He communicates very well and carefully explains how your system is designed to work, how it actually does perform to those design levels, what he’s found, and what if any recommendations he has for current work he’d suggest, along with what you might expect in the future, with any associated costs.
He’s a professional with a great attitude and a regular people friendly guy. We’ve had Rick come every Spring to evaluate our systems at 2 different homes since the first call to him ( on a recommendation from a friend) over 10 years ago. It’s just such an easy call to make. Over three years ago one of our A/C units stopped working. We decided to try a new HVAC company since we hadn't been happy with other companies we've used in the past. We have two A/C units, and the repair that had to be done was the exact same problem we had with the other unit. A&M fixed our broken unit, and the repair was far less then the cost of the first unit we had repaired 6 month earlier. We could not have been happier with their thorough honest work. The repair A&M did extended the life of our A/C's a few more years (which was the hope). Our units are now 20 years old and we've decided to replace them. The first call we made was to A&M Mechanical for a quote on new units :-)

My wife and I needed some MAJOR plumbing renovation work done (inside & outside) and decided to trust Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing to do it. We were NOT disappointed! Frank Wynn and his team out of Phoenix were very professional, competent and courteous! They kept us updated through every stage of the project and made sure we knew what was going to happen, when, why and glady gave us options when needed. This is now our go-to company. Wanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we weren't able to get the tune-up done on the AC Units because the thermostats weren't kicking the machines on, Daniel was very informative and helpful. Looks like we'll be setting up a service call with Ace in the future once we get the go ahead to service the thermostats. Overall positive experience.

On a Friday night that was 100 degrees one of my AC units was blowing warm air so I called Comfort One AC. Jessica took my call and said that they could have someone out on Saturday morning! She told me that Juha would be out at 7:00 am. Juha showed up on TIME! He diagnosed my AC unit (it's 25 years old) and had the needed parts in his van and was able to get me up and running in no time! There was no sales pitch to get me to replace my old unit. I know that someday I will need to replace it and I will be calling Comfort One when I do. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. They are a GREAT and very honest company that won't try to upsell you. Thanks guys for the great service!

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

Not worth one star. Be warned they are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never ever on time. Said they'd be out here same day and for 2 weeks continously rescheded. Finally said forget it not worth it. They don't respond to messages nor callbacks. Never ever use them. Unfortunately family swears by them. But absolutely not worth it. I'll stick with George Brazil who are attentive and will come within the time frame.

The whole experience was great. We got the home sewer repiped and the price tag was a shocker...but it's an old house. Also, you pay for good work and this was excellent. I wish I hired them for electrical...I may need to to fix what these other people didn't do right. Haha. Thanks again!
