the owners passion and positive attitude. Completely transparent review of my 14 year old A/C unit showing me through pics and videos along the way that the unit will be good for a few more years but is sending a sales engineer over to analyze my electrical use which is out of control for such a small home. Based on payback, I might switch the old unit out but I'm sure the sales engineer will give me all the information I need to make the right decision at the right time. I'm extremely satisfied with Andrew and George Brazil.Thank you!

They were great with the service call. Together we figured out the issue my AC was having. Happy to sign a service contract for twice a year check ups but after 2 years no one ever had time to show up. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to process. 6 weeks later and still no refund.

I scheduled a warranty service 4 months ago and they called the day they were supposed to come to tell me that they need to reschedule me 2.5 more months out due to high call volume that day. What a joke. Take your business elsewhere.To owner: Come out on the day(today) that I scheduled with you 4 months ago as we agreed. I would take less than 2.5 months as well. Considering we paid 2k for a service contract and I have not been able to get anyone out here for 2 years now. Call me. You have my number.

False advertising. Clearly states on website $59 special to video sewer line. Asked first person I spoke with she confirmed the price. Second person said that only covers them coming to house and they don’t know how much it will cost just to tell us what is wrong with sewer line. On further review of their website it says they do a free sewer inspection. Beware! Zero stars!

Calvin W. & Ruben A. did a phenomenal job. The repaired one duct and installed two more. They also installed insulation for us as well. They worked extremely hard, were professional & very courteous. I appreciated how well they protected our home from dust and debris. They also did a great job job cleaning up.We have had George Brazil out several times this year for several different products at our home. My technician's name was Q. He did a fabulous job, including video taping every thing he checked to show me there condition. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. Marco and Brayan were awesome! They called ahead to let me know when to expect them and were friendly and professional from that point forward. They quickly diagnosed the problem. Since the unit was 33 years old, it was time to look at a new one. I am very pleased with the work performance of Casey and Manny. They were professional yet personable, explained their cleaning process, and were gracious in answering the questions I had. I had covered some furnishings and carpet areas but they laid down extra plastic to insure thorough coverage. They did a good job vacuuming & cleaning up after project completion. I appreciated the time they took to discuss with me the work they had done and they took before and after pictures of the ducts and the plastering they did around the room vents to preclude future leakages. The vents looked brand new after they replaced them. Hard-working staff. Thanks, Casey and Manny.

I purchased a new 2 stage York HVAC unit on 7/18/22. It stopped working within 24 hours of installation. No techs offered for 8-10 days when contacting George Brazil. After 4 weeks of no repair and assumption of missing part responsible for the ill functioning unit, I was informed the thermostat program was the culprit. I was offered movie tickets for the inconvenience. Also an immediate check for $250 was promised by the customer retention department, which never arrived. The $17K cooling unit still does not work, They retracted the $250 offer and replied with, Well it has cooled some of the time, right? Horrific experience! The product, the lack of technician support, and the insulting retention department concessions are NOT worth the effort. This is criminal. I am surprised they are still in business.

Scheduled service for 6/26 at 7, they called at 7:01 to cancel stating their tech doesn't have a ladder. Rescheduled me for 6/27 and that tech also stated he probably didn't have the correct ladder but came out anyway. I showed him how everyone gets on the roof, there are 2 spots to place ladders, one at ground level and another on the top of the first floor. He refused and said it was an OSHA violation, it's not, just a lazy technician.I went with another company who showed up within 2 hours and is replacing my system this week. They also didn't have a problem getting on the roof ?

One of my AC units stopped blowing cold air. The AC units I purchased from George Brazil (their premium AC units) were installed back on 07/2021 are practically brand new yet the largest of the two stopped working. For this to happen in such a short amount of time, I was upset. This being a hot spring day in Arizona, I called George Brazil twice and filled out online form to get immediate assistance. The first call was before they opened, and I was treated less than respectful and with no urgency. The second time I called, when they were open, I had a great experience and had someone out there in less than 6 hours.An individual came, and his name was Matt. He provided exceptional service, got me up and running temporarily till he could order a part. He came back with help on the following Tuesday to fix the issue. In addition to working in the heat, he helped me understand what the issue was and had happened and I was thankful for that.Matt was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. This was needed especially with the situation at hand with the AC unit being practically new. Matt displayed great confidence in the resolution to the issue. He explained what the issue was, what could have caused it and how to fix it.If I could, I would like to request him for each call I make to George Brazil. These are the type of people that make George Brazil great and this is the type of service I would share with my family and friends that need new equipment or repairs. There was another individual with him, I did forget his name, that assisted him. He too was extremely helpful and displayed a lot of knowledge to the issue at hand. He also was courteous and friendly. Both he and Matt provided a great service that I am thankful for and worked really hard at repairing the unit.I would like to recognize them both for a job well done and I hope they both get the recognition they deserve!

I woke up this morning and my AC wasn’t working. I replaced the batteries in the thermostat and still not working. I called for service and I was hoping to have same day service in this Arizona heat. Brazil rep was able to find me the best tech name Danny he called me and provided ETA upon arrival he walked in ready to work and solve my problems with the AC, took time to educate me on the filter changes and research any reason that could have the AC not working properly and he found the issue with the water clogged up in the AC in the attic which has a switch that will shut off the outside unit and Danny went outside to check that unit and came back with a wonderful surprise, a baby kitten approximately age 5-12 weeks old sleeping alone between my AC unit and storage unit. The kitten will be cared for by me and I have already named her Danny (she’s a girl cat) that’s her name. It was love at first sight ? needlessly to say, the kitten is very healthy and cleaned. Danny and I figured she must have been cared for by the mom cat and well fed. Danny the cat has a new loving family. ?

Since May of 2022 we experienced a problem with our A/C unit. We had a situation that was pretty unbelievable as far as repair. We made multiple calls for service on our A/C unit. It took servera calls to get the system working again like it was designed for. I know there are more technicians that assisted with this difficult task. These are at least 3 that I will mention that did a great job getting our system operation again among the Intense heat. Josh, Shaq, & Brandon. These techs worked tirelessly getting our syste m operating like it was designed to operate. I would like to thank all the Technicians at George Brazil for the tireless hours spent getting our system running again.

I would never recommend this company or be calling them again. We felt pressured by the technician that came out to our house and not even sure if what he said was wrong with the unit was wrong.Said that our AC motor was overheating and couldn't guarantee that the motor would make it through the night. Said to repair would be $1300 for a part that I purchased for $200 at Grainger.We felt pressured by the technician that came out to our house to have the services done.These companies get you where they want you. Hot and worried about your unit so they charge ridiculous amounts of money. I found a wonderful man who owns his own AC business and will NEVER call another large company again.

Today was the hottest day so far this summer with a weather warning for “excessive heat”…around 8:30pm our AC just stopped blowing cold air. Called George Brazil 24 hour service and they had a very nice young man name Carson Bigelow out within an hour. He was so nice and explained what was wrong and literally had the AC working within 10 minutes of being here. So happy with the speedy and amazing service. I highly recommend this company!

I'm in sticker shock. I bought their Ultimate Home Care package on a new York Gas Pack and now I have Buyers Remorse. The price of my Unit plus the Service and Warranty is $6000 more than just installing the Unit!! How can their Service Plan be worth that much money over 10 years? How did I let myself get talked into that kind of money? The last AC I bought before this unit, I paid $1000 for a 10 year Warranty!At least they did do a great job installing the new York unit.

Well my time came up to replace my 26 year old machine. Caleb was great helping me through the thought process of which machine and plan was best for ME. He helped me make all the right decisions and was very knowledgeable. The installers were on time and got it done in the time frame that was projected. From A to Z they all did a great job. The office staff took excellent care of me and treated me very fairly by putting me up in a hotel and crediting some prior work that was done. They really took good care of me. I am very glad I went with them.

Matt was congenial and knowledgeable. He explained what he felt our issue is and how to solve it. He gave us options and will set up a time to bring a technician who can resolve the issue with him. An estimate will be given to us before any work is done. There was no pressure. George Brazil has looked after our HVAC system for the last 15 years and we have been satisfied. Matt continued the quality service that we have received previously.

Consumer be ware! Totally incompetent or price gouging(someone out of town), pick your choice seriously! There only recommendation was I had to replace both units for more than $20,000! Have to give at least 1 star to post or I would give no stars. I was out of town and after my neighbor informed me of the situation, I called them. Michelle(tech) came to my house on Saturday(6/30/22) to assess simultaneous failure of both A/C units. I was more than happy to pay weekend costs but critically needed one unit running or I would need to fly back from out of town and buy a portable A/C unit as there were animals in house that can't tolerate 93 degrees. After assessing the units they told me they couldn't get either working period and both needed to be replaced after spending 3 hours at house, I told her I would pay $1000 for diagnostic work if she thought she could get it running. Tech said they needed to be replaced as she could not get either working, understanding that this would force me to fly back that night.. Told them I had a second company coming out Sunday to try and fix as I needed one running. So I flew back home and purchased a portable A/C unit. Next morning the other company came out and I watched as they simply plugged back in the one A/C unit(which Michelle left unplugged) which started working perfectly has been for a week and told me I simply need a fan motor on the other unit. Never heard again from George Brazil including never even billing me as I believe they felt like they were caught trying to push new A/C unit. Unbelieveable. Highly recommend not using or get a 2nd opinion.

I have a service contract which is supposed to give priority service. One of my AC units went kaput and I called two days ago, was told service would call me back to schedule a time. 2 days later no call. Have had prior issues as well. Their electrical and water heater service is awesome, but do NOT use their HAVAC. They sold off the division and another company is doing the work.

We have used GB in the past. We have had several issues with our AC that was brand new when we built our home in 2012. The service Technician Roy, that came out in early July told us it would be another 1200 dollars to fix a capacitor. He then proceeded to tell us we need a new unit. The unit would be $14,200. I thought this seemed very high. He also wanted to sell us a $2,000 extended warranty. I thought for that much money the warranty should come with it. He coincided and gave us an extended warranty of sorts. I wrote out a check for $14,200 for the job to be completed on 7.14.2020. The AC crew came as promised on 7.14.2020. They started taking the old unit apart. Before we knew it a technician that shouldn't have been in the attic, stepped on one of our surround sound speakers and it came crashing through the ceiling and almost hit our 6 month old puppy. See pictures attached. When my husband called Roy, he was not very nice and proceeded to use racial slurs against my husband. The incident was reported to GB and we were told that he would be terminated and this was not tolerated, unknown if this really happened. It took them two weeks to repair the hole in our ceiling ( which the guy did a great job) and another week and a half to fix the speaker ( did a great job again, same guy). The be fair for all the chaos they caused the did give us a 2K credit. Fast forward to one month later, 8.14.2020. The AC unit went out at 2pm on a 115 degree day. A tech was sent out and arrived, surprisingly earlier than promised. He was at our home for a total of 20 minutes , blamed the installers for not tightening up a conductor. The AC started to work and all was good. Well for 13 hours, The next day on 8.15.2020, we noticed the house getting warm again ( 115 degree day again) called back to GB, another technician came out and said the guy last night should have replaced the capacitor along with the conductor. He replaced the capacitor and off he went . The AC unit was working again, for 19 hours this time. On Sunday 8.16.2020 ( today) it is currently 113 degrees, we noticed at the same time of day, again, the house was getting very warm. Called GB again and they tried to put us off until tomorrow. The scheduler , finally came back and said a tech will be here between 5-9pm today. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no managers work the weekend. WHAT? There should always be a manager on call for these services.I KNOW l have been taken advantage of and not treated with respect , to have an expensive, overpriced unit not working after a month is ridiculous. GB is having technicians come out and put bandaids on it and not fixing the issue. If it is not fixed properly today and I do not hear back from a manager by 8am tomorrow, 8.17.20, I am hiring an attorney and will sue for a full refund plus aggravation and will have an AC properly installed by another valley provider.

First, let me say that I got 5 estimates from well known companies in AZ for a new AC unit. The sales person Ken was great. There was no pressure, he just presented 3 different options and new the product well. He also carried a binder with pictures and was able to explain differences in systems. I went with George Brazil because they had the best warranty. It covers most things for 10 years and labor. The other companies only offered 2-4 yrs on the labor. Day before my install I get a call saying my unit wasn’t available but they made it right and swapped it out for a different brand. It is so quiet, I love it.Install went great! Vinny and Cody were very professional, took time to answer my questions and left my place cleaner than it was before. There were two others that helped and they were equally as professional. They even sent a company to touch up the stucco and paint around the electrical box. Great company to work with!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I would NOT recommend George Brazil to anyone. I paid them almost $20k less than a year ago to replace two 5 ton AC units. One month after install, they had to come out and re-balance them because of faulty installation upstairs. Less than a year later, the upstairs unit is broken and they won’t come out for 4 days to repair. Because it’s 4th of July weekend, their warranty department isn’t working, they are over booked on repairs, they have no supervisors on duty and there is “nothing they can do.” It’s 83 degrees in my house and no offer for hotel room or anything else. Worst customer service ever!!

It’s 110F outside and our AC is not cooling our home office right now… Got a call from Virginia saying they had to move my appointment until tomorrow due to a high volume of “emergency calls”. I asked for some clarification and Virginia stated “other customers don’t have cooling right now”…I asked Virginia why those customers who called in today are getting priority when our AC has been out since yesterday. She didn’t have an explanation for me. She said she was sorry. I don’t understand why other customers are a bigger priority when we’re having the same issue and we scheduled our service before them. And that there’s no explanation for it.It’s not the end of the world, I just wish I didn’t ask for clarification on why our appointment was moved. It’s making me wonder things like maybe they aren’t making enough money off of my appointment so it’s getting lower priority. I’m not sure. Tough thing to try to explain to my employees working in a 100F office today with nothing but rotating fans to try and ease the discomfort.

This was my yearly review / inspection that came w/the 10 yr. program offered 2-3 yrs ago. Quinton was wonderful. Extremely professional and provided videos of his inspections. Only suggestion is - make the technician aware of the programs for their routes for the day, given I purchased a package to include 10 yrs. of filters, and unfortunately, Quinton was not aware and did not have filters for the yr with him. I will say though, it does appear the schedules were changed, given the Tech I was advised who were be servicing my units was a gentleman by the name of Jason. FYI - Communication is KEY from the smallest to the largest groups within an organization. I will be looking forward to when I'll be advised of when I should expect my supply of filters . Thank You

My unit stopped blowing cold air. I have a home waranty. But they couldn't get anyone out for 3 days. So I called George Brazil and they sent someone out the same day. I figured if it was something fixable, they would. Tech came out and tried to sell me a new unit. Told me that there was no way to replace R22. Since it is under warranty, I paid him $80 and got a hotel for 2 nights until the warranty tech showed up and fixed the leak and filled with a synthetic R22. Back up and running in one hour. I here that George Brazil works on commission. Beware!

The initial installation was great. Scheduling maintenance is where they fall short. They have never, ever done well with scheduling maintenance. After the free maintenance that was included with the purchase of a new system, we purchased a pre-paid VIP maintenance program. Every appointment has been changed, no show or rescheduled months out from the original appointment. We were scheduled for maintenance from 10-2 today. They called at 9:30 to reschedule for more than a month from now. VIP? I think they need to change the name of the program.

Just had a new ac unit installed after being without ac for two days, I was pleased when the serviceman showed up, thinking our savior George Brazil had arrived, but that was just a tease. 14,000 dollars later my wife and I are still sitting in a home with out ac. Less than 5 hrs after install the unit stopped working and we couldnt get the thermostat to work. Now we sit another night without ac because we chose to deal with the supposed number one in the valley. I judge by individual experience, so far this one hasnt been pleasant. Update: just was told that a tech will call in thew morning....pure professionalism. They claim to operate 24/7 , just not for my wife and I. Thanks for the response...typical corporate canned ham....fast forward to 07/2022. The unit has been not working correctly almost since the install. The last three calls over 6 months addressed the unit being set to a certain temperature and NEVER hitting it. If you are looking to hire a clown circus then call George Brazil....Over promise under deliver. Scheduling with them is sketchy at best.

I was super pleased with Andy's service of our HVAC unit yesterday. He called ahead (as promised), showed up on time and conducted the annual inspection of our unit efficiently. He replaced a part which he suspected would have given us trouble in the near future, cleaned and lubricated the unit and reported all to us in an understandable and friendly manner. While the initial expense of our HVAC unit was high, the service we've received for the last two years (free) as part of the contract, has been terrific. I highly recommend George Brazil--and Andy!

I called yesterday and was able to schedule a free service call. Next morning Vinny called and let us know Jeremy was on the way and offered to send a picture of Jeremy and his bio. Super reassuring and really appreciated that. Jeremy showed up and was super polite, took a video of what he saw and shared it with us. Had him compete the repair and signed up for a maintenance plan. Extremely happy with George Brazil so far!

We couldn’t be more pleased with George Brazil Company. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to completing the business transaction with Ken, to Valentino and crew getting the job completely and perfectly finished. I don’t believe I have ever seen a company crew work so diligent and hard like these men did. It was a hot 104 degrees day and with our ac out, it was hotter in the house and these gentlemen worked their tails off every minute that they were here for 14 hours installing 2 units and installation with No lunch break either. God bless each and every one of them. Valentino was outstanding and explained everything and was very thorough with his explanations and details. Extremely a very hard-working man and just fantastic! I highly, highly recommend George Brazil to everyone and guarantee you will be completely satisfied.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Due to covid restrictions they had to reschedule my appointment twice. Although my VIP agreement had expired they extended my coverage so I will not lose out on any of the services. I needed to change the appointment to earlier in the morning and they were able to switch my appointment with someone else so I was the first one on the schedule. The service technician Quinton,was very pleasant and professional. I really like that he took videos of each step that he was doing when he was on the roof and explained what he was looking for in the condition mine unit was in.Overall I was very pleased with this experience.

Charged my live-in FIL $511 to snake a toilet. No telling if that’s what they charge everyone, but an absolute joke to think that’s a reasonable price for snaking a toilet. Plumber was there less than 15 minutes, utterly ridiculous.

No one likes to deal with a broken heat pump, much less any expensive home repair. Caleb with George Brazil was great, though, and made the experience so much easier.He took the time to walk through our problem and helped us decide what the best solution was to our failing heat pump. He walked us through the funding options and was responsive to all our questions.100% would recommend. A broken A/C can be unbearable, but the George Brazil team made it a little more tolerable.

Had George Brazil account transferred over when I purchased the home. AC went out within a month, had it repaired for $2500, had an inspection a month later that suggested another $1k in repairs, and now a month later, it's not working again for the same initial issue.Update: called, was told someone would call me back. Tristan/Tech took my standby appt as i really pushed for a June maint visit before my VIP contract expired in July. Otherwise booking was for Sept.Tristan called in advance to confirm the maint window would be honored; noon - 4p.He arrived as advised and was very pleasant to have in my house and on the roof.I really appreciate the service protocol that sends you video snips to your text as work is unfolding.I DO agree that i need a level 4 cleaning upon witness of the discovery he saw. I called for a system maintenance a month ago and today, the day they are supposed to come out I received a call to cancel and reschedule due to having emergency calls that take precedence. I called to reschedule and was told I could not get an appointment until Sept. because of emergency calls. This makes no sense. How can you have nothing but emergency calls for the next 4 months and not schedule maintenance. I told the customer service that the whole reason to have maintenance appointments is so I don't have an emergency. This is a terrible business tactic and I would not recommend George Brazil to anyone.

Quick response - fixed central air by exchanging a dual function capacitor. This part cost $ 500. On Amazon it was $ 22. We were in need but really? The capacitor is the most common failure point.

From the beginning of calling this company, is was a very smooth opportunity to have out Air Conditioning issues taken care of. Jason Z. came to access the problem and recommended a new install. We scheduled the install for the next day, which was truly fast.We were called the same day to let us know by name who was coming to install and what time, Calvin W. called me in the morning to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was very respectful of our home, with rugs, tarps and wrap to cover clothes in closet. He was helpful in answering every questions I asked also. The Team of Jeremiah B andDerek came soon after and were great. They really knew what to do and They did not stop working for 6 hours. It was amazing and everything was explained to us and worked perfectly. We recently scheduled an appointment to have out heating system inspected in anticipation of finally getting some cooler weather. Our GB Tech Marco, called in advanced and arrived on time. He was very professional yet friendly and I believed enjoyed explaining what he was going to do, why he was doing it and the what he found. Fortunately everything was in good shape and he complimented us on our regularly changing air filters etc. When we schedule our maintenance/inspection of our AC system in the Spring.we will be inviting that they send Marco again for this appointment.

In a late night panic after our air conditioning unit stopped working we searched for companies that could help us as soon as possible. We submitted an online request and was contacted by 6am, was given an 8am - 12pm same day window and Bryan W., our service tech was here soon after 8am. Bryan was courteous, thorough and honest. He was able to explain what went wrong and how he fixed it and was patient with any questions. And to top it off, it wasn't an expensive fix! My technician was Carson Bigelow. Honest and very informative. I called George Brazil for a third opinion, and Carson immediately told me the other two companies tried to rip me off. One being SemperFi cooling and heating, their technician over there named Daniel Deleon tried to sell me on a whole unit and told me information that did not hold true. Carson came and inspected the HVAC unit and immediately told me this was a simple fix. About 1-2 hours later he got my unit up and running and helped save me 12 thousand dollars. Cannot thank you enough.

I live with my elderly mother. I had been out of town for the past week only to come home and find the AC not working. I called several AC companies only to be told they had no availability. I was reading some reviews of another company and there was a few not so good reviews, but those reviews had said those people had then called George Brazil and had great service. So I called George Brazil. I explained how it was 93° in my home and my mother was elderly. They took some info from me and then asked which time frame I would like for today. I was so happy. I didn't get a no from this company, just what would be a good time for one of their repairmen to come. 8 am to 12 pm. True to their word the repair man was here by 12pm. Mike Jolly was so amazing. He told me what the problem was and even showed me the part that was no longer good and showed me how to tell it was no good. Then he went over the pricing for the repair. He even took the time to speak to my son in law on the phone to explain everything to him. Mike repaird my AC and I got to come home from work to a cool house. Thank you Mike Jolly for all you did for my mother and I today. Thank you to the people at George Brazil for not saying NO when we really needed the help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE. They arrived on time, did a full cleaning of inside AC unit (in me attic which is hard to reach) and cleaned out vents. My system is 5 years old. Technician told me the capacitor was bad. As a technician myself I agreed with the diagnosis. The tech had a new capacitor and as the tech started climbing up the ladder said I would not like the price. It is $580 dollars. I said ya right thinking the tech was kidding me. I own several properties and had just replaced a 45+10 capacitor at one of my other properties. The same capacitor at that property was $85 dollars. Now not only was I told the capacitor was bad but also the expansion valve was bad and needed replacing. I asked how was that determined and was told they could tell just by looking at it. Knowing that was impossible I asked her to reinstall my capacitor and I would pay for the service call and get my unit repaired by a more reputable company. I asked what was the price for the expansion value and was told I really would not like this price either. Just the refrigerant will cost $1000 plus the cost of the expansion value and installation. Needless to say I declined. I ordered the same 45+10 capacitor for $50 the tech wanted to sell me for $580 on Amazon and replaced it myself. AC nows works perfectly. I would highly caution anyone to do your research and not get scammed.

We had our A/C unit replaced by George Brazil and they were fantastic. We initially met with Harlan who was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. He explained our options, and didn't pressure us at all. He also inspected a room in our house that was always a little hotter than the rest of the house to see if the airflow could be improved. He went over everything with us so we understood what to expect as far as pricing and installation. Our service technician was Calvin who was also great! He answered some questions we had and made the process smooth and easy. The entire installation team, including Edgar were great too! From start to finish, we were very happy with the entire team at George Brazil and would highly recommend them.

This was one of the best experience I've had with any service company! George Brazil is a top tier company when it comes to quality customer service! Dan my sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the product. The installers were professional and courteous. Andrian (I think that was his name) advised me he damage the crown molding around the attic entry and a repair man would come out and fix it. Sure enough, three days later, Rafael came out and did a fantastic job. He was professional and very courteous. He is a valued employee for George Brazil. He had the biggest smile and an attention to detail. I will recommend this company for air conditioning and heating to anyone seeking an honest and reputable company to do business with. They're the best!

I called George Brazil last year(2020) to have them come install and replace both my ac condenser and air handler. After the installation they told me to call them in May 2021to have them service the unit.I called them and they schedule me for June. Then when I called them to remind me what day the service was, they rescheduled me for July. Then again the told me they didn’t know when they would have time to come service my unit. Well today guess what, my unit stopped working. I called them and they can’t send someone today. If they had come service my unit when they were supposed to maybe my A/C would be working right now. I can’t even call anyone else that can see it today because it would void my warranty.Update:George Brazil fixed my unit and the A/C works perfectly now. They repaired it under the warranty and I had no out of pocket costs. They replaced the part that broke with a new one. They did a temporary fix the day after it went out. Two weeks later they came back with the part to fix it permanently.However the timeframe was still an issue. They seem to be too busy during summer which is understandable in AZ.Overall service was good. My advice is to schedule you service maintenance appointment to fall-winter to avoid them rescheduling you. The unit needs to be serviced once a year to keep the warranty.

We had 2 Wonderful Gentlemen, Ferris T and Valentino A, come on Friday to install a new A/C Unit and we were totally impressed by their professionalism, and the way they worked and were always available for questions. Then had 2 more Wonderful Gentlemen, Steve D and Nathan S, come today to clean the ducts. Again, very professional and cleaned up very nicely after them too! I'm so very happy with all the service we've had from George Brazil. They follow up, do what they say they will, when they say they will, and are just fantastic. I totally recommend them.

Calvin and Javier had the task of cleaning my entire duct system that hadn't been cleaned for 20yrs on a Saturday. They did it with a smile (even with the dust on their face) I commend them especially Calvin for having to deal with the return air vent and the cleaning of the a/c blower (before and after pictures) Calvin answered any additional questions I had about my system. George Brazil you have a few of outstanding employees who took the time to make sure things were done right. When they were done they cleaned everything like they weren't even here. Thank you for a job well done! I also wanted to say Roy came out the day before to service my a/c unit. He helped me with what was right on choosing what my system needed. Our technician team of Calvin W and Stefan M. were early and spent several hours cleaning a HVAC duct system which had apparently never been cleaned since the house was built. Tyler S. was very pleasant to talk to and work with. From the instant we met he was all Professional and personable. Sent me multiple videos and pics during his very thorough inspection, which was really nice. If the videos and pics are not a company policy they should be, very nice idea. I was happily surprised with the amount of time he spent doing his inspection, not a 15-20 minute and out as I've seen previously with other companies. Kelley was really gruff and at times rude. He said that the repairs we needed were upwards to $3k and that the better option was to replace the whole unit for nearly $12k. Thinking it was the only choice we tried to get financing, unfortunately my credit though pretty good wasn’t good enough so we tried to add my wife as a co-sign. While on hold with whoever does their financing Kelley decided it was a good time to go and get a burger. He did ask but what am I going to say? So he went and came back to tell us that we were denied and I asked him to clarify and he said he couldn’t ask since it was private information but the amount was too much.We got in contact with Bumblebee Air Conditioning who was able to replace a capacitor, clean the coils and fix the bearings for $700 and quote us a significantly lower price for a new A/C unit. We’re talking thousands of dollars cheaper. We were both perplexed by the actions of Kelley and George Brazil. You will never have our business again.

Joe arrived within 15 minutes of my service call. He was VERY courteous and personable. First impression was excellent! He found the leak very quickly and repaired one of the main causes. Relocated the next cars and masterfully repaired it, checked it, and then recheck the entire system. The end result was that I could drop the temperature in my place to a comfortable temperature and not worry about any further problems. He brought up the service information and went over it with me and left me with NO CLEANUP because he left the place in better condition than the way he found it.Excellent job Joe!! I recommend George Brazil to anyone!

Must use!!!! We would not use any one else for our HVAC needs. George Brazil has unbelievable service and knowledgeable reps like Derek A. And installers like Greg & Cody. We’ve been using them now for years, initially to maintain our existing unit and now with a brand York Unit install. The process has been amazing. They even send out a quality control inspector to assure all is properly done. He was also amazing and super knowledgeable. Just 5 stars all the way and not one reschedule or late arrival ever!

Called George Brazil Thursday morning to check my furnace -- our tech Joe R was at my house later that morning at the exact time they estimated. He did a thorough check, made some adjustments, and reassured me that everything was functioning perfectly. We were on our way for our camping trip and just as we were finishing up loading the trailer, we noticed that ac was blowing warm air. I called George Brazil and they moved us to the next appt. My a/c suddenly quit last night and I called George Brazil this morning. They offered to have a technician come out between 12-4, and he called to say he could arrive early, which was wonderful! Jason diagnosed my problem as a motor that needed replacing, and had everything in his van to get it done on the spot. He was done in less than an hour, and also advised me that I need to replace my (old) unit in the future so that I could prepare myself for that. He was polite and professional, and I will definitely call George Brazil again when I need a/c repair or replacement. It is over 110F this week so I really appreciate having a cool house again!

We returned from vacation and our A/C had stopped working. It was 96 degrees in the house (in Arizona)! Our home warranty rep had one of their in network businesses call. They wouldn't consider it an emergency and would not come out until 4 days later. Unacceptable!! Contacted George Brazil and they were at our house the same day and handled our A/C problem. Roy Huerta was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and capable. The office personnel were absolutely THE BEST!! They were friendly, courteous and CARED!! We highly recommend George Brazil Heating & A/C!!

I recently had George Brazil A/C & Heat replace my a/c a & heating system. Chandler H and John W were the installation technicians. I cannot say enough nice things about these men. They called prior to their arrival and proceeded with the install in a timely manner. They described the entire process and how long it would take. They were both very professional and knowledgeable of what was required for the install. They completed the job very quickly and then patiently took the time to explain the newly installed programmable thermostat. They answered all of our questions and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Our garage is now cleaner than it has been in months. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and would I would recommend the both of them highly. They are truly a huge asset to the George Brazil company.

This place will swindle you. They came out to look at our unit on a rental property and quoted us that it would be a $1500 repair or an 8-10 grand replacement. I couldn't believe it so i payed their exorbitant fee of $80 and called another company and GB disconnected our heater saying its safer. But our tenants needed heat. So I called a mom and pop company. The gentleman came out and not only was able to properly diagnose the problem (which was a burnt fuse board) but he was also able to get the heat reconnected for our tenants that night and we were able to avoid any other repair fees or litigation. And the full price i paid for that service was $600. (300 for the part, 300 for labor). I then tried to contact a supervisor with George Brazil to ask why they swindled me and they never called back! I do not recommend using George Brazil unless you want to be taken advantage of. 0 stars. Awful!!

In August 2021 my A/C unit was not cooling. My sister recommended George Brazil A/C as she had used them previously and was pleased with their service. The temperature in August in AZ is brutal, 100+. I thought it would be at least a day or two before they could fit me in, but they worked and worked to get one of their techs to come that day! My 12 yr old unit was leaking oil. Compressor shot. It could be repaired, but in AZ an A/C units life is 12 to 15 years. I decided to replace it. One problem, it would be 2 days before they could install the unit. But wait...to my surprise the offered to pay for a hotel until the installation!!! WOW Jeremy B and the entire installation crew were extremly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and get this...On Time! Can't say enough about this company

She went above what the initial request for repair was to investigate my entire system (in a hot attic). AC shut down, late Sunday night prompting an emergency service request to George Brazil. Mike called ahead to let us know when to expect him. Even tho late and I'm sure he had a long day he was pleasant, diagnosed the issue and checked out the system over all. Mike answered every question explaing the issue in detail. He had the parts on with him. Gave us a quote with options. And at our request installed them and got us back up running. It was after 12 midnight when he was done. Professional in every respect. AC wasn’t cooling enough so I thought I’d have it checked out by a professional. Service tech arrived on time and on a Sunday which was good. He seemed experienced and I was told the unit was too old and needs replacing soon. I think that was a fair assessment given the unit is 21 years old. Tech wanted me to commit to a Monday appointment and said they could have the entire HVAC system exchanged Tuesday. I rent this home out as a short-term lease and I had guests arriving the Wednesday morning and all this work on a Tuesday was too risky. I’d rather inform the guests right away so they can cancel ahead of time and find another property. When I didn’t commit to the Monday appointment, I noticed the tech was irritated and was noticeable unfriendly after that point. I am not happy with that and will not have a new system by this company.

Absolutely the best customer service and business out there for AC needs! Last week my AC stopped working and I opted to use my home warranty for the fix. My warranty company set up the service call and upon arrival of a tech from another company, they spent 5 minutes looking at my unit, refilled it and said it would be fine and left. 2 hours later my AC unit stopped working again and so I called that same company back. They returned and replaced another part and again said the unit would be fine. 4 days later, on a Sunday afternoon when it was over 100 degrees outside, my AC stopped working Again. This time we called George Brazil and within 2 hours Manny arrived at our house! He took the time to inspect Everything and gave us a complete breakdown of the problems with the old AC unit, replacement parts, lifespan of worn parts and cost for the repairs. He also then spoke to us about replacing the unit and its cost in comparison to those to fix the old AC unit. For us there was no question we needed to replace our old unit and so we opted to go that route. George Brazil offers a fantastic warranty and flexible payment options! At 6:45 the next morning we received a call that the installers were on the way and they arrived at 7am to begin work! In addition to that Manny even gave us a call in the morning to also let us know that installers were on the way! I will never use another company for my AC needs in Arizona and highly recommend this company to anyone with AC needs. Exceptional customer service and care, professional employees and the best experience I have ever had with an AC company.

After 8 years of being a customer, when we needed AC repair they totally dropped the ball! The tech who came out said we needed a compressor and it would be ordered and installed the next day. We waited and finally called them and they didn't have us down for repair. This started all the excuses and long story short, we are still sitting in a hot house on a Saturday left hanging till Monday and who knows if they will care to do their job then either! We are furious and disappointed in this company who doesn't care if you have to sweat for days! They pop up when you search for 24 hour AC repair, but that is not true at all! I expect an AC company in Phoenix, AZ in July to be able to do the the job they advertise they can with 24 hour service...that is your business!! God help you if its the weekend, they will let you set for days and give lots of excuses why. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

He was thorough in his explanation and began work immediately and effortlessly. In May 2020, Angel L and Gelson R did a fantastic job removing my old units, air handler and thermostats. I was very impressed by their professionalism, work ethic, methodical precision and how nice they were. The units were installed on two different days due to one being on the roof and one ground unit. These two gentlemen were so efficient and you could tell they have worked together for some time. Everything was explained to me, and there were zero surprises. I initially called the company out for repair, but based on the age of my units , I chose to replace them. It was an expensive decision but I feel great about choosing George Brazil. I chose the All in One Comfort Plan. I waited to have a few months to see what my savings were and I am happy to say that my SRP bills are much less this summer than the last 2 years, even though I kept the temperature lower than I have ever had before. This last month from mid July through August was the hottest ever on record in Phoenix. I am super happy with the York units. They are quiet and efficient. I would highly recommend this company and these individuals. I appreciate great work so very much.

Mike was so professional and courteous. He phoned me when he was 30 minutes out so I didn't have leave work earlier than needed. He took his time, fixed everything and explained what he did. He reinforced the need for maintenance/service every 6 months. I was grateful to have had the warranty as well since I did have some issues. I hope I can request him for my next 6 month maintenance. We had Cory P come to our home yesterday to explain all of our new ac unit and heating options. He was beyond thorough, but in a way that we were able to understand everything. He showed us all of the many wonderful options and packages George Brazil offers. We had 2 other companies give us quotes, but the feeling we had with Cory P was a completely different level of comfort. He was kind and understanding, patient with our questions and simply made us feel comfortable. I was ready to deal with the first company that came out here, but I must admit that I am now thrilled my husband wanted more estimates, as we feel extremely confident in our decision to use George Brazil, due to their awesome employee, Cory P. Tomorrow is install day and I can’t wait to have a home that feels cool and comfortable. One last thing, Cory was fantastic about keeping us posted regarding his arrival time. I woke up to find my AC unit dripping water due to a broken drain pan. After having another company come out only to make the matter worse (despite having great reviews), I called George Brazil. Not only were they able to come out sooner than expected, but Harlan, the GB service pro who came out to service my AC unit, was extremely professional. He did an extensive investigation of the AC unit, showing me issues he found along the way. He described everything in great detail and let me ask questions. The price quoted was what the actual amount was. I would definitely recommend George Brazil again if all of their staff is as awesome as Harlan was.

Chuck and his crew which included Greg T, and Cade arrived on time about 8:30 am and worked non stop until at least 4:30. They were professional and efficient, converting our system to better work with this house. Chuck managed the team in excellent fashion. Including removing the unit via crane, then doing the duct work necessary. Then around 3pm had the crane return to reposition the equipment. They then reinstalled the unit, made sure the roof was properly shingled, and tested the system.I was very pleased with results. All of the team worked well together, and worked very hard. Working on a roof is difficult , but they performed well.

Awesome customer service! Vincent P and his team came early this morning as scheduled and worked all day in the 115 degree heat on the roof of our building and inside ceiling. Extremely pleasant, efficient, polite, competent guys who worked well together as a team. They wore booties, masks, laid drop cloths and carpet down to cover the flooring, cleaned the walls and vacuumed when they were done. Left the place spotless and explained all the paperwork, warranties and future service. Can't say enough good things about this team. Thank you for great service!

Mick C. and Rodrigo A. were the techs that did the work. George Brazil set the appointment for 8:00 AM and they were here at that time. They placed protectors on the carpet and stairs. They then removed the old unit and placed it outside. I had just replaced the fan motor and requested they save it for me, which they did. Taking the new unit into the home they were very careful about the surrounding area. After the unit was replaced they gave me the paperwork and explained the unit and ask me if I had any questions, which they explained. I highly recommend Mick and Rodrigo for their knowledge and the way they do their work. Also recommend the professional attention I got from George Brazil inspectors. They told me what was wrong and what it would cost to repair the unit. No nickel and dime pricing and telling me what a great price they were giving me. Mick C and Rodrigo A are highly recommend for the work they do and the way they treated me .

We’ve never learned so much about our house he explained everything to us with a sincere happy heart. Overall great experience with some minor inconveniences on install day:NOTE: Installation went very smooth!1. No one advised the testing of the AC, which left the AC running on a lower temperature which caused a period of time where I was left with discomfort. After a while, I anticipated, but would have loved the communication.2. Salesman promised me Auto Changeover thermostat, which was installed, but not setup to do so. According to Honeywell's website, the tech would need to set it up. Tech did not know what I was referring to when I tried to explain it, but I agreed to try out schedules which ultimately did not do what I wanted.Day of Cleaning:Everything was super clean and without disruption. Everything was put back and looks and feels awesome. Calvin went a step further when I asked him about the auto changeover which took him seconds and he showed me I could have set it up myself the whole time (despite Honeywell's instructions online). Calvin's team left me super satisfied and Calvin went the extra mile to help me out and I'm left a happy customer.EDIT:Removing 1 star. I had a number of issues with the AC heating properly into each morning. I called a number of times and was initially greeted with the whole spiel of AC defrosting, but I explained how what I was experiencing with the heat blowing cold for an hour or more far exceeded defrosting measures. After a number of techs (I believe it was 2) and pulling my hair out that I spent 11k on an AC install that was not working, the final tech, Nicholas H. came out and FINALLY fixed the issue. Apparently there was liquid that was installed and it was filled far more than it should be (can't remember exactly what liquid). This caused the AC to overwork and thus end up locked in cycle. Nicholas really came through for me, because I was looking at being pretty miserable with my purchase, but ever since then (it's been about a month+), things have been amazing. I love setting a schedule and being able to make on the fly adjustments with my phone. This was almost a flawless experience, but Nicholas H. really came through for me! Thanks Nick! :)

This was the second estimate I was getting. Ken Bishop was very professional and not pushy like the competitor. I was given options with corresponding price ranges. Valentino the installer was very polite and professional and cleaned up after the install. So happy to do business with you. The other guys pointed out problems and tried to sell me a high price unit with no other options. George Brazil offered options and solutions and we're not pushing the highest priced unit. And I need to stress again...the professionalism of these 2 representatives was so appreciated.

I scheduled an appointment with an electrician to repair some outlets and a hot-water heater timer. The soonest they could get to me was 6 days out Tuesday 12/14. They gave me a time window of 10AM to 6PM. I got a curtesy call around 10:30 Tuesday and was told I was on their schedule. They couldn’t give me an updated timeframe for the electrician arrival. I called them around 1:30 and was told I was still on the schedule. I called again around 4 and was told the same thing. At 5:45 I called and was finally transferred to the scheduler and was told the electrician wouldn’t be able to get to me, they were over booked and they wanted to reschedule me 5 days out. I had a few a few choice words with the scheduler and overall service. I took off work so the electrical work could be done. They left me hanging and could have informed me much earlier in the day. Also they wanted to reschedule me out 5 days when an electrician should have been at my house the next day. Extremely poor customer service. I will not deal with George Brazil in the future.... I would like to give 1/2 Stars...

They replaced my old a/c wich came with warranty and service for the first couple years wich went fine but now that I want to schedule service they only can come out in the cold months, so they want to sell but don't want to be servicing the customer that already buy the package.That's not good because for any reason your ac breaks they are going to charge you more than doing preventing service and possibly blame you for not doing it

They had me do regular maintenance service for years and when the system broke they said “oh never mind , you weren’t the original owner”. Then why tell me I have to do regular maintenance in order to keep the warranty. Could have told me that earlier on.

We have used George Brazil for AC issues for several years now with 0 complaints. They have literally responded on Halloween night to help repair a unit that went out (old service call) and don't try to sell or make unnecessary repairs. I couldn't be happier from the last service provided by Joe R. He called while enroute and even offered to buy a bag of ice on his way if I needed it. Quickly inspected and repaired my problem. Respectful, courteous, explained the issue and repair, top notch. I won't use or recommend anyone else.

Had my AC unit down in the middle of the summer and Marc S. came by within a few hours to review my current setup and calculate the proper sized AC unit (turns out I was half a ton from ideal). Brandon W. got to our house timelier than expected, gave us a courtesy call, and treated our home with respect. He was professional and personable and did a great job explaining what was wrong with our unit and what he was going to do to fix it. We paid George Brazil to seal our AC Air Ducts. A couple years later we called George Brazil for an AC checkup. This representative pointed out that our AC Ducts were NOT Sealed. Then he looked and saw that it was George Brazil that screwed us and he got quiet and left.Initially he said we needed a new AC. But we never heard from him again with a proposal. I guess he didn't want to get George Brazil caught in another lie.

We had our A/C tech out for the semi annual a/c heat pump maintenance checkup. Ben did a great job of cleaning coils and doing system checks. His report showed the unit was operating to manufacturer specifications, its an American Standard unit. Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a hot summer night at about 8pm. We called George Brazil and they came out ASAP, which was about 11pm. I was so happy they could fix it the same night! Brandon showed up, was very respectful to us, our dog and our home. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and quickly got to work! He has a new motor with him and swapped it out, no problem! He was honest about pricing and we chose to sign up for the service plan. Great idea! Great pricing, fantastic service! Very happy we chose to do business with these guys! Not sure about George Brazil as a company, it is too early to review them. However, they have an amazing technician named Chuck Wilson, who went above and beyond to find the problem with my unit. He came back out on the weekend to resolve the issue. He was friendly, polite and explained everything in detail. He actually listens to his customers and finds the problem. Great customer service!

Our service technician for the past few years has been Brian Witherspoon, he has provided great service. Our 16 year old heat pump was starting to fail and we purchased a new unit and it was installed the next day. Brian organized the installation and it went very well and we were very impressed with the installers, their professionalism and were very polite and friendly. I am writing this note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your technician on July 9, 2018. My problem was that the fan motor on my AC stopped working causing my home to maintain up to 90 degrees inside.Technician Rose was sent out and immediately diagnosed the issue. She hardly took 10 minutes to rectify the problem of my air conditioner. The ability to provide the resolution quickly in addition to having the parts in her truck exceeded my expectations and put my mind at ease.I really commend the prompt service provided by Rose. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Vincent P, Tyson K and Dave G came to my home to replace the entire HVAC system. They came right on time and were very polite and professional. They even were patient with my 3 little barking dogs. They took care of everything that needed doing, they completely cleaned up after themselves. They put down carpets to protect my floors. A very big thing is Vincent took his time making sure I was comfortable with the new thermostat. I would highly recommend George Brazil to others. Also, the people I dealt with before today were also very helpful and friendly. They have a good company there.

Rose is as friendly as they come! Super passionate about providing a service for her customers. She cares about people and enjoys making them happy to be George Brazil customers. Calvin and Jason were very courteous and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the old AC unit of the roof and the new one up and running. The were sure teach me how to use the new hi-tech thermostat and answered all of my questions. All of the employees that came to the house were careful not to bring in dirt and grime from outside, they were professional and seemed to really enjoy their work. Rose was on time and easy to work with. She went above and beyond in servicing my three units. We have two large hairy dogs that go into the house through a dog door located close to the units and she found that the condensers had lots of hair coating them. She took the grills off and cleaned close to 10 years of hair off. From the outside of the grill they looked clean. I never realized they were that bad! No previous tech took the time to check them out. When it heats up again, I'm sure the units will operate more efficiently. Thank you Rose! I hope she comes back next time.

Brandon came to our home to inspect and repair any problems that may have been found after a thorough inspection.. He did find a few things that needed to be upgraded and repaired. We had to have our entire 5 ton split system A/C-heating system replaced. Marc S. was the salesperson. He did a great job. He made sure that he didn't leave any unanswered questions. George Brazil had roughly the same pricing as the other three companies we had out for estimates, but they have the best warranty. We got a 2 stage system. Calvin W., and Robert A. were our installers. They did a wonderful job and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Calvin ensured that we understood how our system and thermostat worked and that we did not have any questions. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Josh was courteous, efficient, and very pleasant. He arrived on time, called to let me know he was on his way, and explained what he would be doing as part of our routine warranty maintenance. He also quickly found the source of a minor rattle (turned out to be a loose fin on the duct in the hallway), and made sure it was fixed before he left. Very pleasant and professional. Not only has working with the George Brazil company been extremely pleasant--everyone has been timely and polite and quick to respond to our broken a/c--but working with Nate was especially great. He was honest in sharing the options available with the a/c issues we were having and was thorough and efficient in helping us get the issue fixed. He came out to our house at 4pm and had us all set up to receive a new a/c unit by 6am the next day. I cannot thank him enough for that in this hot weather! I am so impressed with the quality of the work delivered by Vinny & Kenny. They were so meticulous in carrying out the maintenance activities on my three-year old AC units. Throughout the visit, Vinny & Kenny would keep me in the loop of the progress - via short videos (delivered to my phone). Mike F. was very professional. Called 30 minutes prior to his arrival to confirm booking and location and was on time. Professional and used shoe covers before entering my home. Polite and well mannered. Assessed the situation before making a judgment call and when he finished his assessment he formulated a couple of price quotes to include my options that may take place in the future. I had George Brazil come out because our AC temp was not reaching the targeted temp over the weekend. They came out and told us that the unit needed to be replaced. It was older and gave us a quote for 12.5k for a new 5 ton system. I asked what brand and the tech informed me it’s whatever they had on hand. I told them I would call back. I got a second HVAC company to give a second opinion on pricing and we didn’t need a new unit! George Brazil never went into our attic to see the air handler door was not on and it was pulling hot air from the attic. Once the door was placed on Voila our house was cold again! We inquired about replacing the unit because we want something energy efficient and we were quoted a 5 ton Trane 2 stage unit for 10.5k! Huge difference with better quality. Don’t trust George Brazil, these guys can’t be trusted if they can’t do a simple job and want to sell you something you don’t need.

Temps still reaching over 100 during the day... AC compressor goes out at 6pm on Saturday evening. Contacted about 4 different companies immediately. George Brazil was the ONLY company to immediately answer the phone and to take care of us (we never did hear from the other 3 companies at all). We scheduled a tech for the next morning. Mike Fetters called at 8:15am Sunday morning and was at our house at 8:30am. A burnt wire was discovered and repaired - and we were back up and running. Since our AC unit (Trane) is 23 years old, we had planned on having it replaced this winter. Mike spent time with us going over their pricing/options for installing a new York unit, if we decide on York. Mike could not have been more pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. This is the way a business should run - excellent customer service!!! We will continue to use George Brazil and we highly recommend them!

When our AC went out, I called this company mostly based on it’s excellent reviews. After the initial assessment, I had some concerns and began to wonder if I had made a mistake in going to this company. When I reached out to voice my concerns is when I realized why this company is rated so highly. The ladies in customer service, Stephanie and Chandra( I hope that’s right) were patient and listened to my concerns and did everything they could to help me. Vinny, the service manager, I have no words to thank him for his kindness and demonstrating that this company is truly invested in making sure it’s customers are happy and taken care of! I will never forget your kindness! The technician Mike F. Was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He communicated well with us and went over our options and did a great job fixing our AC. UPDATE, June 2019. I continue to renew my service contract for my A/C & Heat unit with George Brazil. This time, technician Harlan provided the service. Harlan was knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection & cleaning of my AC unit as well as courteous. Give him 5 stars!!!Nov. 2017. It's been six months or so since I last reviewed Georg Brazil A/C. I continue to be more than satisfied with the service. I believe the technician is what makes a company grow & thrive. Once again, I'd like to give 5-stars to their technician, Rose M., for the providing professional service with a happy smiling face.I bought my house in early 2015. What a great team I had to help me replace my 16 year old bottom line (on its last leg) AC units. It started with Roy who came out a few years ago to help me keep the units going. He was honest about the length of time I would get out of the units and gave me some good options and information then. He didn't try to hard sell me on anything I didn't need. So, when I knew it was finally time to replace my 3.5 ton units I knew who to call. Roy and I put together a plan together and in 2 days the rest of the team came in and executed the replacements. They were attentive to keeping the area clean after the install and communicated well during the process. I am now loving the chill in my home. I went with a 2 stage, 4 ton, 17 seer, York Affinity. We had been battling with our home warranty for months; our downstairs AC unit went out in June, July, and again in August. Finally we were at our witt's end and sick of them just putting a bandaid on the problem when we knew the whole unit needed to be replaced. We called George Brazil on a Friday around noon, they had a technician, Lance, come out between 1pm and 5pm; he arrived by 3pm and confirmed that we definitely needed a new unit as ours was 20 years old. He went over the pricing with us and all of our options very thoroughly. They were able to have a new unit and technicians out the very next morning, a Saturday! They arrived promptly on schedule and gave us a heads up when they were on their way. Rodrigo A., Enrique H., and Ivan G. We're all very efficient and cleaned up after they left. They wore booties over their shoes, laid down protection over our floors, and vacuumed when they left. We had a new unit installed by 2pm on Saturday. We are so impressed with the customer service when we called, the quick service call, and the installation process.

AC started blowing hot air on a day of 104 degree temperature. After calling other companies which could not come out same day, we called George Brazil. Called in morning and sent out technician at 12:30. Brian called first and arrived right on time (so no waiting in very hot house). Brian was very professional, explained the problem, provided estimate and proceeded to repair within the hour. I purchased the repair and some extended maintenance for under $1,000 with no charge for the service call. Needless to say, I was delighted with their service and will be using them in future.

It has been our experience that George Brazil always stands behind their work and often goes above and beyond. In selling our home, the inspector found a few things they recommended for our air conditioning unit, even though George Brazil had originally installed it to code. George Brazil took care of it with absolutely no hassle. Calvin came out on time, was personable, yet professional and not only took care of the items on the list with precision, but also took the time to give me advice on a related matter in the attic. Impressive experience today with the tech Chris who showed up to do a routine check up on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time and explained everything about what he noticed-- good and in need of work in regards to the units. Appreciated greatly the care he took in covering his shoes prior to entering our home since we have wood floors. In addition, he reset the thermostats, which have been rather confusing on one of the units due to the type installed, but he set them to meet our needs rather quickly. Very impressed.

I met Jason last Friday when my air conditional was having problems and he did everything possible to get it repaired. He even left my house to get another tool that would possibly unlock my compressor but it did not work. We started talking about a new compressor but I had company in town and the compressor would take too long to arrive. We then looked at several new units. He explained every unit on the list that he had. I told him that my first unit was purchased several years ago when the owner Dave was getting his business in Chandler and that I had purchased a new unit for my son just last summer. I told him how I was impressed with Dave. He got on the phone and talked to someone and the next thing I knew he and I had agreed on a new unit. I was so pleased with his desire to help me. He made every attempt to get it installed the next day so it was not possible so we decided on Monday, April 29, 2019. It has been installed and I am so happy for his help. He truly represents George Brazil in such a dedicated way. He is also fun to talk to and has that wonderful personality that makes it easy to do business with the company. I had an a/c issue and decided to call George Brazil as they were highly recommended. I had never used George Brazil before today, but I am happy I called. Great service started with the phone call. I called around 10:00 AM and they scheduled my for service the same day. Just as promised Roy called me about ten minutes prior to arrival. Roy showed up with Marco in a clean uniform and a positive attitude. He introduced himself and Marco and assured me they would figure out the issue. While up on the roof, Roy took video of what he found that was wrong with the A/C unit. Roy showed me the video and explained to me the different options and gave me a few options that included a service plan that was in my budget and increased the warranty of the replaced parts. All in , Roy and Marco were here a just over an hour, and when they left the A/C was blowing cold air again. I cannot say enough about the employees of George Brazil. This is clearly a well run company with happy employees. it shows.

End of July, my AC went out, I called Chaz Roberts and they couldn't send someone out until 14 Sept. I called George Brazil and within 45 minutes Louis showed up. He was able to quick fixthe AC and we had air until the part came in. Not only did he communicate, he was polite and explained everything. Pricing is reasonable. I had to replace my two 13 y/o HVAC units. After selecting George Brazil for the work the units were installed the NEXT DAY! The crew of Ferris T., Robert L., and Rodrigo A. were three of the finest technicians I have ever worked with. They were knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and worked with incredible integrity. They all could and did answer any questions I threw at them, explained exactly how the install would proceed and worked like a well oiled team. Kudos to those gentlemen for showing such professionalism that is seldom seen in the twenty-something generation. I was happy with my previous AC company, but if Ferris, Robert L, and Rodrigo are an indication of George Brazil employees I will be ecstatic with my new relationship with George Brazil!!

I purchased a new AC from G Brazil aprox 7 years ago. The unit is great. The service checks are wonderful piece of mind. I have had numerous techs come to my house, but in the last 2 years I keep asking for Harlan F. He is professional, efficient and always goes above and beyond. He never tries to sell me anything, he always cleans the unit and he is happy to rescue golf balls that have landed on the roof. I stay with G. Brazil b/c of Harlan.

Purchased new Trane AC Unit. Great non pushy sales guy. Simple: Best Products, Best Price, Best Warranty. No games with charging more for 6 months same as cash credit line. Install crew was on time and took their time. VERY neat. Very clean. Did not leave until I understood everything. I actually wanted to give the business to friends of mine in local networking group but none of them offered what George Brazil did. Finally, they also had the best social media reviews. Joe R came back out in 2018 to replace thermostat... router was giving us a hard time but he got it done! Good job.

Chuck W. and Nathan S. were very professional and went above and beyond the details layout in the contract. I've been very happy with this company from the quality of work they perform and the techs they hire. Today I had them perform a Duct clean and seal. Not only did they do that, but Chuck and Nathan also improved the air flow to the front of the house making some changes to the Duct work. I now have more even cooling across the house, my office now gets cold. Thank You guys - one happy customer.

Recently moved here and was so impressed with the Customer Service and communication with this company. Chuck W. came to do the annual maintenance for our heating and A/C. He called to let me know he was coming and how long it would be, arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. He explained everything to me in detail and also showed me pictures what he did. Cory P. called approximately 1 hour prior to our appt time, to advise he was en route & give us an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival he introduced himself at the door & shook my hand before entering my home. Once inside he immediately put on the protective booties over his shoes (and throughout the entire consult, took them off when outside and put them back on while inside). After meeting my husband and before making his 1st trip back to his vehicle, he asked my permission to let himself back into my home, which 2 other companies did not do. I appreciated his manners, consideration and respect of me and my home.While doing the necessary inspections and discussing everything with me and my husband, Cory was very polite & friendly. He asked us questions to ensure he knew exactly what we were looking for, what would and would not benefit us and he answered all of our questions without hesitation. He smiled throughout the consult and spoke with the utmost professionalism and respect. I highly recommend Cory as your consultant and if he is the example of George Brazil, then I know I will be happy with our upcoming installation.02/04/2020 UPDATE: We had our installation on Saturday 2/1/2020. Vincent P. & Cody M. were our installers and, once again, we cannot say enough good things about the employees and the service provided. Vincent called us the evening before and arrived exactly at the time he stated he would; with Cody coming about an hour later with all of the equipment. There were no booties required this time, as they laid out 2 red carpets from our door to the stairway and several cloth tarps covering our entire staircase and hallway leading to the attic access. They were both very polite, professional, respectful and answered all of our questions every step of the process. When the install was complete, they went over all instructions and paperwork before leaving. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace that any work had been done. My husband and I are very happy with George Brazil and the 3 wonderful employees (Cory P., Cody M., & Vincent P.) we dealt with; additionally, Laura Wingren (the marketing manager) is also a delight to correspond with, as I had to email her to ask how to add the installers to my Google review. Thank you all for renewing my hope in the service world. It is refreshing to find a company, like George Brazil, who not only request, but require, their employees to be the best of the best.

I called since our A/C was not working today. The nice voice said sometime between 4 and 8 we would have a service man here. It was after 5 when Mike Feters came in to check our A/C. 1/2 hour he had found or problem and we were starting to cool off in here.What is nicer than a handsome and a well groomed young man comes to fix your A/C? George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating has been our service provider for many years. Our regular technician, Rose M., is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Rose keeps our equipment running reliably.Recently, we did have an A/C problem that required a warranty specialist. Mike B. was the specialist that diagnosed and corrected the problem. Mike was also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Yesterday we had an air conditioner system installed by George Brazil Air Conditioning and Heating.We were SO impressed with this company and the lead man, Jorge, was amazing. He answered all our questions and was so kind and friendly. He took his time to explain the new thermostat that is connected to our WiFi and actually connected it all for us. They left the premises cleaned up as if they hadn’t been here. I would recommend them highly to ANYONE needing a new system or maintenance on their system.

The response to our call for repair late afternoon today was fantastic. Within a few minutes of our call we received a call from Michelle that there was a tech available and we were his next call. We received a call within a few minutes from the tech, Joe, stating he could be here within five more minutes!! We were very happy with that. Joe came inside and took all of our info on the problem. He explained what he would do to determine the problem and went to work on it. He came back in shortly thereafter with the defective part in his hand. He fully explained everything and asked if we had any questions or concerns. He had replaced the part already since he had one in his truck! We would be warm again tonight! Your tech, Joe, was awesome. He is very knowledged and very courteous and professional. Awesome. We value the tremendous and prompt service we received tonight, a Saturday night at that! THANK YOU!

Even though what I thought was a routine maintenance call turned into a need to replace my entire heat pump, all of the George Brazil staff were great to work with throughout the entire process. Having worked with other companies performing maintenance on other areas of my home simultaneously with this one, George Brazil was the best at communication and professional service. Current, 2 stars (and only a two due to the prior 5 star score): I hate to do this, but just slashed my score, and this is 100% due to the HORRIBLE scheduling department. They have now cancelled 4 out of 4 scheduled appointments for various reasons over the last number of months. I have given them 16 hours of windows (4 hour windows each appointment), and the routine maintenance they keep calling me to schedule still has not been performed. Let's hope that the 5th time is a charm!2 years ago, 5 stars: I have had nothing but great experiences with the George Brazil team! After dealing with horrible AC service providers through my home warranty company, I decided to go out of network and I am so glad that I did. Rose, my service technician, went above and beyond what might be expected to provide unparalleled service. She quickly built a good rapport with myself, my parents, and my dog. She took photos of problems in my attic to show us specifically what her concerns were. She took time to identify these problems, speak with the home warranty company, and to provide multiple options for solutions. She also followed up promptly and as promised. I look forward to having her come visit again in the future when my other AC unit needs to be replaced. I am very impressed GB was able to come out so quickly. When it's 115 degrees with no AC, minutes feel like hours. Todd did a fantastic job identifying and resolving several issues we had (including replacing the motor on the blower). I could not be more pleased. Great job GB and Todd!

We needed our a/c unit replaced during the record breaking heatwave. Hiram B and Mick C were the technicians on the job. They were each prompt, polite and kept us in the loop during each step of the installation process. We appreciated the calls ahead to let us know when they would be on site. We were told it would take 3 to 5 hours to complete the job. We were pleasantly surprised when everything was up and running in a little over 2 hours. Mick made sure we understood the new thermostat and the cycles the new unit runs through. We could not have asked for a better experience.Mark B and Taurin C were here today 6/28 to install an additional return for our a/c. It was a messy job to do but they made sure everything was clean and removed from the house. They were prompt and efficient. Obviously they knew what they were doing. An excellent experience and a job well done.

This is the second time I used George Brazil and in both instances the work was performed faster then I was quoted. The technician was very polite and explained exactly what he did. The price was reasonable and honest. I noticed some negative reviews as I read all especially the negative ones. I must say this has not been my experience.Customer service I would give 5 stars to and again this has been my experience with George Brazil.

Marc was amazing. He was the 3 rd company to come out to give me an estimate. He was so patient going over all my options and I asked a million questions and he never even looked like I was driving him crazy. I ended up buying the top of the line AC with a lifetime warranty and he explained all the different options that he felt were important to me. My biggest problem in the past was airflow and he told me exactly what I need to fix the airflow problems. Very fast process, financing took 5 minutes, he made sure that SRP would give me a rebate since there were lots of factors involved and installation is Friday. He is definitely an asset to the company he works for. I would definitely recommend his company.

I want to give an amazing thank you to Hank Wesloski for his professionalism and customer care service he has shown us. Me and my husband talked to Hank with George Brazil and different companies before we had a new 5 ton York air conditioner installed on Thursday....previously we had a 4 ton that was not cooling our backrooms which were added on 10 years ago. We thought we were going to have to buy a splitter or another A/C unit for the back of our home but after Hank came out on a Saturday and looked at everything possible he came up with a solution that no other company did that saved us a ton of money and our back rooms are so cool now. Hank made the process so easy and followed up with us every step of the way like measuring everything like the returns, electric panel, and calling us to keep us updated on every step. He even called 3 days prior to let us know the exact date and time and then as a bonus his office called to make sure we knew when the installer would be arriving. When Hank was at our home I mentioned that our youngest daughter just bought a house and that the A/C was running all the time and to my surprise he asked if he could look at it and we gave her Hank's number and she called him and he came out on a Sunday and got her set-up to have the coils and ductwork cleaned. I wish more companies had employees like Hank.The day of the installation we had Tourin C who called ahead of time and let us know he was on his way with the new A/C and crane. Tourin was also very professional and polite from start to finish. He showed us how to use the the new thermostat, replaced 2 new returns, redirected the drip line, just did so many things to mention.My experience has been wonderful beyond words and I highly recommend calling Hank with George Brazil and having Tourin install. If you need to know anything or having doubts about who to call it's worth the phone call to George Brazil but make sure you ask for Hank and Tourin. Had the BEST ever experience from George Brazil today. I called today (Saturday) and asked if I could have someone come out today and was told Yes and that the service tech would be out between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. The service tech (Nathan S.) called to let me know he was on his way. He was early! (That never happens). My experience with Nathan was the most pleasant I have ever had with any service tech. He was clean, neat and courteous. He covered his shoe before entering my home and showed my home the utmost respect.Nathan began diagnosing my issue and invited me to look on. He took the time to explain the panel information sheet and what he was checking and why. (That never happens either). Nathan showed extreme confidence in his knowledge and abilities. He took the time to help me understand what my issues were and what it would take to resolve the problem.My experience with Nathan was great and I will from now on use George Brazil for my HVAC needs. If the other service techs are half as good as Nathan, no wonder this company does well. You now have a loyal customer!

We woke up to unusually warm house this morning after the monsoon hit last night.Our Honeywell Pro Series Thermostat was dead in the water. Called George Brazil at 7:00 Am and schedule a service tech between 10:00 and 2:00. At 11:45 Chuck W gave me a courtesy call to let me know he'd be here in 5 minutes. As soon as we met he said he'd been thinking about my issues, read some notes from our summer check up and said he believe the condensate drain pan had quit dripping water and the safety switch shut the t-stat down as designed.Chuck made a couple of checks and sure enough said it was plugged.So he adjusted the main pan height and gave it a little down hill action toward the drain, installed a new PVC line to the outside, capped off the one that wasn't flowing to the sink in the bathroom and we were back in business.I have been a service provider my entire career and know excellent service when I see it, Chuck W provided the best customer service I have received in Arizona since moving here in 1998. Every time I've called George Brazil I continue to receive the highest level of service possible.Chuck continues that professional, courteous and excellent service tradition of George Brazil Thank You!!

Bradly H. arrived within 20 minutes as advised within the courtesy call he made prior to arrival. He was courteous and attentive while I described the reasons that prompted us to schedule the service. He inspected the system and made necessary adjustments (added refrigerant) to ensure proper operation of the unit in a timely manner. He explained what additional parts (leaking coil) and maintenance were required and within what typical time frame we might expect the part to arrive and additional maintenance to be scheduled. When asked, he also provided us with information about our warranty (until 2021!), that this call was at no cost, and that when our warranty expires in 2021, we could purchase a new unit with a lifetime warranty. We are really happy we purchased our A/C unit from George Brazil

Had 2 Air Conditioners replaced. Three George Brazil workers (Christopher F, Enrique H and Steve D) came to complete the job by taking care of the insulation and repair. They were very nice to us and took great care to prevent any damage to our home. They took photos to show us the result of their work which did not make it necessary to personally observe it. I was very pleased with them and their work and would recommend George Brazil to anyone. Great experience.

My AC went out over the weekend and the usual AC guys I use were unable to get out so I called George Brazil and Lance made it out promptly. The repair was quoted as more costly than I expected and unfortunately Lance was unable to make the repair that day(not his fault) so since I was unable to get it done over the weekend I called my usual guys on Monday. Well unfortunately for me they came in higher than Lance and George Brazil but I really needed to get the job done so I just had them do the repair. I still wanted to give a shout out to this company for being available and being able to come in cheaper and especially to Lance who came out and did good work but didn't end up getting my business. I am still satisfied with the work done but I will definitely be throwing George Brazil some business in the future. Thanks again to Lance for being a stand up guy!

I was very pleased with the work George Brazil did. Air went out on 6/13 and new air conditioner was installed next day on 6/14. Luis Palomino was in charge of the crew. Their work was quick, professional, and clean up was excellent. Luis keep me well informed of every step and what they were doing. Luis also covered all operating procedures of air conditioner and operation of thermostat. Luis even helped me set up the app to operate air conditioner from my phone. I highly recommend George Brazil.

We had Todd come out to do maintenance check on May 2, 2018. He said our 10 year old unit was completely shot and recommended bandaid repairs for 1000.00 or new unit for 9800.00. We had not had any problems. He said compressor would start running, not turn off and not blow cool air. The next day all of the above happened. Our home warranty tech came out, said nothing wrong with unit, but a wire had been pulled out of unit and if no one had been in attic, we could draw our own conclusions. Have had no problems since. We feel we have been taken advantage of and have been told twice that management would contact us, to no avail.

So my mom got talked into buying a new unit from these guy's with warranty within the first year it had problems and a few time's after that. Now the blower motor is out and they wanna charge her almost $800 for labor on a $80 part seems like highway robbery for a job that might take two hours at best.. I will never recommend this company to anyone unless you feel like getting bent over! BBB has all information and like I said highway robbery!

Our heat pump was giving us problems and we got conflicting recommendations for solving the problems. I called George Brazil around 10 am and 2 qualified technicians, Chance and Lance came out at 1:30. They assessed the situation, provided options for repair or replacement, explained and set up financing for a new unit. Next day installation. There is no better customer service.

We had a AC situation, I called on a Monday at 530pm and Lorraine the scheduler immediately offered to send someone out same day. We scheduled appointment after Lorraine took the time to talk with me about our situation and immediately I knew we were working with a reputable company. The technician who came out Manny was honest and efficient. Turns out the issue we were having was due to our own do it yourself mistake. He helped my husband rectify the issue free of charge! I cannot say enough good things about my experience, living in Arizona we are bound to have AC issues and Manny's honesty and professionalism just earned a customer for life!

Historically the staff have been knowledgeable and take the time to educate me in a way that allows me to make effective maintenance decisions. Last maintenance call, Rose was especially good with the foster dogs I was caring for while switching some wires on an incorrect thermostat install. Not naming names here, but it was a nest installation completed by a dear friend that offered to help. You know who you are and I appreciate you! Rose and I had a good laugh.

My brother recommended George Brazil to me as our AC died while my husband was on a business trip and he was unable to fix it for me as the damage was to great. With my first visit with Phil S. deciding what unit to go with and the financing portion he went above and beyond what I could have ever expected!! The most important thing to me was knowing my husband was on a business trip and never once did Phil or anyone else try to take advantage of that. My AC broke on the hottest day of the year, I called George Brazil and a technician, Brian P. was able to come over and offer assistance with picking out a new unit. The next day when it got installed, Taurin C was the lead on this project. He was knowledgeable, organized and did a fantastic job getting it done fast and getting it done right. Derek Spicer and Eddie Ayala arrived at the home on the morning of 07-10-19 about 630 am. We had been without air for over 48 hours.They introduced themselves to me and then the got down to work. The installed a new central air condition and heat unit to our home. they we professional, knowledgeable, and very hard working. A few hours into the job Jorge Rocha showed up to help and together these three professionals turned our house into a home again.. They gave us the 5 stars service you so hear about but rarely see. Derek arrived and I could immediately see he was very knowledge and experienced in the work that he did. He was the senior tech that we were looking for to replace Tom F. who had been our service tech for 10+ years. He doubled for sales so it made it a great fit when we found out that our unit needed to be replaced. He took very good care of us from start to finish. He will be the only service tech in our home from this point forward. We miss Tom F. but Derek is on the best track so far. 5 Stars for him!!!The next day, Josias arrived at 6:30am to install the new unit. He was professional and quickly noted to be a hard worker. He was pleasurable and quite a gentleman. 5 Stars for him!Jeremy, his teammate, arrived shortly together they seemed to work well together. My only fault with Jeremy was he went into our back yard and lit and smoked a cigarette which permeated the house. 3 Stars for himJosh V. arrived when the trouble started and after being without A/C and being told the unit had a manufactures defect and we had to have a new unit delivered. I lost it and although it was not his fault he caught the brunt of it. The unit was replaced in a prompt time. I have no star rating for him...actually my comments from this point forward would only be about George Brazil itself!We had issues arise that had NOTHING to do with him but totally with George Brazil itself. My faith in George Brazil as a company have completely been altered because of it

We had our 2 AC units services by Lance at George Brazil and we were thrilled with the service. He replaced 2 parts of each unit and climbed in and out of 2 attics in the middle of the summer and had the job done in a few hours! Absolutely amazing service. Not only was Jason early he went out of his way to show me ways to keep my home cooler. Signed up for the maintenance contract so I never have to worry about my A/C going out again. And whoever I spoke with on the phone to set up my appointment was great. Being from Alaska I didn't know many of the answers so she made sure everything was set before the technician came out.

I bought my new heat pump 3 years ago! (2018). I have had to have service on the unit also 3 times. This last time just this month was the topping on the cake. I called them because my AC was not throwing cold air just warm mind your I called them 10:30 in the morning and they told me they could get to me between 8-11 pm. However there will be a $39.95 service call for after hours. After hours ? Not my fault my 3 year old unit broke down again. What about my 10 year full warranty? Do not buy from this company.

I wanted to try a new company to do an annual check up of my air-conditioner. Two weeks ago I called George Brazil Air Conditioning & scheduled me out two weeks & I understand because it's just a check up not an emergency. Today was the scheduled day for the service between 10am-2pm. I was excited to finally get it done. At approximately 12:30p I was called from the George Brazil Company to let me know that they weren't going to show up, because they other customers that needed emergency work. I've waited two weeks for this appointment. They offered me the next available date, which was 12 days from, after waiting for two weeks. I would have accepted even a later that night or the next day or two, but 12 days from now. I am very disappointed w/this company and I now I'm a new customer.

Cory was great! Straight shooter, not pushy. He answered all my questions and went over many options. Worked with me on the best option and the best price. Another company asked for a chance to beat the price and when I gave them the number and what was included they told me to run with it because they couldn’t come close.Cory also gave me recommendations on other things I can do improve our efficiency as well as what technicians to request for the maintenance on my system(that’s part of the package we purchased). Told me that if I have any questions or issues to call him. Not the typical I just sold the unit now I’m going to pass you on to customer service.I would highly recommend them. I was referred to them by my CFO due to the great service they provide and so far I can see why.

Service Tech was on time, gave me a courtesy call 30min out, went to work quickly and got the job done. He explained what parts were bad and showed me the part, had the replacement part on the truck, and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. I also spoke to him about putting in another unit on the roof and he will send me an estimate for that. All and all very happy with the service and the technician. I will continue to use George Brazil.

Greg was very courteous, conscientious and respectful of our home. We are very happy with his and his associates work. Everything was left clean and neat. Greg showed us how to work our new thermostat as promised. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a new HVAC system. I had a very good experience with them when it came to my heating and air-conditioning unit. That led me to sign up for their VIP program. When I called to have them set up an appointment to install my washer and dryer, I had a very different experience. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday given my schedule did not allow the following week.I called Sunday morning to confirm the appointment and was told they had already called me (which they had not) to say they had to reschedule until Thursday. Even if they needed to push me a day it would've been annoying but I wouldn't be writing this review. Pushing me all the way to Thursday (again with no notice) is not going to work and unfortunately very disappointing given my schedule.They where very polite over the phone and kept saying it's out of there control that they have a skeleton crew. I just think if you're going to schedule an appointment with someone you should keep it. I was very clear when setting the appointment on Friday that I couldn't wait long and that if they couldn't do it, no problem I would try someone else. They assured me they could and now I'm left calling plumbers on a Sunday.Again, great service on the heating / air side and I have no reason to believe it wouldn't be good with plumbing either but very poor scheduling.

Caleb was the technician who repaired my air conditioning unit. He was punctual, very courteous and extremely helpful. He explained clearly what the problem was and provided me with options before proceeding. He was very thorough and checked the furnace as well. He discovered that the vent connector had never been attached to the furnace, therefore potentially releasing carbon monoxide into my garage. Fortunately for me I have not used the furnace to heat my home, preferring to use the fireplace, but I cannot believe that such a potential for disaster existed undetected in my home for over 10 years! I feel very fortunate that Caleb was the technician assigned to my repair. Thank you, Caleb!

Mike Fetters was my Service Professional today. I have the Maintenance plan and he checked my thermostat, turned on my heat, checked all my vents, and got up on my roof to check my heatpump. My house is so much cooler not only because of the new A/C, but because they took the time to fix/replace some ducts that weren't providing enough air to some of our rooms. Our year old ac system stopped cooling so we called for a maintenance visit. Even in this busy season we were given a same day appointment and our Service Pro Chuck W was early. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked for 6 hrs to rectify the problem even driving to get a temporary part since it was late on a Saturday and wouldn’t be available until Monday. Chuck W was very polite and explained everything clearly as he worked to fix the issue. He went out of his way to make sure the part replacement would be as quick and easy for the next tech as possible. My husband is disabled and currently in the hospital so it was very important to fix the ac before he gets home. George Brazil has always been our preferred company and we always recommend them to everyone.

Had my A/c unit serviced today by a great person. Steve Brown was the best service rep. that I have had in my home in a long time. He checked the unit and let me know that everything was in working order. When he came to the door, he told me his name and the company name. He put a mat down to step on before he entered my house. He also put on floor protectors. I was so impressed. Each time he entered my house he put the protectors on. He made sure that when he was finished, that everything was just as it was when he came in. After he put his tools away, he sit down at the table with me and went over the bill and told me what he checked on the unit. I will call George Brazil and ask for Steve next time.. Steve made having a service rep. in my home enjoyable.

George Brazil and specially Rose were amazing! My AC died over night, I called them and arranged a time. Rose came by at 9:30 AM earlier than scheduled. She diagnosed and found the part needed in 30 mins. Her manager was kind enough to bring the part over and my AC was up and running by 11 AM! Thanks Rose!!!!

Chuck and his crew installed a new roof jack and supply and return air ducts. They also removed the roof opening and associated duct for an evaporative cooler that was removed when the new heat pump was installed. Then repaired the roof. Great job! On time and worked all day in my attic and on the roof when it was 105 degrees outside. Chuck is a detail guy and made everything look good. Definitely will recommend to others. George Brazil is my go-to contractor.

I have had a couple of AC problems during my time in the valley. I called George Brazil 2 times, the first time I saw an ad on TV for a $59 service. The lady that I talked to was rude and refused to help me because I had a home warranty. I told her that I would pay their fee regardless of the home warranty, she hung up on me.I called them the other day (no longer having a home warranty) and had the same results. These people have no customer service and are just completely rude. We used a major competitor of George Brazil, had great customer service and great service. Do yourself a favor, call anyone but George Brazil!

While normally I would leave a stellar review, the cost I was quoted absolutely floored me to the point it was totally highway robbery in my opinion. The scheduling and the technician we're absolutely great and very knowledgeable, but I was quoted $513 to rebuild a toilet tank (replace parts) A 20 minute job and 18 in parts cost retail for a rebuild kit for me. I understand that businesses need to make an profit, but this was totally out of line.I can't recommend a business that charges those kinds of fees - I could buy an entire house of toilets for that cost.

Camito, Rhino, Daryl and Michelle J. all were great. They installed my new unit seamlessly and professionally. The anchor on my air handler spun loose and took out my squirrel cage at 8pm on a Thursday evening. Michelle came to my house by 10:30 that evening and made arrangements to replace the 27 year old air handler, the outdoor unit, and reconfigure much of the units poorly configured set up in the attic. She tirelessly arranged to have a new unit installed first thing in the morning. It was 110 degrees, humid and miserable. Michelle didn't leave my home until nearly 1:30 that morning. George Brazil called me by 7am Friday morning and the technicians arrived by 9:30am. The install was complicated, complex, and the job wasn't completed until 6:30pm that evening.I was absolutely impressed at the sense of urgency and professionalism of the whole team. We were able to enjoy the weekend in a cool home. Other companies would not have arrived until Tuesday and gave comparable price quotes. Kudos to Brazil!

On March 25th 2017 we had a new A/C unit installed on our house. Ferris called before coming out, and when he and Nathan arrived they were very professional ,clean and courteous. They explained what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. They should be commended for their knowledge, professionalism, and over all workmanship. I have used George Brazil in the past, and had exceptional service, and Ferris and Nathan didn't disappoint us. They are top notch techs who I would recommend to all . Great job Ferris and Nathan. Antonio and his team were an outstanding installation team for our new furnace and air conditioner. They literally rolled out the red carpet, covered everything, and cleaned up afterwards. Today I had a young man, Nate S. come to my home for a routine maintenance check. He was sociable, kind, very thorough, polite and made me feel at ease with his presence. It is obvious that he is knowledgeable about his work by the speed and confidence he demonstrated as he worked. His work ethics were flawless and he never spoke down to me, even if I didn't understand something. Nate took the time to explain what he was doing and asked questions that were not condescending. George Brazil should be very proud to have him as an employee. I hope I am able to have this young man again, should I need assistance with my furnace or air conditioner. The technician that was scheduled showed up on time, and even called me ahead of time to let me know what time they would be at my home.The tech did a thorough inspection of my outside condenser, and even went into my attic to inspect the air handler (evaporator) at my request.She showed me current and potential issues with my 11 year old system, and explained what each component's function was.I would highly recommend George Brazil for any service on, or replacement of your home's A/C or heating system.

A/C Goes out in AZ at the start of the summer, figured that it would be days or weeks before I could get a technician out to the house to check it. I called George Brazil and that afternoon I had a technician. My technician that arrived was Michelle and she was just awesome. Great customer service skill, knowledge of her Job and she took time to explain everything that was wrong and what our options were. Unfortunately our A/C was old and shot so we ended up having to purchase a new system. Michelle was like one stop shopping not only was she able to get our unit up on its last legs until we were able to have the new install a few days later, but she even guided us through the process for purchasing and getting a new A/C unit installed. Michelle was truly a breath of cool air.When it came to install day Greg T. arrived to start the dismantle process of the old unit and prep for the install of the new one. A short time later Leon L. and Charles W. arrived to assist. Greg and his team did fantastic work. Greg explained everything that was going on and answered every question I had. Greg and his team were courteous and very professional. They showed genuine care to not damage anything in the house or make a mess they couldn't clean up. It took them about six hours to dismantle and install the new system. Greg and his team made sure that I had all the paperwork we needed, and showed me how the system works.I have never had to replace an A/C unit before but this experience was AWESOME. If (and I hope I never have to), I replace another A/C system you can bet my first call will be to George Brazil and I would ask for Michelle, Greg, Leon and Charles to be the team the takes care of it. Thank you all for making this and easy and pleasant experience.

Quick response and great service. Phil was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He only sold me what I needed and fixed our issue in one trip. I truly felt he had my best interest in mind. George Brazil hires the best in the valley!

Chris was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and prompt. He showed me a programmable setting in our thermostats that wasn't documented in the owner's manual, and that was exactly what was needed to solve our problem. He was also quite patient with our very high energy two year old Boston Terrier :) We couldn't have been happier with the customer service he provided, and he certainly gets our highest recommendation!

My service rep Ben, called giving me his arrival time and arrived within 5 mins of the time stated time. He asking if there was any concerns that he would need to address, went over the standard protocol during his service call on my check-up appointment. He went over his findings both in written and verbal once he completed the tuneup & cleaning. Would recommend this team for any Heating and Cooling needs if asked.

I've used a lot of companies over the years, but lately George Brazil is rising to the top! I've used them for both plumbing and HVAC repairs and they have been fair, do a quality job, and understand customer service and that we all have things we need to do. Mike F. performed our seasonal HVAC check-up and was super helpful and efficient. He also figured out what was happening a problem we’d been noticing and he got us scheduled for the repair in under a week. We’ve been very happy with both Mike F. and George Brazil, so much so that we renewed our annual maintenance contract.

I live in Texas and have never used this service but there is a 2016 article on their site that a search lead me to that narrowed down my problem and saved me from buying an entire condenser unit. It hit 106 today. God bless you George Brazil A/C
