These guys were A+. Had my AC die Friday night and called them Sat morning, they came that afternoon. I live in AZ so it was an emergency. I ended up getting a new unit entirely as mine was very old. Prior to this I had a few AC repair people come and neither of them found the issues this guy did. My technician was way WAY better than my previous repair techs. If your AC goes bad these guys are legit. I dont have a reference point to compare price, but if you want the job done right, call this company. And I know how hard it is to trust reviews, but I'm just being honest.

My overall experience with Amigos was not good, I felt that they charge me way to much and overpriced for two faucets outside my home. And the worker had to leave two times to go pick up supplies after he left the first to go get the supplies he needed, an took long periods of time to return each time. I felt a job that should of taken no more then an hour to do took him 3 hours. I will not be requiring their services or referring them to family and friends. Work was good but way way over priced.

Dylan Palaschak serviced our a/c today. He did an excellent job; friendly, courteous, quick, and very helpful. Gave us some advice on a plumbing issue too. Will definitely use Hobaica again.

Technicians were reliable and even arrived early! Very professional and very respectful of the environment- they were working on the roof and showed extra care and concern to not damage any tiles as that was the only way to access the ac fan. Company was a referral from my parents who said wonderful things as well! Will keep the recommendations going to my other family and friends as well!

After the frustration that was working with our home warranty and another AC company to ultimately get nowhere with our AC unit, I had asked on NextDoor for a good recommendation for a trustworthy company to work with.

A & M Mechanical was brought up. I did some research and noticed there was nothing but positive feedback. I called and spoke with Amy. She spent almost 30 minutes with me going over our entire history of duct work and AC issues to fully understand what was going on before scheduling a diagnostic and possible repair for the next day.

Mark came out and I remember it was a particularly cold and wet day. Plenty of clouds and morning rain. He introduced himself, took a look at the duct work repairs we had done with the prior AC company through our home warranty and did a thorough inspection of our unit. He found that our refrigerant was almost completely empty and also found the source of our leak. He shared with me videos and photos he took and explained, in detail, why we were having issues and gave a rough estimate as to how much the repair would cost. He let me know Amy would get back to me later that day with a breakdown. She sent me the cost for repair, cost for a new unit that was the exact same model as our existing which would save us $1,000 as we could use our existing fitting and the cost for a new higher end unit.

We selected the 2nd option, Amy came to our home to have us fill out the paperwork since we had a newborn and leaving the home was difficult and had a crane and AC unit at our home, being installed, 2 days later! Not only that, we upgraded our thermostat to a new Honeywell smart WiFi unit. Mark did an amazing job and explained everything on how to setup, how to use our AC and avoid certain pitfalls like pre-cooling our home before on-peak, etc. Amy even came by a few days later with all of the paperwork, warranty documentation that they submitted on our behalf and follow-up to see how everything was performing.

A & M goes the extra mile. I didn't feel like we were just working with another business. I felt like we were working with friends that we could trust. Having peace of mind for the next 10 years with our unit and our daughter is invaluable.

Vincent Vasquez did a great job. Told me what he was going to do each step of the way and then got me to approve the work. Very professional.

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Last Friday we had a flurry of pink snow falling from our dining room ac duct onto everything.

We closed the vent to stop the flow of cellulose insulation. I decided to venture into my attic the next morning. Fortunately there is excellent head room for me to walk it. I found the vent above the dining room and then it occurred to me, Why am I doing this? Even if I might have found the problem, I could also just as easily put my foot through my ceiling. Wisdom gained, I got out of the attic and called AZ Comfort.

The young tech, Mack, showed up on time. Very polite and equally professional. He went right into the attic and observed our entire duct and Air handler system. He came back down and commented about the professional way the 3 year old system was laid out. He checked everything and determined that what came out was a temporary burst of cellulose that had probably been there from the beginning installation but had now foundits way through our vent, hence no problem.

So, really there was no problem, but this young man quickly and professionally diagnosed the non-issue and took the time to explain everything. For less than a hundred bucks and less than 30 minutes, we became very satisfied with their (his) service.

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST. Very professional, thorough technician, left our home in a clean condition. We will call them back for winter maintenance. And, we would recommend this company without hesitation.

Plumbing leak repair throughout home performed professionally and promptly by the Ace Home Services plumber Jiuhua Huang. He is a perfectionist who worked hard every second he was at our Arizona home on March 20. All the leaks and systems were repaired, re-checked and performed flawlessly.

They guys from Comfort One Air Conditioning came out to tune up our 2 older units. They were on time and very professional.

They discovered one unit was low on coolant and filled it up. The other unit needed a capacitor. They fixed it all and assured me that these 25 year old units would make it through the summer.

We have used Lee Collins since 2000, have bought 4 units from them over the years and referred SO many people to them, because Ken was excellent and respected loyalty…and just very professional…last week we had them come out and service two systems at our new place…within a week one system stopped working…they are not standing behind their service at all!!! What is the point of doing annual maintenance???? They are now a horrible company to do business with…Ken sold and now the company is awful!!!!

I've used Parker & Sons on a number of occasions in the past four years. They're my go-to for work I can't do myself, always responsive and professional. Today's project, replacing a dying water heater, was no different. Estimator Joe showed up right on time this morning, listened to my concerns, laid out several options without pushing me toward any in particular, and got me scheduled for service this afternoon. Techs Russ and Santino pulled the old heater, installed my awesome new Rheem 50-gallon hybrid along with an expansion tank and pressure regulator, and left the garage in better condition than when they arrived. The entire process could not have been better.

I am so impressed with the quality of the work delivered by Vinny & Kenny. They were so meticulous in carrying out the maintenance activities on my three-year old AC units. Throughout the visit, Vinny & Kenny would keep me in the loop of the progress - via short videos (delivered to my phone). The videos (with narrations by both!) would let me know the items being inspected and their conditions etc. Thank you very much for the work done.

This was the best experience we have ever had with anyone coming to our home. He was so upfront, showed videos of everything that was wrong with our AC & was a joy to chat with! Would highly recommend Lue!!!
