My AC has been causing me problems this summer. Intermittently blowing cool and then hot air. Richard came out first thing in the morning on our scheduled appointment. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Didn’t even take my $ when i tried to tip. Thank you Hays! And thank you Richard!

I've used Just Air for three years. Any calls for service are quickly responded to. They perform an annual maintenance visit and I feel confident my AC will survive the brutal desert summer, and if it doesn't, I know Just Air will be here quickly to save us :-)

Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. We've used him before and he's always done great job, very customer serviced focused. I highly, highly recommend Lee Collins AC repair.
