ELECTRICIAN GOOD but FORGETFUL, COMPANY DISAPPOINTING and DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK 4/2022
Mr. Electric's Richard Thomas was great fixing an outlet and made many suggestions in his lengthy safety check. However Richard left without reassembling the electrical panel, leaving the panel out of place, exposed with the electrical panel cover sticking out into our walkway. Other contractors could not get by it to work and were not comfortable fixing it. I called Mr Electric, explained the situation and asked them to return to fixed it ASAP. (They advertise 24 hr emergency service.) Mr Electric said that they could get to it late next week. After some conversation the corporation relented and sent Richard back. There was no apology for the inconvenience or time lost due to their oversight. I cannot recommend Mr. Electric.

I was referred to TAB Electric by a friend...Tom came out and reviewed what I needed and gave me a very fair price...In addition he and his team did some repairs that were done by most likely an unlicensed electrician that could have caused serious problems down the road...I can't say enough about this company...If you need ANY electrical work done, you have to have TAB Electric come by and give you a bid...They're fair and prompt and very reliable...I finally have an electrical company I can trust.

TIO performed the electric work on my kitchen remodel and other parts of my house. Brian, the service manager, was very polite and responsive. Bill, Carlos, Bob-o, and Junior did great work, very polite and enjoyable to interact with. I would recommend this contractor to anyone. They are my go-to for electrical. Reasonably priced as well!

I called based upon the reviews in Google+. David came over and quickly diagnosed our problem to be an APS issue. (whew!) I was delighted to learn that he was NOT charging a service call fee - as too many companies are these days. Good companies who do the right thing know that happy customers will bring them business - service call fees will not! 24 Hr Valleywide Electric will be our first call when an electrical problem arises in the future!

We needed an outlet installed for a dishwasher (There wasn't one in the house before).
We called other electricians and John gave us half of the price from the quote that we've got from others.
He was very willing to fit us into his schedule within days even though other electricians said it would be 3 or more weeks before they could visit.
He was professional and honest and wanted to be available to us if we ever had need. He explained to us clearly what he was doing as well as taught us some things about our house's electric work. I would happily work with him again in the future if we had a need and I highly recommend him.

Saved our Thanksgiving! The outlet to our second fridge went out and they were able to fix it quickly on a Saturday just in time for all our Thanksgiving preparations. We've also had them out previously to work on our old electrical panel and that went great, too!

Best service ever. We had the electrical panel upgraded and needed some grounding work. They were all very professional, knowledgable, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They even helped us save money where we could by letting us know we could file for permits or do certain things on our own if we preferred to speed the process along. Very impressed with the quality of their work and that it was completed in a timely manner.

Aleksey did an excellent job in our property. We asked him for some basic upgrade and we were very pleased with the estimate, the schedule and the execution. Gabriel showed up on time and ready to look into the issue. When I initially called, he gave me a general idea of the cost based off of what I told him. There was a lot of ruckus at my home when he arrived, but he stayed professional and very patient! He is very informative and so personable. I will not be calling anyone else for my electrical needs! We used this company to help when my organization server room was shorting out. Marc was fantastic. Kept me in the loop and never spoke to me like I was a dumb woman like many people tend to do in the technical field. Everyone in the company we spoke to was very friendly and service was also very fast. We will use them if ever a need comes up again.

My water heater burst and they came out within 2 hours. When I called the women who answered was very nice and helpful. They called me when my technician was on his way and sent me a text message with his picture and information before he arrived. My technician Tom was very pleasant and professional. He walked us through everything he recommended and showed us how we could save money. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Tap and Sons Electric. They sent an email to confirm the appointment the day prior, that even included a picture and information about the technician that would be coming out to our home. As a woman, it was nice to know who to expect at the appointment. They were on time, called on their way over and were very professional and honest. They installed a chandelier in the nursery, hung ceiling fans and added dimmer switches throughout our home. Everything looks fantastic!

DO NOT use this company. When building our new home they did not do the job correctly and we had to have them change several things. They forget to wire for the ceiling fan in the office, the fan in the den was not centered, the lights in 2 bathrooms had to be changed, the dining room light had to be moved, the floor plug had to be moved, the light in the breakfast nook was too close to the wall, all plug-ins on the island had to be moved, and the lights over the island are not centered but I have not had these changed yet.
