I have used Alex and Everlasting Windows for many of clients (I am a general contractor) over the years. Some bigger jobs, some incredibly small, but incredibly important to my client. Case in point today. A family with a baby on the way was moving into a home they recently closed on.
Two windows wouldn't lock and the master arcadia door stopped locking. Alex took care of it no problem - and since it wasn't too much time or parts (he did have to make a trip to Ace Hardware)....he didn't charge me. Solid guy. Solid work.
