I have used Diamondback plumbing several times in the past and have always received top notch service. Their latest trip were concerned with our sewer main backing up as it had a few times in the past. They came out and did an inspection and found that we didn't have any issues. There was no charge for this service call. If you are looking for a reliable plumber look no further than DiamondBack Plumbing.

We called Wyman after a different local plumber told us the leak from our bathtub was wastewater, said they did not fix those kinds of problems and
charged us $50 for the visit.
Needless to say we were expecting a HUGE expensive job involving demo .
Within minutes DaQuon identified the leak as coming from the faucet itself- not the drain pipe. Identified that he had all of the necessary equipment to repair it immediately- got it settled .

Just had Ben Franklin do a bunch more work for me. Amazing! Kevin was spot-on and perfect. And Julio was too! Jack even came by to lend a hand. I wont use anyone but you all!

Great experience overall from scheduling through completion of the service. Jordan was awesome at explaining everything to my level of understanding. No pressure/hassling with regard to some of the not fully necessary but recommended maintenance. Very satisfied with the service provided!

Did upgrade on kitchen faucet and replaced the turn on and off valves in kitchen and also two bathrooms on off valves..really nice guys did a great job..truely professional..would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service and I will use their service again in future..thank you Plumbers of Maricopa!!!

Realized my water heater was leaking Sunday of MLK weekend (of course). On Monday I called Plumbrite. They offered to provide an estimate if I would submit photos of my current water heater and it’s spec label. Within 1 hour I received a very fair estimate. Plumbrite’s schedule was already pretty full and the best they could do was Thursday AM. I spoke with Aaron and explained we were already without hot water for 24hrs. Going another 3 days just wouldn’t cut it. He said he’d call some of his Tuesday appointments and call me back. Within the hour, he called back and said he was able to move his 8am appointment but not the next one. He could do my install but he’d need to start between 6:30am and 7. I agreed and he was there the next day as promised. He and a helper removed the old unit and installed the new one. He showed me one of my existing valves which had a crack and he recommended it be replaced for $25. I agreed and upon presentation of the final bill it was the original estimate amount plus $25. Great job and great company. I highly recommend.

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

Excellent, responsive service. Clint went above and beyond to help us with a complete installation of our new kitchen sink, faucet, reverse osmosis faucet, and tip-out drawers. I would highly recommend these guys

Every time we have issues with our AC unit and they say they will come out, they lose information on the appointment and we end up burning in our 100+ house for over 48 hours. They are incompetent, useless, and hopeless. I wish our house wasn't built with a warranty with them, they are a terrible company. Today they were called at 10 am, said they were going to be here between 7Pm-10Pm. We called at 9Pm for confirmation and they said that they didn't have any information about that appointment. Why do you even use computers?! What is the point?!

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
