Park Pro clearly isn't running a charity, but in the world of expensive gates, it's difficult to find someone who knows how the gates work. And the parts are typically not off of the shelf, so it's hard to trouble shoot it unless you have the parts and the expertise.

It's not a charity, it's a business. But, I'm giving them 5 stars because for a company this large they are responsive, honest, and while hardly cheap the markup is visible at perhaps 35% and the labor rates are basically fair for the quality of people that they put on the job.

I wish that there were someone cheaper and smaller (as in one guy and a truck) that I could use, but as big repair companies go they are pretty good.

We are very thankful that we found Elite. Our door was hanging by the safety cables totally derailed. The technician was very efficient and safely rehung the door preventing it from falling on our vehicle. We also went with a complete door and new motor upgrade. Now we have a quiet and blue tooth connected opener that we love.
