Sheldon is outstanding.Very professional n has a charismatic personality. HE EXPLAINS excatly what is needed, how long and when the job will be done and follows thru. TSM workers were on time and did an outstanding job as was ALL clean up. Sheldon was on the job, in and out. Came by at the end of job to make sure work was performed to expectation. Depending on what is needed for your roof, we had four other estimates. TSM, SHELDON, owner with all his knowledge and explanation that others didnt take the time to spend nor listen to your concerns about what was needed; was a great part; along with a fast estimate of the job was a great decision as to why we went with his company. I called a couple of different companies to get quotes on replacing our back patio roof that was ripped off during a storm. RENCO was the only one who called to verify appt, showed up on time, did proper measurements and had the quote back to me in a timely manner, and the whole job was done for the original quoted price. The installer was on time an did a great job. They really were easy to work with from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them

I needed to do a complete tear off and reset of my 30 year old roof and didn't really know where to start. I had one company come out who wanted to install a synthetic underlayment. Craig came out and bid the project and was very informative. He explained a lot to me, helped me understand what I was getting and why, and helped me choose the double felt underlayment instead. Craig told me to get 3 bids and let me know he wouldn't be the cheapest (but he wouldn't be the most expensive). I went with Brown because I felt more confident working directly with the company owner than a sales person-- I felt Craig knew what he was talking about, had good reviews, and didn't try to oversell me on his company. His crew arrived on time every day. They completed the job on time (save a delay in final paint finishing because of rain) and cleaned up really well. (I had no idea how much debris was involved!) Craig took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was informed on the project. I am very pleased with the product and the experience and I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

Reasonable prices and professional attitude was the keystone of my experience with KY-KO. The job boss, Rudy, was great. Good sense of humor and hard worker. He always let me know what the plan was. Most rain storms were passing Glendale by, until they started the roofing job. They always buttoned the job up before going home. They kept me up to date with weather possibilities and how it would effect there timeline. Bruce was great during the bid process and the lady at the office went out of her way to keep me informed.

Lyon's Roofing sets the bar for all other home remodeling, repair, and renovation companies, hands down. In addition to numerous roof repairs, gutter installations, chimney repairs, etc, this is third roof replacement we have purchased in our home-owning lives. Stonecreek roofing was fast at starting and finishing my roof. Carrie was great help when it came to pricing and dealing with my home insurance.

Mikku and Sons recoated my flat roof. I was very pleased, but they weren't done. I was out of town a couple years later after some storms. They inspected my roof and found hail damage. They worked with insurance and were able to recoat with even better material.
They also recently repaired some damage to tile roof sections over porches on my home.
I think them the best flat roof coating company in the Phoenix area, among other roofing capabilities.
Count me pleased.

The good about this company and their install was the cost and the fact that my roof did not leak.

Unfortunately, that was where the good stopped. I felt that many corners were cut on the installation. Photo below is an excellent example. Almeida will exclude painting from their scope (which is fair). But then they perform work, remove fascia (and in one spot - replace it with a 2x4), and install the roof in a way that does not allow you to come back and paint the wood they replace. I am not sure why this was done.

Also photoed are spots on my flat roof where the rolled roofing was bubbled. Their fix was to shoot sealant into the void, rather than heat up the roofing and reseal, which they told me they would do.

It took three return visits to correct issues. First pass included flashings missing and possibly the worst cut on a flat roof I have ever seen. My flat roof over the garage still has an area where the flashings seem to have a drop in them, but I've just accepted this is the way it is going to be now.

I felt the final visit to correct issues was the top guy. He was quite good, but could only do so much to salvage what had already been done.

All in all, if you're in a bind, these guys should be low and based on my experience, do care to make sure your roof doesn't leak. If you have the time to stand over their shoulder and manage the work, you'll probably be OK. But if you want something done with attention to detail, I'd recommend going elsewhere and paying a little more. I wish I had.

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Will use again for roofing needs.

I needed to have the flat part of my roof recoated and I have a small section of my roof that has tiles that also needed to be done. I obtained 6 quotes. I chose Patterson, who was not the least expensive nor the highest, however, the owner, William Patterson, was very knowledgeable, took pictures as well as getting on the roof with me to explain problem areas and how they would address them to repair before the recoat. The team for both the tile section and the flat recoat showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They took precaution to avoid overspray and cleaned up nicely after the job. Once the job was complete William Patterson got on the roof with me again to take a look at the repairs and the complete job. It looks great and I feel assured that my roof is all set for the next 5 years when a recoat will be needed. At that time I will hire Patterson Roofing again. Great job!! Thank you William!!!

Jack and his team were fantastic! I have a flat foam roof that was in need of repair. I had several large areas where water was pooling, cracks, and overall aging. Jack scheduled a time to come inspect the roof. He explained what was wrong and what the required repairs would entail. I had a quote within a days and was on the books for the work within a week. In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also.
